The sun shined over Remnant as Godzilla stood, taking in the glory of winning the fight. The servum flew around it, roaring out as they soared. Godzilla roared out again as it began walking to the ocean and slowly going in.
Metphies and Ben watched Godzilla go into the water.
Metphies: you sure you don't want to try and kill it again?
Ben: I've thought a lot about everything that's happened....killing it won't bring back Velvet...Weiss...it my father. There's just some things I need to let go.....I got so emotionally attached to killing Godzilla that I lost my humanity.
Metphies: it happens to the best of us young Ben.
Ben: what do you think will happen now?
Metphies: I personally believe Godzilla will do its own thing, but I don't think we'll have to worry about attacks anymore, look how calm and peaceful it is. Just like an animal, calm when it's in the wild, but fierce when it's attacked.
Ben: you really like bringing animals into this don't you?
Metphies: perhaps.... but can you say I'm wrong?
Ben: we're all animals in some way Metphies, even you.
Metphies: yes even me.....I guess technically a little bit of Godzilla is inside us all, with destructive powers we have yet to unleash upon the world.
Ben: that's right.
Godzilla continued walking into the horizon, the water splashing against its body as the servum followed. Everyone watched as Godzilla began to shrink. It then turned around to look at the kingdoms and give out one final roar.

Marking the beginning of the King of the Monsters.....Godzilla.

Yes I know this chapter is incredibly short, but it was to wrap up everything. Nora in the hospital with the others, most of RWBY surviving and Godzilla leaving humanity alone to thrive.

I hope you all enjoyed this story, I enjoyed making the religious take on Godzilla and the story.
