Tails looked up hearing his friend, Sonic,insulting the man outside.
"Huh?" He asked not sure who he ment though when the doors opened and in walked a crimson and black striped hedgehog with a stern cold look on his face, known and recognized as none other that the anti hero to Sonic,
A rival of ages,shadow the hedgehog.

Sonic glared at him as he entered and came up to the bar ordering a hard whiskey bourbon.
"See the fakers only get worse when thier glory days passed" Sonic sneered at him.

Shadow looked at Sonic and scoffed.
"Yeah look at you still pretending to be cool at least I kept my class while you are the true faker of the century
A 30 year old hipster" Shadow huffed and took his drink nodding respectively to the tender

Sonic grit his teeth as he glared at Shadow.
"You're older than me you were like 50 when I was 15 so you're what near hundred? Shut your Mouth fossil" Sonic bite out

Shadow sighs and simply shook his head at how ruffled the other hedgehog was.
"I was cryo freezed for 50 years and woke with amnesia so I was Still physically around the same age as you at that time but on technicality I'm more around 80 years old not hundred" he said mater of factly in his monotone voice as the bourbon soothed over his vocal chords.

Tails done the quick math In his head and nodded that he was in fact right though if he didn't count the 50 years spent in cryo freeze he'd be around the same age as Sonic.

Sonic was already so irritated with him as Shadow just got under his skin while the red and black hedgehog seemed unfazed however he continued to insult his friend to see how far over the edge he could push him.
"Grr you're still older than I am so you have no place to talk" he huffed

Shadow smirked and drinks his drink before getting two pool sticks.
"Yet even though all this time has passed and you still haven't managed to top me. Face it blue, I'm the elite model while your the forgotten generic brand."he said and took the pool ques to the table where a bat in latex shuffled the balls and looked up with her breast resting on the green felt table top.

Tails had to admit that Shadow always had a sting to his words and oddly the way he said his insults so collectively was a added salt to the wound.
"Hey don't worry about him man he's a ass alright" he supported Sonic rubbing his back though his eyes wondered following Shadow to the babe across the bar looking straight at her open clevege. The bat's sapphire eyes look up spoting the fox looking and gave him a wink which made his face ignite a bright scarlet red and turn around quickly.
He waved the bar tender down ordering more shots and downing the liquor courage hard.

Sonic was irritated by Shadow and thought of shoving those pool ques down his throat as Tails rubbed his back and he drank his beer trying to let it go.
He saw Tails instantly light up red and flush down two shots and cheers to him unwinding some.
"Whoo! That's how you do it!" He exclaimed with a smile before knocking back his own the two laughing together as Tails shook his head to the pucker of liquor he washed down.
