Godzilla immediately rose up from the ocean, surprising Kong and flipping the boat upside down! Everyone in the boat struggled as everything was upside down and flooding!

Maria: oh my god, Jia! *Helps her*

John: *sees Kong underwater and jumps into the flooded part of the control room to reach the chain's release controls*

Godzilla was approaching Kong from the water fast and prepared to attack but John swam to the release lever and yelled with all his might, pulling the lever to release Kong from the chains.

Kong: *swims punches and kicks Godzilla away* get away from me!*grabbing his claws and headbutts him swimming back up to the surface and flipping the boat back over*

everyone in the boat managed to gather their bearings while Kong, breaking the collar off his neck and letting out a roar beating his chest. seeing Godzilla swimming, Kong jumped from the boat and onto a battleship, from there to a nearby aircraft carrier

Godzilla: *approaches the carrier and rises up, climbing on to the carrier and roars straight at KONG* Come On!! 

Kong responded by giving Godzilla mighty punch to the face and the fight begun, Godzilla responded by giving Kong a mighty bitch slap sending him to the ground, Godzilla tries to use his atomic breath but the jets distracted him, allowing Kong to punch Godzilla back and push him into the water.

Godzilla: *raises head and charges atomic breath*

Kong: *sees the light* that can't be good!

Reacting quickly, Kong jumped clear from the carrier as Godzilla fired his atomic breath. The team watched in shock seeing the bright blue light, Kong attempted to swim up but Godzilla grabbed him and begun to drag him deep down, Kong punched Godzilla breaking free and tried to swim up again but Godzilla continue dragging him down.

Maria: He needs our help! There must be some way to disorient Godzilla...Depth Charges!

Colonel Foster fired the ships depth charges at Godzilla's current position, down below Kong was running out of air fast, it seemed the end for him and then-- 

BOOM!

Then, silence...Was Kong dead, had they failed to disorient Godzilla? Their questions was answered as a hand rose and grabbed the boat and Kong rose, coughing up water gasping for air

Kong: *lays his back on the boat exhausted8

John: Godzilla's circling back!

Maria: this won't end till one of them submits...

John: *gets an idea and looks to Colonel Foster* shut it down

Foster: what?

John: guns, engines, all of it, shut it down!

Foster: if we do that, we're dead!

John: No, we're PLAYING dead

Maria: we're making him think he's won...

Foster thinks for a moment

Foster: *picks up the mic* cut the power, shut it off, anything that makes a noise

Then, everything went silent. No sound, no movement, nothing

Godzilla rose up and looks at the darkened ships and the exhausted Kong. Kong silently growls at Godzilla while staring

Kong:...

Godzilla: If I see you again, you're gonna regret it *Godzilla then leaves entering the ocean*

Kong sighs in relief

Jia: *waves from the window and signs* "thank you, friend"

Kong smiles at his human companion

Maria: *sits down next to John* if we move, he'll be back in an instant, what do we do..?

John: Hmm... *gets an idea* Maria? How's Kong good with heights..?
