This dragon serpent kaiju has been seen in couple of godzilla movies and is part of earth kaiju defense that will face off against his opponents. Not much is known about his origin and where he came from. So he will be able to fight in water and land battles since he was facing the gotengo and earth military while being controlled by the aliens.
