Francis A. Dietrich is an 18-Years Old only son of the orphanage's founder.

In a very long time, Francis been bullying Ishmael for having such condition-Lying weakly and melancholic in her bed like a paralyzed person in her whole life when he's visiting the building. He keeps saying non-motivating speeches that makes the little lady lost hope on surviving such disease.

That's why, one day, Ishmael been declared to have severe seizures, making herself into comatose with 50/50 percentage of waking up.
