Later, when Godzilla unleashed, X sent the monster at his disposal to destroy him, only for him to defeat them one at a time. He later sent out Keizer Ghidorah and Gigan to kill him, only to fail once again, resulting in his death as well as he was destroyed inside his Xilien mother ship as it self-destruct
