Your pov.

I heard something upstairs and went to go check. When i did i saw something amazing. So i screamed. He turned around quickly and looked at me with shock. I walked slowly towards him to see him a bit better. But when i tried to he ran inside one of the rooms so i ran after him. I knew he was scared so i whispered to him.

"I remember tears streaming down your face when i said i will never let you go..." i softly whispered to him.

He came towards me and kneeled in front of me and put all his attention on me. I looked at him he was about 3 or 4 years old some of his hair would get in front of his face well more like covering one eye, his shirt was all torn up and he looked hurt. I could tell he liked the song so i kept singing it. I was about to keep singing to him when i saw the door knob turning slowly. I got im and hid him in the closet i told him to stay quite and he nodded his head. I quietly ran to the window since it was closer and laid there. I got a stuffed animal and hugged it as if i felt sick. The door opened an i saw goku. He ran towards me and kneeled next to me.

"Hey are you ok we heard you scream and ran as soon as we came what happened?" he asked.

"Oh i screamed because my stomach started hurting a lot and i had a giant headache" i said to him.

"Oh ok ill go to the kitchen to make you something"he said.

"No it's ok ill be fine can i just be alone like all of you guys leave please i don't want to get you guys sick" i told him

"Ok ill tell the guys" and like that he left i looked outside and saw them leaving.

I went to the closet to see he was scared so i carried him to the bed and laid him down. He looked scared so i handed him the stuffed animal and kept on singing to him from the beginning.

Gone" i sang softly i looked at him and he was already asleep.

I felt his hands and he was freezing cold. I covered him with a blanket and went to the kitchen. I started to cook some warm soup for him. I turned around and started putting the food on the table when i saw him rubbing his eye. And looked at me and the table he went towards the table and went on tippy toes to see what i was doing. I smiled and put him on a chair gave him a bowl of soup and put a spoon next to the bowl. He just staired at it. I got his hand and helped him grab the spoon and put it in the soup and when the spoon was close to his mouth he put the spoon in his mouth and he started eating the soup and he had a smile on his face. I got two cups and went to the fridge and got out orange juice. I poured it into the cups and handed one to him. I sat down and started eating and i looked at him.

"Hey what's your name?" i asked and he didn't respond.

"So you don't have a name?" i asked again and nodded in disagreement.

"Well let's see how about i name you Kou do you like that name" i said to him with a smile.

He smiled and nodded his head as to say yes.

"And you don't know how to talk either?" i asked.

He looked at me sadly.

"That's ok i can teach you" i said.

He got off his chair and ran to me to hug me. I hugged him back.

"You might be the first person to bring me joy Kou" i said and looked at him.

He looked back at me with a smile. I looked into his eyes i could tell he was trying to tell me the same. And i heard him yawn. I smiled at him.

"Ready to go to your own room?" i asked.

He nodded i grabbed his hand and walked upstairs with him. I put on a night light and tucked him in and gave him a good night kiss.

Two months later....

"Morning mom" kou said cheerfully.

"Morning sweetie how was your night?" i asked.

"It was good how about yours?" he asked.

"It was good too" i said" anyways time for breakfast then go change and play outside like you always do" i said.

"Okay mommy" he says as he runs out of my room and quickly to his room. I got out of bed and make breakfast.

Time skips....

We are done eating breakfast and I clean the table up. He goes outside to play. A couple minutes later he ran inside and cane to me.

"Hey what's wrong? " I asked.

"Mommy there are a lot of guys out there and they tried getting me" he said.

I looked at him wide eyes and went outside. I opened the door and saw all of them standing there I rolled my eyes.

"Sis where is that kid he was trying to rob you! " Vegeta said.

"You better leave him alone before I turn you inside out! " I shouted at him. He looked at me stunned that I shouted at him.

"Mommy that guy tried to hurt me" Kou said and pointed at Vegeta.

"Mommy!? " they all asked in union.

"W... Who's the father? " Goku asked.

"Nobody I didn't do it ok I adopted him and Kou knows it" I said and smiled at Kou. "I haven't been happy for a long time but Kou is my joy... And if any of you hurt him your dead" I said and closed the door.
