Illusion sat on her bed.

She had been reading most of the night.

It was the late hours of the night and the moon was high in the sky.

Illusion had been thinking.

What would have happened if her mothers had left the horde with her.

Would things be different.

Illusion looked at the sword.

What if she never found the sword, would things be different too.

Illusion curled up on the bed,her knees against her face.

The responsibility of being shera and saving Etheria was sometimes to much for the young shera.

She had found herself panicking at night and just silently crying.

Illusion closed her eyes as she sat in thought, thinking about how everything would have been.

Illusion looked up to a sudden sounds of wings.

She turned to see the large dragon she had watched hatch.

Saphira.

"saphira"Illusion said telepathically.

"I Sensed you were upset young one"The dragoness said gracefully.

"I'm fine"Illusion said out loud to the slender dragon.

The dragoness shook her head.

Illusion sighed and tears brimming at her eyes told saphira about the thoughts plaguing her mind.

Saphira sat down and listened to the young shera.

She understood the young girls panic.

"You don't have to listen to the legacy of before all you have to do is write your own story"Saphira said gracefully.

The young demon smiled at the dragon as the dragon let her on her back.

The two took off as illusion smiled as she flew on the dragon.

This was her way of escape.

The cold moon lighting her way as the two went for another night time flight.
