Personal Questions:

1. What is your name or nickname or pen name?

Answer: My real name is Irmeen Khan and my pen name is Iram Khan.
My name and pen name have the same meaning, that is, Paradise of Heaven.

2. What is your nationality?

Answer: I am an Indian.

3. How old are you?

Answer: Soon to be 18.  My birthday is on 23rd March.

4. Are you a reader or a writer?

Answer: I am equally passionate about both.

5. What are your hobbies?

Answer: Singing and writing stories and whenever I get time,  I read books ( not talking about school books 😜😜)

6. Any fun fact that you would life to share?

Answer: Ah,  I remember what happened this year.  When the first time I watched the movie,  " Secret Superstar " with my family,  it came into my mind to tell my parents about my writing skills and the books in wattpad.  I was afraid earlier about wattpad and so I didn't tell my parents.

But later,  after watching the movie,  when I told them about my books and showed them the website,  they were like, 

" When did you start it? "
" Why didn't you tell us earlier? "
" Our kids are talented "
" It might be in her genes "
and so on..

I was happy to see them happy with my work. I am thankful to have encouraging parents and they always support me. 

Later in school,  when my friends got to know that,  they called me "Secret Superstar ". And I was on cloud nine to get that name.

7. What is or are your favourite movies or show?

Answer: I love Korean shows especially Descendants of the sun and the famous Turkish serial,  Ask laftan anlamaz (Pyaar lafzon mein kahan). Actually, I hate Indian soap operas because they have same old concept of Daughter in-law v/s Mother in-law.

8. What is or are your favourite food?

Answer: I am big fan of non veg dishes.  I love chicken dishes, specially chicken biryani and chicken lollipop ( fried ones ) and malai kofte in veg.

9. What makes you smile when you feel sad?

Answer: Whenever I an frustrated or worried about exams and results, what makes me happy at that time is reading books in wattpad and the bonding between the main leads and their friends makes me smile and gives me strength that I have a beautiful family which includes my friends. Otherwise,  I remember the good moments I have spend with my family.

10. How many languages do you speak and what are they?

Answer: Three. English, Hindi and Arabic( not frequently spoken )

Professional Questions:

1. How often you are in Wattpad?

Answer: I was available all the time in the year 2017, but when I got less marks in class 11th final result,  I stopped it, reminding myself of my career.

2. What started you on the path of writing?

Answer: I was in class 6th that time and I had crush on someone and I used to get happy whenever I was around him.  One day,  I was watching a movie and there I saw love and marriage and I got to know what it means and that later I will also leave my parents and become a part of another family too. That night,  maybe this thought was stuck in my mind and I saw myself and a man embracing each other and a voice behind said "Qabool hai" (I do).  I was like,  what was that and then I searched and did a research and found that it was my mindset and that made me write a story in my register. 
In month of December 2016, I suddenly wanted to read stories and while searching,  I found this platform,  Wattpad and when I read many books,  I thought about the story I wrote once. I modified it and started publishing it here under the name "His Soul, My Heart! " and later,  with many plots in my mind,  I started writing more books,  which includes, "Billionaire Couple", "Mafia's Smart Girl" , "Spy lovers" and "One Bride, Two Grooms,  Three Hearts". I have planned to publish more books but before that I need to complete all these books.

3. When did you first realize that you wanted to start writing? How and why?

Answer: I never wished to be a writer,  but whenever I used to be frustrated and angry,  I used to write anything to make my mind calm. 
And when my mind started making connections between some scenes which I used to think,  I started writing them in my register and later when I read them and found the platform,  wattpad,  I made my mind to write stories combining qll the scenes and I did it,  and I wish to continue it in the future as well.

4. When did you write your first book and how old were you that time?

Answer: I wrote my first book "His Soul, My Heart! " in  February 2017 . I was soon going to be 16 at that time.

5. What are some of your favourite authors on Wattpad?

Answer: Taqi-Writer , -melodious_song , kiranhafeez ... There are many more, but I cannot list all of them here.

6. How long have you been writing?

Answer: Since 2017

7. Do you only write in Wattpad? Or is there any other website you write? If yes, then which other website do you write on?

Answer: Only in wattpad.

8. What do you love most about writing?

Answer: Whenever I write something,  I feel happy. The smile on my lips will never fade. The way we express emotions, and the bonding between all people is splendid.  Making myself happy increases positive thoughts and it motivates me to study well and score good. That's what I love about writing.

9. What keeps you motivated for your writing?

Answer: First of all,  my friends.  They motivate me to write and whenever I need any help,  they are always there for me.  Secondly,  reviews and request to update soon. Most importantly, compliments.

10. How many books have you written? Out of all your books, which book do you think is the most successful?

Answer: I have written 5 books till now.  Two of them are completed,  while others are ongoing.
My books are : His Soul, My Heart!,  Billionaire Couple,  Mafia's Smart Girl,  Spy Lovers, and One Bride, Two Grooms, Three Hearts.
Out of them, the most successful is Billionaire Couple and Mafia's Smart Girl.  The day I published it,  I saw many reviews,  compliments and request for updates the next day.  And that made me happy..

11. Are any of your characters based on people you know? If yes, would you like to mention some of the characters and how you related to them to your story.

Answer: Well,  in all the five books, the female leads are based on some phase of my life, as in,  myself as naive,  bold, angry, shooter, having smart ideas.. They are all me. 
As for the male leads,  some of them are based on the person I met in my life be it cousins,  stranger or batchmate.

Like,  Murad from Billionaire Couple,  is based on one of my paternal cousins,  who is close friend of mine.
Asfandyar from One Bride, Two Grooms,  Three Hearts, is based on one of my maternal cousins,  with whom I fight a lot.

And Ayaan from His Soul, My Heart!, is the one whom I had a crush on..

12. Who inspires you in writing?

Answer: I don't have any writers who inspire me. But I get inspired by my writing.  Actually, I don't have any writer background and I am the only one in my family who writes the story. And I haven't read any book other than the ones on wattpad, so,  it's only my writing.

13. What do your fans mean to you?

Answer: For me, fans are everything. You write better just because they motivate you and encourage you. They are the true critics a writer wants. When I started writing, I never thought that I would have fans and still, I don't have fans because they are not just my fans, they are my family. To all of you out there, I love you, guys. Thank you for being a part of this journey.

14. What advise would you give to new writers?

Answer: I would like to say that don't stop writing even if you reach the goal of profession in your life. Writing is expressing your frustrated life into beautiful words and making it unique. There's a good opportunity for all of you on wattpad,  just keep writing and relax yourself from worries.

15. What do you plan to do in future with your writing?

Answer: Yes, I have to update so many books. But also after becoming doctor, I would like to spread the message of precautions through books.
