Golden Freddy's POV

I woke up in the middle of the night. I saw Freddy, Chica, and Bonnie, gathered around my bed. I rubbed my eyes and asked," Why are you guys up? You should be sleeping." " We woke up and couldn't fall asleep," Bonnie said. I nodded and picked them up. They all sat down and put a book on my lap. " You want me to read you a story?" I asked them. Chica nodded and said," It will help us fall asleep." I sighed and nodded. I opened the book. I began to read the book to the kids. As I read, they began to rub their eyes and began to fall asleep. When I finished the book, they were asleep. I took them back to their beds and went back to sleep.

I woke up yet again, hearing footsteps in the kitchen. I got up and grabbed a flashlight. I saw Foxy, who was grabbing a glass of water. " Oh, it's just you Foxy," I said as I sat down. " Ya, I was thirsty, so I got some water. I'll go to bed as soon as I'm done," he said, drinking his water. I nodded and went back to bed. Later, I heard him going down the hallway, back to his room. I heard a voice say," Hope you're not growing soft." I looked up and saw Nightmare, one of my old friends. " Oh please! I worked with kids before and you never nagged me about it!" I said, getting up. " Well, congrats on the four kids. I know you'll make a great dad," he said, grinning. " You want to see them, don't you?" I asked him. He nodded, so I showed him to their rooms. " Aww, I like the bear one. So cute and innocent!" He said in a mocking tone. " Look, I'm not turning my kids into killers! Not like you anyways," I said, looking away from him. " Well, it looks like I'm not wanted here. But remember, Goldy, you can't keep them from me forever," he said, before vanishing. " I promise, my kids, I won't let Nightmare hurt you." I said, kneeling down to Freddy.
