1. Administrators | Closed
☀ Generally manages the account
☀ accepts staff form filing
☀ department heads come to you for issues
☀ second in rank after founder
☀ contact founder if there are any problems
☀ help the community with things that we need help with

ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR | Closed
☀ back up admin and assistant admins whenever main admins need help

2. The Graphic Designers
💡 design book covers, banners and is responsible for all the design-related businesses

DEPARTMENT HEAD: | Closed
💡 access to this account
💡 admins contact you for issues
💡 Designers will pass graphics to you and you post it in the graphics book
💡 may or may not be a designer yourself. Managing the graphic book is what counts

STAFF:
💡 the one who does all the designing and gets the credit for the wonderful works
💡 can ask for payment from requesters
💡 pass graphics to department head

3. Contest Managers
🍋 create fun annual contests for both members and non-members of the community

DEPARTMENT HEADS:
🍋 manage the contest book
🍋 make up amazing contest ideas, create prizes for the winners, accept entries and manage them in reading lists
🍋 create criteria for judging
🍋 coordinate with graphic designers, reviewers, and editors for prizes
🍋 access to this account
🍋 admins contact you

JUDGES:
🍋active only during contests
🍋 judge entries based on given criteria
🍋 different judges per genre

4. Editors and Reviewers
⚡book polishers
⚡spots the minor adjustments needed on books
⚡ provide suggestions on improvement

DEPARTMENT HEAD:
⚡manages both the editing and reviewing book
⚡accepts applications of reviewer and editors

⚡ guides and tests new applicants
⚡ reviews be passed to you and you post them as soon as possible

STAFF:
⚡ does all the reviewing and editing
⚡ deserves all the credit
⚡ can ask special payment from requesters
⚡ pass reviews to the head

5. Clubbers

manages the book club
📍 creates book club
📍 make up rules
📍 arrange applicants and give assignments
📍 checks rule violators
📍 accepts new applicants
📍 access to this account and admins contact you directly

6. Advisors
🐝 give good advice to people
🐝 help people with their problems
🐝 must be occasionally available to talk to others whenever they need you
🐝 address an admin when dealing with a specially difficult problem
🐝 give a bi-weekly report to any of the admins
🐝 bi-weekly report contains account whom you have helped and addressed, time and date, issue, and the result (positive or negative)

7. Plotters
🌻 Their main job's to sustain the needs of the 'Plot Shop' that soon to be constructed.
🌻 They need to be atleast active twice/thrice a week in their duty
🌻 Each plotter needs to put minimum one/two plotline every week.
🌻 They should do their job properly.
