Cody's parents were rich and they died leaving his grandma to take care of him, he escaped her clutches taking medicine to prevent his presentation. he goes to college and gets a medical degree but he runs out of his medicine and presents as an Omega unable to continue pursuing his dream he's dragged back to the Family Manor by his grandmother who marries him off before she passes away.
