Personal Questions:

1.What is your name or nickname or pen name?

Answer: My pen name is aisha_ayra.

2.What is your nationality?

Answer: I'm from a country which has one of the most richest and vivid history and heritage. A country which is the seventh largest country in the world in terms of area. A country which has largest democracy in the world and home to ancient Indus valley civilization. A country which has an immense mausoleum of white marble, the jewel of Muslim art that is Taj mahal...any guesses?

      That was easy. 😉 I'm from India of course.

4.Are you a reader or a writer?

Answer: This got me confused. Well I'm both. I'm mostly reader if that's what you are asking but I don't think it makes me less of a writer. Does it?😊

5.What are your hobbies?

Answer: Reading, painting, writing. To be honest, I wasn't well known to myself but if doing something that gives you immense pleasure is the definition of a hobby then I have some more.

Teaching, motivating others even when I'm in depression, etc.
Weird? I know. 😁

7.What is or are your favourite movies or show?

Answer: I don't have favourite shows.  Well I like watching Doraemon though. 😅 My favourite movies are Harry Potter, Percy Jackson , Lord of the rings, Twilight, Avengers, Tinker bell, Frozen , Moana, Zootopia, Khubsurat, I hate love stories, Conjuring, Insidious, The grudge, It and the list goes on and on !!

8.What is or are your favourite food?

Answer: Mom made biryani. Chicken 65, Manchurian, Paneer butter masala, Butter chicken, Chaat , Dosa, Wada. Honestly it will never end. Any food item can become my favourite as far as it tastes delicious. I even experiment by having two unlikely pair of things together  for example I ate chips with garlic paste once. 😅😂 It was nice.

9.What makes you smile when you feel sad?

Answer: When I read Inspirational Islamic quotes or when I hear Nauman Ustadh Ali Khan or  Mufti Menk speaking about how Allah SWT never leaves us alone. It's beautiful and inspiring. Or when Mom comforts me with her soothing words, her hugs and cooks me french fries. When Dad brings me an ice-cream so that I cheer up. When my brothers offer me a chocolate so that I stop sulking. A single sweet message from any of my friends.  I love simple little things as long as they are done with heart filled with honesty, care and love. I don't need more that what they call attention and affection. Sounds cheesy? To me too  but it's the truth. (I know it almost consists food items but I can't help! 😂😍😉)

10.How many languages do you speak and what are they?

Answer:  I speak 3 languages. Hindi, English and Marathi. I  really want to learn Arabic though.

1.How often you are in Wattpad?

Answer: I am active almost everyday. Atleast for an hour or two.

2.What started you on the path of writing?

Answer: Lessons that life teach!

3.When did you first realize that you wanted to start writing? How and why?

Answer: I realized it when I was in my degree 1st year. I read a novel named 'I too had a love story' by an Indian writer Ravinder Singh. It gave me a kick and I found myself dreaming and imagining that how would it be to write my own story. I decided that I'll one day and that's how it happened. Also life does punch people in the nose in unexpected time. Well I guess I am not any exception. When those punches turned extent Alhamdulillah I found my solace in Allah SWT and his gift for me in words.

4.When did you write your first book and how old were you that time?

Answer: My first book is 'The fault in our fate…’ and I'm not going to mention my age. Hey! Ever heard about not to ask a girl's age? 😉

5.What are some of your favourite authors on Wattpad?

Answer: I cannot name all of them because wattapad is full of amazing writers. Though some of them are amalkhan807 sssilentscreamsss zaarsenist amazingness crazyme_97 @julietylons etc.

6.How long have you been writing?

Answer:  6 months now.

7.Do you only write in Wattpad? Or is there any other website you write? If yes, then which other website do you write on?

Answer:  Nope. It's just wattapad, atleast for now it is

8.What do you love most about writing?

Answer: I don't know! I just love writing. Its just another way to let my soul soar   no restriction no barries.. just myself being me.. No reason! 😊

9.What keeps you motivated for your writing?

Answer: My intention of spreading the right message among today's Muslim teenagers and even adults keep me going. I totally wish my writing to be something, even as the tiniest bit of contribution to my religion which is my life force. Alhamdullilah!

10.How many books have you written? Out of all your books, which book do you think is the most successful?

Answer: I have written 3 books. And so far 'The fault in our fate…’ is the only book most successful!

11.Are any of your characters based on people you know? If yes, would you like to mention some of the characters and how you related to them to your story.

Answer: Yes, my characters are definitely based on people I know. I can't mention it because I don't want to add spoilers, I'm sorry. And also they are a mixture of me and my life and that makes them damn special!

12.Who inspires you in writing?

Answer: My friends do. Specifically my best friend saarah_12. She believed in me and practically forced me to write. I was a story teller for my friends and according to them a very good one. ( I still am!) They told me and convinced me that I can be a great writer , that I just need to start up somewhere. I started writing but I was acting chicken,  I didn't want to update and then came my wattapad friend Marwajowsi , this bubbly girl encouraged me to update. Whining, complaining she compelled me to upload. These people showed the excitement to read my story even before I started it and one day I finally uploaded! These people were my constant supporters and still are. Alhamdullilah, I'm so blessed to have these people in my life.

13.What do your fans mean to you?

Answer: I love them. I really appreciate them being there for me. I want to thank everyone out there who has been with me since the start of my story 'The fault in our fate'. Even though it's just the start, even though there are so many mistakes , even though it's not perfect, their warm, hilarious, positive comments keep me going and encourage me in a very wonderful way. May Allah SWT bless all of them, aamīn. 😊 ( I mean it!)

14.What advise would you give to new writers?

Answer: As you see, I'm myself a newbie writer. I have just started writing and I am going to make so many mistakes myself before I reach that awesome point in writing. Still, I want to say that whatever you are writing, just write it with the good intention. Write it with the intention of pleasing your Creator. Write it with the intention of spreading a useful message among people. I know sometimes a person wants to convince a message through his story but he fails to put it properly in the words, even I suffer from it. Just don't make it discourage you. Keep going. Don't stop whatever happens. And lastly I quote 'I think new writers are too worried that it has all been said before. Sure it has, but not by you.😊 So continue, you only fail when you stop writing!

15.What do you plan to do in future with your writing?

Answer: I seriously don't know. But my writing is something I take pride in.. something I always thank allah for.. I'm not letting it go for sure! In Shaa Allah!
