Your pov.

It was midnight. I woke up when I heard crying, and screams of pain. I looked out the window and in the distance there was someone on the ground. I couldn't see them very well. But two people standing up were hitting him. I couldn't wake up Kou. I ran to the person. The other two people got in a car and left.

I helped him stand up. When I saw him my eyes widened. I felt like crying. He covered his ears and swayed back and forth. He seemed younger than Kou.

"What's your name? " I asked him quietly yet calmly. He stopped swaying back and forth. He moved his hands away from his ears.

"E-Ethan. " he said.

"Come on Ethan. " I said. He quickly shook his head.

"No. " he said.

"Don't worry I won't hurt you. " I said. I felt like crying. He was so young. He stood up, and I grabbed his hand. We walked to my house and walked in. I helped him sit down. "Why do you have all these bandages? " I asked.

"Be-Because of my parents. " he said. Even though he had bandages over his eyes I saw tears run down his cheeks. I slowly put my hand on my cheek, and he flinched.

"D-Don't be scared. I want to help you. Do you want to stay here with me? " I said. He shrugged. "Why are these bandages over your eyes? " I asked.

"Parents. Didn't like my eyes. They said that I'm an accident. That I should never have been born. " he said.

"I bet your eyes look lovely. " I said. "Let's take them off. " I said. I took off the bandages that were on his eyes. Only to see his eyes were different colors. One was green the other was red. "They look beautiful. " I said. His eyes widened.

"R-really? " he asked. I nodded my head. Kou came downstairs.

"Mommy..." He said and cut himself off. He went over to Ethan. "Wow cool dude your awesome! " Kou shouted. Ethan covered his ears and swayed back and forth. "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be loud. " Kou said softly. Ethan slowly took his hands off his ears.

"Do you want to be apart of our family? " I asked. He slowly nodded his head. "Your a shy one, aren't you? " I asked. He just shrugged. "Well I'll see if I can register you in Kou's school. He could take care of you. " I said. And Ethan just shrugged again. "This house really isn't so big, but I'm planning on making it bigger. So you can sleep in my room. I'll sleep on the couch. " I said. I walked him over to my room. I tucked him in and he instantly fell asleep. I took Kou back to his room, and tucked him in as well. He instantly fell asleep too.

I walked outside and saw Turles. He walked over to me.

"I guess you couldn't stay away from me. " he said.

"No Turles. I am a strong person. We end this now. I don't ever want to see you again. " I said.

"Fine. You asked for it. " he said and walked away. I grabbed Kou and laid him down next to Ethan. I sat in a chair that was in my room. I slowly closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Couple minutes later...

"Mommy! Mommy wake up! " I heard Kou shout and cough. I woke up and saw smoke everywhere.

"What's going on? " I asked.

"The house is on fire! " Kou shouted. Ethan covered his ears and swayed back and forth while coughing. I opened the door and saw fire. I quickly closed it. I looked outside the window.

"Ethan sweetie stand up. " I said softly he stood up and I got the mattress from the bed. But it didn't fit to go threw the window.  I coughed and coughed. I collapsed on the floor. I wanted to wake up, but couldn't.

Goku's pov.

I woke up early to start training. I always train a couple miles past y/n's house. I was almost there when I saw it on fire. I saw one of the windows open and went towards it. To see Kou, another kid at was in the corner doing something. And y/n on the floor. My eyes widened.

"Kou hurry I'll help you guys! " I shouted. Kou came towards me and I flew him a safe distance away, and where I was able to see him.

I grabbed the other kid and he hand bandages all over him along with bandages over his eyes. He flinched when I grabbed him, and covered his ears. He shook his head constantly. I put him down next to Kou. I went back inside and carried y/n bridal style. We got outside and her eyes fluttered open, my head was beating faster when I saw her. She coughed and stood up.

She looked around and saw the kid with bandages. She quickly went to them.

"Kou are you okay? " y/n asked him.

"Yes mommy. " Kou said.

"Ethan sweetheart are you okay? And why are the bandages over your eyes again? " y/n asked the kid. He kept swaying back and forth. He slowly pointed at me. I looked confused. "But he's a very good guy, he won't hurt you, or make fun of you. So please take off your bandages." She said softly. He nodded his head. Y/n took off the bandages over his eyes. He opened his eyes and they were different colors.

"Wow your eyes are cool. Why would you want to hide them? " I said. Y/n looked back. Her house was almost gone. "You guys can stay with me if you want. We have a guest room. " I said.

"I don't know Goku. I mean will ChiChi be okay with it? " y/n said.

"Don't worry about ChiChi. But what caused your house to burn down? " I said. She shook her head and we went to my house.

Time skips...

We got to my house. I opened the door. Chichi was making breakfast. Gohan and Goten were sitting down on the table. I signaled y/n to wait for a bit.

"Hi dad! " Gohan shouted. ChiChi and Goten both turned to look at me.

"I invited someone over so please be nice. " I said. I opened the door and signaled y/n to walk in. The little kid with bandages walked behind y/n.

"What are these two doing here?! " ChiChi shouted. Y/n brought Kou closer to her.

"Hi Kou! " Gotten shouted.

"Hi y/n! " Gohan shouted. The kid behind y/n went to a corner closed his eyes shut, covered his ears and swayed back and forth.

"Ethan calm down. Don't worry. The two kids over there are nice people. They didn't mean to be to loud. " y/n said calmly. He stopped swaying back and forth. He slowly moved his hands away from his ears.

"His he sick or something? Because if he is I can't deal with it right now. " ChiChi said.

"Chichi. " I said.

"See Goku I told you it was a bad idea. Ethan has been hurt way to much. He doesn't need more people hurting him. " Y/n said.

"Mom don't be mean to him. " Gohan said.

"Yeah they could stay. " Goten said.

"It's nice of you all, but I think I'll stay with Vegeta. " y/n said. And they walked out. We all looked at Chichi. She just turned around and kept on cooking.

"Why were you mean to him? They haven't dine anything to you. " I said. I felt bad first y/n's house was burned down. Now she wasn't wanted by someone. Gohan turned on the t.v. and the news came on. They were at y/n's house. It was burned to the ground. I shook my head.

Your pov.

I'm staying at Vegeta's house. Kou and Trunks play around with Ethan. Ethan doesn't talk a lot though. Then I remembered when I opened my eyes I saw Goku. He saved me and my kids. I owe him a lot for that. He's our hero. He's my hero.
