Personal Questions:

1. What is your name or nickname or pen name?

Answer: My pen name is SophieAbnegation

2. What is your nationality?

Answer: Bangladeshi

3. How old are you?

Answer: I became 18 in 2018

4. Are you a reader or a writer?

Answer: I am both

5. What are your hobbies?

Answer: I guess reading and writing.

6. Any fun fact that you would life to share?

Answer: When I was in class seven, one day in class I was squeezing a packet of turmeric powder which a girl had brought for Home Economics Practical. Then suddenly it bursted and I was covered with turmeric powder.

7. What is or are your favourite movies or show?

Answer: Well, South Korean dramas like Goblin, Scarlet Heart, Descendants of the sun, etc. fall in case of shows, in case of movies I guess Lord Of The Rings Trilogy and others.

8. What is or are your favourite food?

Answer:  Pizza, french fries, coke, etc.

9. What makes you smile when you feel sad?

Answer: That is hard to tell. I guess I bear with my sadness till it goes away.

10. How many languages do you speak and what are they?

Answer: Bangla and English.

Professional Questions:

1. How often you are in Wattpad?

Answer: Everyday or almost everyday as I can't remember a single day I didn't use it.

2. What started you on the path of writing?

Answer: My inability in the writing and drawing mangas in a proper way had started me on the path of writing.

3. When did you first realize that you wanted to start writing? How and why?

Answer: During sixth grade in 2011, I started drawing anime and at one point I started drawing mangas. At the end of the year, one day it dawned on me how it would be to transform the drawings into words. Because, as I have said before, I wasn't good in drawing and writing mangas. So, I wrote some words based on the story of my manga in quite a new way. Finding it interesting, I decided to write.

4. When did you write your first book and how old were you that time?

Answer: This year at the age of eighteen.

5. What are some of your favourite authors on Wattpad?

Answer: I do not have anyone particular for I like  different books from different authors.

6. How long have you been writing?

Answer: As I have stated from 2012 for which it can be said for six years, but I wasn't regular in writing in the last six years just as I have been from 2018.

7. Do you only write in Wattpad? Or is there any other website you write? If yes, then which other website do you write on?

Answer: Only in Wattpad.

8. What do you love most about writing?

Answer: I guess the way we can express our imaginary world with the help of words.

9. What keeps you motivated for your writing?

Answer: I guess reading other's works, seeing the reads, votes and comments on their books inspires me on my work so that I can have the same in my works. 

10. How many books have you written? Out of all your books, which book do you think is the most successful?

Answer:  I will say two books as I want to publish them in the future in hardcopy just as I have them in softcopy. In case of writing before Wattpad I had discontinued or rejected many drafts. In case of success it's hard for me to say, because my other book 'A Sapphire Among Jewels' has more an unique plot than  'The Airfighter's Wounded Soul' which has more reads than it. So, in case of reads I will choose 'The Airfighter's Wounded Soul' but in case of plot I will choose 'A Sapphire Among Jewels.'

11. Are any of your characters based on people you know? If yes, would you like to mention some of the characters and how you related to them to your story.

Answer: My characters aren't fully based on real people. But the idea of the formation of Squadron Leader Qibriyah Haque is from Kim Shin and Hannah Khan is from Ji Eun-tak who are characters of a South Korean Drama 'Goblin'. Of course I have made my two characters different from those two characters, so that I won't be alleged of plagiarism. Watching the show I had formed imagination of a sad guy who would have romance with a girl nineteen years younger than him and the girl bringing change in his life. And in case of Qibriyah being in the Airforce I think I got the idea from "Descendents Of The Sun" which is another k-drama where the main character is in the South Korean Drama.

12. Who inspires you in writing?

Answer: If it's who then I will say the same answer like question 9.

13. What do your fans mean to you?

Answer: They undoubtedly mean a lot for seeing their reads, comments, and votes are very encouraging.

14. What advise would you give to new writers?

Answer: Well I haven't much to say, I will tell them to read a lot to increase their field of imagination so that they can create their own ideas rather than stealing other's works. Of course not everybody does that, but I felt like giving it because it is very sad on the part of those whose works are stolen. Also it will help them in their English besides getting the idea of writing style.  Then when they start writing they should remember they won't get perfection in their stories in first try. So, rather than editing over and over again, they should finish their story. Also, they shouldn't feel down. In case of writer's block I will tell them to write what ever comes in their head for it might help them get out things from their head, though it might not work for everybody. Also, to write what they like I guess, is also important. But also it is also important to see if you are able to write what they can. In case of Wattpad I will tell them to remain patient in case of less votes, reads and comments. It shouldn't stop them from writing further.

15. What do you plan to do in future with your writing?

Answer: I have the intention of writing a trilogy on Romance in which The Airfighter's Wounded Soul will be the second book. Besides I want to write a duo logy on Chicklit and a stand alone in Teen Fiction along with completing my other stand alone. Then I want to publish them in hardcopy ending my writing career with seven books.
