S2 Prologue: Tomorrow is Ahead
The place was beautiful.
Flowers of all colours bloomed like springtime would never end. The cloudless sky was a clear shade of blue, as well as the crystal lake reflecting it. The Sun was a brilliant yellow, light more golden than fire opals. The weather was warm, not too hot, not too cold- it was balanced. In the middle of the kingdom, there was, of course, a palace. Not too grand, but enough to describe the castles in fairytales.
A garden of serenity.
Different sounds rang through the realm. The chirps birds made was song, a piece titled Paradise. Laughter and chatters and voices of young children and teenagers blended into the birds' music. The blowing of wind, the sound of rivers and streams, the pitter-patter dripping of mountain water...
The echoing noise of swift, anxious footsteps.
The man quickened his pace until he was practically running. He stopped as he reached a huge pair of wooden doors and panted for a bit. He wiped his sweat off his face. The man's eyes were slightly narrowed before he knocked. He didn't hesitate to open the doors.
Inside the sunlit room, there was a very long table. Fifteen men were sitting in cushioned chairs. Three other chairs are empty. They looked like they were discussing something.
One of the fifteen, a rather tall man, raised his eyebrow curiously at the person who interrupted their meeting. "Oh? You don't usually come here! What is the matter?"
The person beside him, a shorter one, asked, "Only you? Where is..."
"Only me," the man replied. "At least one of us have to guard. Especially now."
A frown. "Huh?" Another person said. "What happened?"
"Traitors."
Gasps were heard. "What? No way!" The tallest one exclaimed. "What have they done?"
"The traitors have stolen something important. And because of them, four innocents were hurt. What is stolen is not yet found out, but the alarms went off. It just happened, so we don't know who the traitors are-"
A person stood up. "Where are they?"
The man tapped his chin to think. "They escaped to somewhere farther than time, perhaps?"

By the time Shu and Lui returned to the training room, everything was in chaos.
Valt was... er, hitting and shaking Rantaro? He was also wailing and shouting? Zac was sparkling and glowing like a disco ball as he activated his aura in repeat when he gave up on doing his healing magic but was dragged back to 'heal' Rantaro by Valt. Xhaka was shouting on the top of his lungs to tell everyone to calm down, which failed anyway. Oh, and he also broken one of the facilities in the room. Thank god the facility was a small, cheap one.
"Uh... What's going on everyone?!" Shu tried. The chaos continued.
Lui 'tched' and looked at Shu. "Watch and learn, buddy," he said and took in a deep breath. "SHUT YOUR TRAPS YOU BUNCH OF STUPID HUMANS BEFORE I KICK YOU OUT!"
Silence.
"Thank you. Now someone tell me what's going on?!"
Zac hesitantly volunteered, "Er, Rantaro here can't speak properly and twinkle-toes kept asking me to heal him, which my healing didn't work."
Rantaro raised his hand and tried to speak, but gave up.
Lui sighed. "He is probably trying to tell a prophecy, seeing that he's the Soothsayer."
"Well, that explained a lot," Valt mumbled. Everyone else nodded in agreement.
"What do you have to say, Rantaro?" Daina said.
Rantaro made a weird noise as his aura flashed a bit, and blurted out,
"Tomorrow is ahead,
The past is not,
Cut through the river,
Before their crowns rot.
Backwards they turn,
For the Kings' fall,
To repare the clock,
Break nature's law.
Another realm,
Another age.
Rewrite the wrongly
written page.
Friend to foe,
Foe to friend.
Save his soul,
Before his death."
He exhaled and laughed, "Ah, that felt good!"
But no one was laughing with Rantaro. They were all confused.
"'Save his soul, before his death'? That sounds creepy. And who's 'he'? Rantaro, do you know?" Xhaka asked.
"No...? Not yet," Rantaro replied.
"And what about 'cut through the river'? We don't really need to cut a river, right?" Zac questioned.
"No, I think not," Daina said. He thought hard. "'Backwards they turn', 'repare the clock', 'break nature's law', 'rewrite the wrongly written page'? That doesn't sound right..."
Everyone suddenly turned to Naoki.
"What?"
"Naoki, you're smart," Shu said.
"Or maybe, just maybe, you are all too dumb to notice what the prophecy's about. Even a toddler can figure it out," Naoki mumbled and shook his head.
Wakiya glared at the scientist. Naoki rolled his eyes and smirked.
"Time."
"A-Ah, time? It's seven p.m. now. We should probably have dinner-" Valt said.
"No, idiot. The prophecy is about time. 'Tomorrow is ahead'. We have to pay the future a visit."

CRACK!
The girl smiled and blew her strawberry bubble gum. She twirled the glowing pink baseball bat in her hand as the terrified old bartender fell on the ground after a hit on his head and passed out.
"Bye-bye, grandpa!" She giggled.
"Will you shut up, Nymph?" A boy of the same height said as he knock a waiter out cold with the edge of his three-pronged spear.
"Like you're any different, Triton," the girl retorted. She looked around the bar. People were lying on the floor. Were they alive? Or dead? She couldn't tell. "Yay! The whole bar is ours now! But use it as our secret base? It's a public bar..."
"This bar is located in a forgotten alleyway. Almost no people come to visist," another boy said while letting go the neck of a suffocated customer, letting him fall.
"But Scythe..!" Nymph whined.
"Just kill anyone who dared to come here."
The three turned around. They quickly kneeled down in respect. "Lord Heracles."
Lord Heracles nodded. "You may rise." He observed the bar. "You three did well."
"Thank you, my lord," the three said in union. They were all beaming.
Lord Heracles was a tall man with a dangerously dark atmosphere surrounding him. His black hair was tied up in a straight high ponytail that stops midway down his back. He was wearing a long black cloak with some burnt and ruined edges. Lord Heracles was wearing a pair of black leather boots. On some parts of his skin was some bizarre red and black burnt-like marks, resembling tattoos. His fingernails were polished black. His left eye flashed red, while the other was a dark smokey green.
In his hand was a teenage boy with messy black hair. The boy's eyes were closed, and he was snoring softly.
Scythe gasped. "Lord Heracles, may I ask... if he was you from this timeline?"
He didn't have to ask to know the answer.
Yet, Lord Heracles confirmed, "Yes, he is." Lord Heracles placed the boy- himself, on the bar table. His lips curved into a smirk.
"My 'kings'," he laughed. "Watch your past, present and future burn!"

In the middle of the night, a purplish blue Beyblade twinkled.
"Behemoth? What's wrong?"
Behemoth shimmered again.
