Alyssa's POV:

I struggled in his grip, he was holding me tightly, I heard foot steps, "stop struggling Alyssa",

"No", I said in anger, stomped his foot, he groaned in pain, I again ran but was suffocated in a solid hug,

I was struggling in his strong hold yet gentle, he stroked my head gently continuously,

"come on Alyssa stop running, talk to Papa bear, you are breaking my heart cupcake", he said softly,

I was holding his shirt piece, I could feel his calm heartbeat, I slowly stopped struggling,

"let go Mason, I don't want to talk to you", I said slowly, my face was already teary,

"don't say that Alyssa, I miss you, we all miss you", "still you didn't come and helped me when I was being murdered alive for six months", I said in a shaky voice, he was massaging my back,

"I know darling, I am so sorry, I am ashamed of myself, I let my little cupcake face so much", he explained, pain was visible in his voice,

"Talk to us Alyssa", I heard Stan, "come on Alyssa, hit us, slap us, do what you want just don't run again", I heard J's sweet voice,

"I am sorry Alyssa", I heard him, I heard him say sorry, after half year of torture, I started crying, I removed myself from him, and turned,

"after all the bullshit you made me go through, you are here saying sorry", I yelled at him, my eyes flaring with rage, I went to him and slapped him hard,right across the face, he took it,

then I started hitting him, they were watching my violent assault on him, "I LOVED YOU, I LOVED YOU SO MUCH, YOU BROKE ME COMPLETELY, I hate you, I hate you", I said to him while clutching his collar,

"I pleaded for mercy, you didn't stop, you and your devil brother controlled me, treated me like your puppet, do you even know how much I needed you, how much you tormented me, it still aches, my body is still wounded, I have nightmares, I have depression, finally when I was moving on, you appeared again, let me live in peace", I said to him,

he was gazing at the ground, I was holding onto him, he tried to hug me, his hands surrounded my body softly,

"I am sorry Alyssa, I will accept your punishment without any protest, just give me one chance, I will make it up to you, I promise, just don't run away again", I jerked away from him,

"I don't want to do anything with you", I tried to walk away but Stan came infront of me,

"I promise Alyssa, I will beat the shit out of him, if he touches you again, give us one chance, please Alyssa, we miss you", he said to me while holding my arms, I shook my head,

"No I can't, It's enough for me, I am out for good, go back to your lavish life",

"life is not the same without you Golden please, one chance, come with us",

"No! I am not leaving this town, this is my home now, remove your car from behind", I said in anger,

"Golden please", I went close to him, "It's Janette, Alyssa is dead", I said to Carlos coldly, his eyes held hurt, pain, sleeplessness, he looked tired,

"move it or I will start walking", I said to Stan, they were silent,

"I am not your friend anymore, you selfish, big city, bad boys, go back to your self absorbed world, let me rot here in my pit, I don't need you now, I have all I need, I am done", I spitted in rage,

Mason was hurt, I started walking, Stan stopped me, "wait,we are moving it", Carlos was staring at me, but my eyes only held hate for him, he broke me in a million pieces, the car moved and without a second glance their way, I drove away,

I could see them standing lost, I saw Carlos kicking his car in irritation,
I was back home, now I don't have to run,

I finally faced my demons, now I am free, I inhaled deeply fresh air, I won, I have out grown my monsters,they held no power over me,

something was calm, like the storm of my life has finally settled for good, I could feel the rainbow emerging from behind the dull clouds,

I fell on my bed with ease, I slept, a peaceful slumber, no nightmares, no anxiety, no sleeplessness, no need for pills, my disease was cured,

who cured it, I myself did, I became my own hero, never run away from your problems just face them....  I assure you they will fade away, like mine did, God I am free!

I woke up, stretched, a smile crept on my face, I made peace with my past, I took a shower, did break fast then went out to grab my stuff from Chloe's car,

I froze as I saw them walking towards me, "howdy neighbor, can you guide us about this town, we are new here",Mason pointed to the house infront of me, they were smiling and smirking,

my mouth was open, my eyes wide open, I cannot believe it!  THEY BOUGHT THE FREAKING HOUSE AND RIGHT INFRONT OF ME!!!, I yelled inwardly,

"No that's not possible", I said to them, they smiled, Carlos came forward,

"Now we are neighbors, let's start over Janette", he said in a polite tone, "why are you doing this?", I groaned in frustration,

"caz you are unforgettable, we are making up for our stupidity, especially mine", he said with a thoughtful expression, his eyes asking for forgiveness,

"do what you want", I said and turned on my heel, I slammed the door of my house, I peeked through the curtains of my living room.

I saw them standing, Mason was rubbing his neck, they were checking out Chloe's car, I huffed., why are they doing this,

when I want nothing to do with them, I was watching t.v when my door bell rang, I will kill them if it's them, I opened it up,

"what!!?"  I yelled, "I am sorry I came to socialize", it was Sky, I touched my head, "sorry Sky", I said to him, he smiled, I mentally slapped myself,

good going Alyssa!, weirdo, we were talking when I saw them, their eyes were on him, I got alerted, they were playing basket ball outside,

but now their main focus was him, I grabbed him by his arm, "let's go in", I fake smiled to him, he nodded, I went after him,

then peeked through the curtains again to see them pissed as hell, especially Carlos,

"they are handsome right", Sky said while staring at them by my side, I playfully hit his arm, he smiled, "not my type", I muttered, he was eating some grapes,

"wanna watch a movie?, "yeah", "you choose, no romance",I muttered nonchalantly,"ninja turtles",

"perfect, I will get the popcorn", I said and went to get some, we watched and laughed,

I had so much fun, then he turned on the music player, Charlie's "how long" was on, I squealed in excitement, we were dancing like crazy together, more like goofing around, he looked so cute,

"BABY I JUST GOTTA KNOW, HOW LONG IS THIS BEEN GOING ON", we both sang loudly,

we had dinner, the whole day was spent with him, now it was night, he was leaving, we were outside,

"I had fun", he said nervously, "me too", I said shyly, he pulled me a little closer and kissed my cheek, then he ran to his house, which is beside mine,

I saw him touching his neck, I smiled to myself, I was so blushing, I waved goodbye, he too did the same, I went in, I was cleaning up when I heard my bell,

I opened, it was him, he was standing, he straightened when he saw me, "Um this belongs to you", he handed me my phone, I took it, "hmm thanks", "goodnight Go---  I mean Janette", he said while not breaking eye contact,

"good night", I closed the door at him, I saw through the door hole, he was still standing, then after a few minutes he walked a little further, gripped his hair a bit, he was tired,

why do I care?, Alyssa you hate him, he is the reason you fled, rubbed his face in frustration, I guess, touch the flower pot, smiled at it, then went towards his house, I saw Stan putting a hand on his shoulder for support, they both walked in their house,

I can't believe they started living infront of me!, what the hell,

In the morning, I was late so I almost went out half running half walking, Mason started running with me,

"can I give you a ride?", "No, I am fine", I said rudely, I was checking my watch, "hmm a big watch for a small town girl, don't you think",

"Mason I am late please, go away", "I am trying to keep you calm", I groaned in frustration, halted, he smiled,

"good morning Alyssa cum Janette", I glared at him, he raised his hands in defense, I heard a honk,

"come on Janette, let me drop you", It was Sky, he aggressively ignored Mason, who was giving him death glares, I smiled to Mason, and went to sit with him, Sky hugged me when I got in, then we drove off,

I saw Mason walking away, he was really angry....

Good, this way they will know I am over them all.... is that even possible?, shut up Alyssa....
