"DIVE! DIIIIIVE!" Foster yelled as Monster Zero flew in dangerously close to the Argo. As the ship suddenly dipped down at an accelerated rate, I fell to the floor and slid towards the cockpit.

Then, the Argo pulled back up, and the ground was level again.

I watched through the monitor on Rodan as Monster Zero charged him, letting out a SKREEEEK!

Rodan responded with a KREEREEUNNRT!, and the two monsters collided in the air, Monster Zero easily gaining the upper hand through his superior size and strength.

Suddenly, Monster Zero threw down Rodan and went straight for us.

"Shit!" I yelled. "He's onto us!"

"Griffin, punch it!" Foster yelled.

"I can't!" Griffin responded. "His electrical powers must be interfering with the systems! The engines won't go to full power!"

As Monster Zero closed in, suddenly, a huge shape leaped out of the water.

A huge shape with dorsal plates and a long tail.

"Godzilla!" I yelled, pointing. "He's here!"

Godzilla collided with Monster Zero Mid-air, and pulled him down back into the ocean. The two began clashing, and a sickening crack pierced the air as Godzilla tore Monster Zero's left head and neck clean off the body.

Then, a transmission game in.

"It's admiral Stenz, doctor." Rick said.

The screen lit up with the face of admiral Stenz.

"Admiral!" Serizawa exclaimed. 

"Doctor Serizawa, Colonel Foster." Stenz addressed them. "We need you to pull out all of your forces immediately."

"Admiral, I don't understand." Foster addressed him.

"We have been constructing a prototype for a new weapon capable of killing the titans. We call it the oxygen destroyer." Stenz explained. "It will kill all lifeforms in a two-mile radius."

"What are you..." I started, before realizing what Stenz was getting at. "No, no no no! We can't launch that thing at them, Godzilla's still down there! He's our protector!"

"I'm sorry son, but the decision is not yours to make." Stenz said to me. "The missile has already been launched. May god have mercy on us all."

As the transmission ended, a fast-moving object appeared on our radar.

"That's it." I said, pointing to the dot on the screen. "Griffin, get us outta here!"

"I don't take orders from you, kid!" Griffin shouted.

"Griffin, get us outta here!" Foster ordered.

"Yes ma'am!" Griffin replied, pushing down on the throttle

"Figures." I muttered.

As we flew away faster, in the distance I could see Godzilla and Monster Zero clashing in the water, until suddenly, a missile fell out of the sky and made impact.

All of the sound cut out, and a huge green flash enveloped the sky, creating a gigantic dome of green light that was two miles in diameter.

Then, the flash went away, and the waters were still.

Ten minutes passed, and then Monster Zero burst from the water.

No life signs from Godzilla.
