We only stayed there a few minutes longer before Josh hesitantly grabbed my hand, pulling me down the road

I followed quietly; unsure of where he was taking me.

He pulled me over to a car; opening the passenger side for me. I smiled a small smile, getting in quietly. He shut the door, appearing in the seat beside me within a few seconds. The car started with a low grumble, pulling off away from the bridge.

"Where do you live?"

I looked at Josh.

"You don't have to take me home, Josh. I can just walk or something." I sighed; averting my eyes to the window.

"Would I really let you do that?" He snorted.

"Uh- anyone else would." I shot at him.

"Well, I guess I'm not just anyone, am I?" He shot back with a grin, making me look at him.

He laughed, making me smile.

"Y'know, You should smile more."
