"Nice," Zac grinned at Shu. He shared a look with Lui and Xhaka. The two of them smiled knowingly.

"XCALIBUR!"

"ZEUS!"

"LONGINUS!"

Their Beys glowed three different colours respectively, and a huge and terrifying explosion sounded. The explosion covered the entire room in smoke. Some of the other bladers coughed. The smoke cleared, and the three of them, along with the three Souls, Longinus, Xcalibur and Zeus, came out.

No words could describe the undertone of the room. The temperature was bizarre; it was burning hot and icy cold at the same time. There was supposedly no air flow in this indoor space, but strong wind, almost like a storm, was somehow blowing. The walls were cracking themselves and the ground was drying up from a familiar pressure, while creepers with black leaves crawled on the ground.

The Spin Emperors were all surrounded by their bright and auras. Their eyes were glowing.

"Haha~ Lui, Shu, why must you two change the temperature when you summon your Bey spirits? I'm gonna catch a cold!" Zac joked.

"Tch. Whatever," Lui muttered. "Then wear a jacket, Za—" He was stopped halfway by another rumbling sound— wind, behind him.

The Spin Emperors turned around to look. Like them, Daina, Rantaro, Wakiya, Jin, Naoki, Yugo and Ukyo all summoned their Bey Souls. All of their eyes and bodies were burning with their auras. Bey Spirits were all standing beside them.

Ukyo smiled. "Yugo and I don't exactly know how this works, but we'll help!"

"Ya know, we're not gonna just stand back and watch as you four show off your powers," Wakiya smirked and flapped his huge dragon wings.

Rantaro cracked his knuckles and grinned, biting down on his lollipop. "Ah, I can already see the bright future of Violet's sorry bitch ass getting kicked."

Wakiya flapped his wings again and said, "Rantaro, stop using your powers to read the future of someone's ass. I understand she's a cow, but that's just too..."

"Why you!"

Gripping the scythe in his hands, Daina glared at the two. "Get serious you two," he muttered as a dark shadow casted over his glowing eyes. "We have a demon to kill."

"HahahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

All heads turned to Violet. She held her stomach as she cracked up. Violet laughed louder and wiped a tear away from her cheek.

"What's so funny?" Lui snarled.

"O-Oh, it's nothing," Violet continued to giggle. "I-It's just that its funny to see how you all light up like rainbows and transform like... who's that twat again? Sailor Moon?"

"Not funny. And fuck you," Lui threw his middle fingers at the woman. 

She laughed again. "I'm honoured—" 

Her eyes went to the size of golf balls as a long chain of thorns drifted passed her left arm and grazed her skin. The skin slit open into a long cut, blood dripping.

"Never let your guard down, especially when your enemy is in front of you. That's what my grandfather always taught me," Xhaka said. The thorns slowly descended back into the ground. "Enough talk. Let's get to the fighting part."

Violet wiped the blood from her cut harshly, her face barely concealing the pain. "All of you against me? Well, that's certainly not fair," she said.

"That's rich, coming from you. Since when do you play fair?" Zac said.

Wakiya butted in. "And you, Vio-bitch, are very lucky to have all these strong bladers, especially me of course, fighting you."

"Wakiya, shut up," Rantaro stomped on Wakiya's feet (caringly). 

Lui cracked his knuckles. "Now, you little pieces of shit, cut the crap," he paused and smirked. "Let's kill her."

Zac's eyes widen. "Kill? Lui, you serious?"

Before Zac got the time to continue, the whole room froze over. Lui grinned widely and raised his palm. Again, he yelled, "LONGINUS!"

The dragon spirit behind him glowed even brighter, so did the Bey. A piece of iceberg flew towards Violet in less than a second. Violet looked once again taken aback, but quickly blocked the attack. Her aura flared purple.

"Ha. That attack is good. You almost got me. Almost," Violet said.

"Why, of course," Lui shot back. "I am the one who defeated you last time." Another iceberg, a larger one, charged at her. This time, Violet dodged.

