The blast nailed Rodan in the chest and sending it flying into the water, though quickly recovering. It flew up and roared as it launched at Godzilla's chest, pushing the titan back.
Meanwhile in Vale.
Gala Gu: yes God! Kill the evil that has come to this world, only you can stop it.
Pyrrha: what does Rodan have that can kill the so called evil?
Gala Gu: speed....
Pyrrha: I saw what this creature can do, it's not some brainless animal, it thinks, and I saw what it can do, it killed countless with no remorse, and it made sure they died.
Gala Gu: there's nothing to fear here, Rodan will kill it.
Rodan pecked at Godzilla's face, slightly stinging Godzilla. Godzilla roared out before grabbing Rodan's legs and putting it down to the ground. Godzilla lifted its foot to crush Rodan which shot a skinny red laser at Godzilla's head, creating a massive explosion.
Godzilla roared out in annoyance as it took a step back and shook its head. Rodan went to the coastline, landing on some of the artillery and roared at Godzilla.
Ben and Weiss continued to run through the city as the titans fought.
Ben: come on!
The ground split in between Weiss and Ben, she quickly jumped across, Ben grabbing her by the wrist and dragging her along. Ben looked above to see the jets flying towards the fight.
Ben: they are going to di- WOAH!
He stopped abruptly to the street falling down into lava.
Ben: uh.
The jets began firing upon both Godzilla and Rodan. Rodan quickly flew up and hit the jets out of the sky.

Rodan slashed at Godzilla's chest, hurting the titan and making it roar in pain. Godzilla reached for Rodan and threw it into a few buildings, the 400 foot pterodactyl didn't cause a lot of damage when it landed, though buildings were destroyed.
Godzilla's dorsal plates began to charge up electromagnetic energy and the electricity began to swirl around Godzilla as it stood tall with a glare filled with anger. It then fired the blast at Rodan, creating a massive explosion, engulfing the giant bird.
Pyrrha: it lost!
Gala Gu: that's where you're wrong, Rodan may be wounded, but the fire from the blast will restore him.
Godzilla stood on the coast growling as it felt Rodan's presence alive. Godzilla took steps forward the city to get the body. Rodan shot up and nailed Godzilla in the chest, with enough force, sliding Godzilla back some meters. Godzilla roared out in pain, it's eye turned blue and an aura came from them.
Rodan made another fly by only to be grabbed by Godzilla, which growled. Rodan's face filled with fear as it was caught. Godzilla grabbed the right wing of Rodan and ripped it off, making dark red blood shoot out over the city, covering civilians as they ran.
Gala Gu: No!
Rodan roared out in pain, a tear coming from its eye as Godzilla grabbed its three wing and ripped it off, covering the ocean in a red blanket. Rodan roared again as it shook around in Godzilla's arms, unable to fight back or anything. Godzilla dropped the body of Rodan, as it was trying to move, it couldn't use its wings to get up.
Ben and Weiss looked through the buildings to see Godzilla standing tall, looking down at the wounded Rodan.
Weiss: it's.....in pain.
Godzilla roared out loud before lifting its foot and placing it on Rodan's throat, slowly crushing it until finally smashing its throat, killing the giant bird. Godzilla looked at the bird as one last tear escaped its eye. Godzilla then roared out into the sky, it's roar echoing through the world once again.
As Godzilla roared the ground beneath Weiss and Ben broke, he quickly grabbed onto the concrete, Weiss fell but was caught by Ben, holding her from her ankle.
Ben: Weiss!
Weiss: Ben!
She looked at the lava down below, it looked like a fiery explosion rising up, bubbles popping and the heat rising.
Ben: come on!
The pavement cracked, dropping Ben slightly and making lose some of his grip on Weiss, only holding her from her high heel.
Ben: please god help me out!
Ben began to lift Weiss only for her foot to slip from the shoe. Ben's face went from determination to pure horror as he looked down, looking eye to eye with a falling Weiss. A tear filled her eye as she reached for Ben.
Ben: No!
He couldn't do anything as she was swallowed by the hot yellow below. Tears filled Ben's eyes as he watched the lava. He climbed to the street, still holding Weiss's shoe.
Ben: W-Weiss.....I'm.....so sorry.....
He put the shoe to his chest and tears began to go down his face. He sat on the side of the street, crying, holding the only thing he has left tightly.
