Not Again (Chapter 3)

Sorry this is really short, but its Shiro, so yeah. Anyway, I might throw in a Free!/Tokyo Ghoul crossover story next with another Voltron story after I finish the two in progress. Let me know what you guys think. As always, thanks for reading, leave comments/questions, and hope you enjoy!

Shiro's POV:

Everything was too white. White walls. White light that nearly blinded me. People in white medical suits standing over and around me... hold on.

I snapped awake, the drugged exhaustion gone for the moment. I couldn't move, they had strapped me down on the table again. My armor was gone, and I couldn't sense the Black Lion anywhere nearby.

"W--Where am I?" I demanded. "Where's Black?!"

Visions of my time as a Galra prisoner flooded back, making me panic and thrash more. A few pairs of gloved hands held me down.

"Calm down, Shiro," one reassured. I didn't recognize his voice, and they all wore hazmat helmets, so I couldn't see their faces. "We just have to run some diagnostics over you, your arm, and your equipment, then we'll question you like the other robot drivers--"

The others! Keith, Lance, Hunk, Pidge, and Matt... "Where are they?!" I roared. The thought of the others in the same predicament as me, it reignited my fighting spirit.

They were soon struggling to hold me down, and I watched as one brought over a breathing machine and a face mask. "Put him under, we can't control him! We'll never get answers with him like this!"

"No! N--No! Don't put me under! I have to find my friends! I need to find my Lion...!"

It was too late. They didn't listen. They slipped the mask on, and my senses and movement blurred as I slipped back into unconsciousness again. The last thought I could remember was this:

Don't worry guys. I'll find you. I won't leave the team alone again...