Violet licked her lips. "But this time is not last time. My turn." She snapped her fingers, and a purple gust of energy zoomed towards the blader. Lui dove away from the purple beam and froze the attack.

Xhaka, Beyblade in hand, send another series of thorns and vines at her. The plants wrapped around her, but in a few seconds, the thorns dissolved into nothingness.

Xhaka gritted his teeth, so did Lui. "Crap," Xhaka said. "She's different than before. I don't know how, but she is."

Lui glared at Violet. "What is this?!" He hissed.

Violet just giggled away and sent another attack. Lui could barely escape, while a slash of blood formed on Xhaka's shoulder. 

Behind them, Zac narrowed his eyes at the situation before him. He looked at Wakiya. "You fly, don't you?" He asked.

Wakiya stared back. "Yeah?"

"Listen. I have a plan. While Lui and Xhaka fight her, we are going to get on top of Violet quietly. Then, we attack with full power," Zac said.

The winged blader blinked. "That's... not bad, actually."

"Thanks." Zac's golden aura glowed slightly and he began to levitate. Wakiya flapped his wings silently, and they rose up. Below them, Lui and Xhaka striked the woman. Violet counter attacked.

"Ready?" Zac whispered.

"Of course," Wakiya rolled his eyes.

The two lifted their hands. A ball of purple energy formed above Wakiya's palms while a cyclone of lightning and wind formed above Zac's.

Zac's eyes flashed. "Now!"

Both of them threw their power towards Violet. Upon hearing the sound of booming lightning and wind, she turned her head upwards, eyes wide as she saw the unprepared attacks. Xhaka and Lui looked at the distracted demon.

"You're wide open," Lui smirked. He sent a train of icicles at her. The icicles lit up with blue energy. Xhaka snapped his fingers and the floor cracked open, large rocks rising from the ground. Daina saw his chance and swung his scythe at Violet, while Naoki summoned a body of water that resembled a tidal wave.

 A scream was heard as all six attacks collided and esploded. Smoke surrounded the woman.

Wakiya, who was smiling, was about to cheer. Rantaro stopped him.

"Wakiya," Rantaro said, fear taking over his expression. "She is not down. She'll be attacking in a secon— DAINA, MOVE!!!"

Rantaro managed to push Daina away but got hit square in the stomach by a purple beam. Rantaro fell on the ground, blood seeping out from his wound.

"Honcho!!" Valt yelled from the side and ran towards him.

"Valt..." Rantaro answered. "I'm fin— Ah!"

The figure of the woman emerged from the smoke. Blood was dripping from Violet's mouth. Violet looked hideous with a snake's tail and a pair of slit snake eyes. Her eyes were an even darker shade of purple. She laughed again, but louder this time.

Daina still looked shock by Rantaro's sacrifice. "How..." he gripped his scythe tighter. "HOW?"

Violet crackled. The boys caught a glimpse of a purple thing in her hand. A Beyblade. 

"So you have one too..." Naoki snarled.

"I don't usually activate my true form... but I don't have a choice right now! I am who the Goddess of Treachery hides behind her mask. This is my Spirit— Echidna!"

Jin stared at the demon in front of him in horror. "Shit. Oh shit," he cursed. "That's why I can sense another creature in Violet... The Bey Spirit of Echida has taken over her body. We are in big trouble."

Naoki whispered, "Why?"

"Echidna is known as the mother of all monsters. She is completely immune to all attacks, magical or not. Except for one," Jin squeezed his eyes shut. "Crap. I forgot what she feared!"

Violet— Echidna laughed and threw countless energy balls at the bladers. They were all thrown into the wall behind them.

Lui got up from the floor. "You're dead," he snarled. He shot as much icicles he could produce. Zac grabbed his two daggers and fired lightning directly at her. Ice fused with lightning, and crashed into the demon's body. 

And with just one hand, the attacks stopped and disappeared from a single touch.

