Around the line island lightning was hitting the ground, rain was pouring hard as well, going sideways. The hooded figures walked Velvet over to the Pentagram and put her in the center, where it started to glow red.
Eddie: we've watched for this night, the Black Moon came sooner, we're happy we found you.
Velvet: what do you want?
Eddie: Gods demand sacrifice, you are the sacrifice, we The Plantekult have been around for thousands of years.
Velvet: a sacrifice?
Eddie: we had to make sure you're the one, being wrong takes a heavy toll.
Velvet: is that what happened to your eye?
Eddie: Yes.
The pentagram grew brighter as the black moon rose up.
Meanwhile.
Yang: Ben wake up!
Ben opened his eyes and looked around to see he was surrounded by team RWBY.
Ben: what hap- where's Velvet!?
Weiss: we don't know, Coco hasn't seen her either.
Ruby: what happened?
Ben: some guys dressed up as Palpatine came up and beat me up....they must've taken Velvet.
Ben started to get up for Weiss to put her hand on his chest.
Weiss: you took a nasty hit, you may want to take it easy for a few minutes.
Ben: I'm fine, come on.
He got up and walked away, Weiss quickly ran after him.
Weiss: you don't even know where she is.
Ben: I know someone who may.
Timeskip to the Office.
Salem: Hello Ben.
Ben: hi mom, I have a question for ya.
RWBY: the headmaster is your mom?!
Ben: she's only a stand in for today while my father is out of town.
RWBY: Ozpin is your Dad?!
Ben: what? I didn't want to be treated differently because of who my parents are.
Ruby: how did you not know Weiss?
Weiss: I just didn't.
Ben: sorry to come in so abrupt but Velvet's been taken.
Salem: what happened! And what happened to your eye?
Ben: mom it's fine, they hit me against the wall and knocked me out, they wore Palpatine robes, you know anything about them?
Salem: did you feel cold?
Ben: Velvet said she heard something cold.
Salem: that's them....
Ben: who?
Salem: the Plantekult.
Ben: sounds stupid.
Salem: they are the reason I'm white, they are no laughing matter.
Ben: how?
Salem: I wasn't what the gods wanted for a sacrifice, I was spared, but I'm forever scarred, to be unwanted, that's what it means. The one known as Eddie also had something taken, the sight from one of his eyes.
Ben: sounds dark.
Salem: they are dangerous people....I suppose I won't be able to stop you.
Ben: got that right.
Salem: God you are your father's son, alright, here.
She gave Ben something and put it in his hands.
Ben: leaves?
Salem: I only have three, bring two of your choice and light them, tightly grab them, I know it will burn but it's the only way to "be one with the wind".
Ben: I never understood religions....Yang and Blake.
Ruby: WHY!?
Ben: because you're the youngest and have more going, and with Blake we can start stealthy and if it goes wrong, we have a Yang.
Weiss: are you su-
Ben: positive.
Ben snapped his fingers making a small flame appear.
Ben: let's get this over with.
He lit his leaf along with Blake and Yang's. He held it tightly, burning the palm of his hand until he faded into the air. He opened his eyes to see he was in a tree on a remote island.
Ben: I feel sick.
He looked to see Yang on the ground and Blake against the tree. He looked up ahead to see Eddie and the other cult members.
Ben: Blake, wake up, they're here.
She looked over to see Velvet in the center of the pentagram with the black moon rising.
Ben: what the hell?
Blake: I won't kill them, that's my rule.
Ben: I know mine.
His hands started to glow orange and he just watched them walk around and beginning to pray.
Cult: Nahara God's we give to you life, a life for sacrifice, to end all.
Ben: I don't like the sound of that.
The pentagram turned black, though still glowing.
Eddie: Gods! I have returned! We brought to you....a sacrifice, one that will surely make you happy. We would be honored if you came and blessed her soul, so she can save us all, from ourselves.
Ben gritted his teeth.
Ben: screw stealth.
His hands were now in flames as he ran towards the cult. Black lightning struck the pentagram, surrounding Velvet in light. Screaming could be heard within the light, it sounded like pain.
Ben: VELVET!
Eddie turned around to see the flaming fisted boy.
Eddie: the Gods don't want you boy.
Ben: you took her!
Eddie: to become a savior.
The waves grew wild and were splashing onto the lone island.
Eddie: our God comes!
The light disappeared, leaving no trace of Velvet, only a glowing pentagram, now white. Ben shoved Eddie to the side and started punching the center of the pentagram.
Eddie: NO!
The clouds grew black and the rain was pelting down ever harder than before.
Eddie: you're making them upset!
Ben: screw off!
He slammed his flaming fist in the center of the pentagram again, making cyclones occur around the island, black lightning shooting through the sky and making ground strikes even more.
Blake ran up to one of the cult members and kicked him in the ribs.
Blake: we need to get to safety!
Ben looked at a massive tidal wave coming. His eyes widened and he began to run with Blake. Yang finally started getting up, only to get pulled along by Ben and Blake.
Ben: we don't have time for this right now!
Blake: Bunker!
Ben: that's convenient.
They stopped at the bunker, locked with a rust, looks like it wasn't used since the last war...hundreds of years ago.
Yang: no time!
She pulled with all her might and finally managed to rip the bunker door open, the three jumped in and shut it. Outside, Eddie was fighting the winds, the tidal wave broke off and surrounded the island in a wall of water.
Eddie: he's come to see me.
A shadow engulfed the island, Eddie turned around to see what he has done.
Ben and the others were in the bunker, they then heard the sound of maniacal laugher, then quickly turning into screams of terror. There was silence for a few seconds until water was heard moving, and rain stopped hitting the bunker so hard.
Ben: I'm going to take a look.
Ben climbed the ladder and opened the hatch, seeing a beautiful blue ocean, the sun is out and the birds are flying, the cultists were gone along with the pentagram, and it smelled like the beach. Ben climbed out and gave Yang a hand, then helped Blake.
Yang: what happened?
Ben: I don't know.....