"Impossible," Zac said.

Jin's eyes were still closed. "Urgh! I know the answer... What is Echidna afraid of, what is Echidna afraid of... C'mon, brain!! Think!"

Xhaka slammed his fist against the ground, sending sharp creepers towards Echidna. The monster smiled, wrapped her hand around her Bey tighter, and her aura glowed. She smirked and stepped on the creepers. They all died.

Xhaka looked surprised. Echidna smiled. "You think these crap magic can really hurt me? I am Echidna! Mother of Monsters! The demon of darkness! The embodiment of coldness! Even mortal ice," she stared directly at Lui. "Cannot match my frostbite!"

"Embodiment of coldness... That means the enemy of heat..." Jin's eyes snapped wide open. "Fire!!"

Everyone stared at Jin. He grinned and looked at the monster.

"That's it! I know what your weakness is— fire!" He shouted.

Echidna looked shocked, but her shock was soon gone. "You're smart, aren't you? So? What are you going to do? Set a fire here? How can you do that?"

Jin eyes flashed in triumph. "Have you forgotten that Spriggan has already awaken?"

Echidna's eyes widened and took a step back. "No."

Lui grinned at the same time. "Yes."

"No," she whispered and growled. "No— Prince Syu is new to the awakening. He will never control fire this quick. He will never—!"

"Actually," a cold voice said. "With Spriggan's power, I already mastered it all."

Shu stepped towards Echidna, who backed away further. His aura was flaring and his eyes were burning hues of flames. Shu reached out his hand, and on top of his palm sat a lone sphere of fire.

"YOU CANNOT!!" Echidna screamed.

"I can," Shu replied simply.

His hand touch the floor, and almost in an instant, the surroundings of room lit up in fire.

"No, no, no, no!" She screeched. She looked for an exit, but flames surrounded everywhere.

The ice walls Lui created melted into puddles of cold liquid, just to be turned into boiling water by the heat. Aside from the deadly and suffocating atmosphere, the view was absolutely magneficent. The flames danced around like flickering drops of gold, and the room seemed to be dressed in holy light. The fire burned even brighter, bright enough to turn someone blind. The candescent inferno painted a brilliant paradise in hell.

"Ready to burn?" Shu asked. With the wave of his hand, the fire grew and covered the whole room, all except himself and the other bladers. 

Lui was finally unable to control his emotions. His laughter echoed through the burning room. It was the only sound aside from the noise of fire.

Shu's red hues glowed. "This is the end," he declared. His voice was low, but everyone, including the burning demon, got his message clearly.

"STOP!! YOU WILL NEVER!!!!" Echidna shrieked. She screamed in pain. Her voice was piercing and blood-curdling.

Zac's eyes widened. He knew where this was going. "SHU! DON'T—"

The red eyed blader ignored Zac's call. He glared at Echidna with hate. She was the one who had hurt Valt. She was the one who had hurt Lui. She was the one who probably hurt many more. She was the one who dared to torture and kill because of her little fetish for Spirits and Beyblades. No, he could never let her go alive.

"SPRIGGAN!!!!!!"

The Bey Soul behind him glowed, as well as the red Beyblade in his pocket. The flames flared up to the ceiling. The flames wrapped around the body of Echidna.

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!" After the monster delivered her finally yell, she fell apart into ashes. The great flames in the room died out as the Spirit of Spriggan slowly faded. Shu fell to his knees, eyes wide in horror, panting as beads of sweat rolled down his cheek. 

The sweat wasn't the result of the heat nor the exhaustion.

"You—" Zac choked out. "Not that we're not happy— I mean, we all want her de—"

Lui took over. "Shu," he said, his whole body tensed. He swallowed. "Shu, you killed her," his voice was barely a whisper.

Everything turned deadly quiet while Shu continued to stare at the floor, his brain still progressing what he had just done.

Beside him, Valt broke the silence with a scream as Rantaro passed out in his arms, blood pouring out from his stomach.
