Shu just didn't know what exactly had just happened.

Lui was the third Spin Emperor who got his powers. Shu could only watch when Lui fought Violet with Longinus, striking the damn demon with ice. He almost laughed when Lui beat Violet while she tried to escape in cowardice. Shu had to admit, the battle was far too quick to be over. Maybe Lui was just too strong, or maybe Violet was too weak in comparison.

But then, that's when everything suddenly went wrong.

"Ha, you think you're so strong now?! I'll come back and have your souls, just you wait!!"  Was what Violet screamed when she ran away. As Shu started to step forward towards Lui from the back, he felt a pull underneath him, like someone was trying to abduct him. Like Violet was trying to abduct him, bringing him with her.

 He watched as Xhaka, Zac and the others ran towards Lui. Shu tried to shout for help, but no one listened. No one could hear him. By that, realisation hit him as he knew he had lost to the powerful pull of force. A whispy purple smoke surrounded Shu, and before anyone knew it, he disappeared from the room.

Shu opened his eyes. In panic, he tried to move around but failed. Something was holding him back. He glanced at his waist where he felt a tight squeeze.

To his horror, the things weren't chains. He looked at his surroundings— it wasn't like what he expected; he thought he would be in a cold, dark and dirty cell. However, what he saw was a big room with walls painted in silver, and marble floors in black and white. On top of him was a crystal chandelier glowing a pale purplish light. Shu found himself on a golden throne, with someone else beside him.

As Shu stared down to his waist, he saw a pair of arms tightly wrapped around him. Shu slowly looked at his side to find Violet sitting beside him, touching and hugging him like he was her pet dog. Her eyes were closed.

Shu's eyes clenched in disgust and tried to move again, more hardly this time, but Violet's arms wouldn't move. Violet started to open her eyes. She smiled when she caught sight of Shu.

"My prince..." she murmured. "You're finally here with me... Finally..." Shu moved againand wiggled, tryling to escape the obsessive woman's embrace. "No use in struggling, my darling, I will never let you leave my side..."

In an attempt to seduce him, Violet licked him on his cheek. Feeling nauseous, Shu deliberately tilted his face away from her.

"Stop."

 "Oh? Stop? No can do," Violet giggled as she placed one of her hands on Shu's face, fingering the scar on his eye. Her fingers trailed down to rub the smooth skin of his back as her hand slipped inside his shirt.

"Demon, are you quite through harassing me?" Shu said emotionlessly.

"Prince Syu..." Violet breathed and touched Shu's belt buckle. "Blame yourself for being so sexily appealing..."

Shu's eyes snapped wide in anger as he swapped her hand away. "What, are you going to rape me next?" He asked. Violet giggled. "What the hell is wrong with you?! First you said you want power, then next, you try to fucking rape me! Lui is right, you're just a coward who is desperate for power and attention!!"

Violet frowned as she heard Lui's name, but then smiled. "Ah, Prince Luk..." she said and licked her lips. "He's also very attractive..."

"You are disgusting," Shu hissed. "Lui and I will never—"

Violet cut him off by pulling his hair. Shu groaned in pain, but she took it as a moan of pleasure. Violet grinned in satisfaction.

"It's getting late, my prince," she smirked. "Rest well for tonight..." Violet snapped her fingers, then Shu shut his eyes unwillingly under her spell and let darkness engulf him.

"DAMMIT!!!" Lui shouted. "What do you mean he's gone?!"

Xhaka placed a hand on Lui's shoulder. "Violet must have taken him. Don't worry, Lui, we will think of a solution."

Lui let out an anguish cry and placed his hand against his forehead in frustration. "I should have known... What are we going to do now?"

Daina chuckled, and everyone else in the room turned to him. "I know someone who could help..." he said.

"I sensed them... the presence of strong spirits and souls..."

"Hmm... Interesting. My research shows that the chance of those 'spirits and souls' coming towards us is 94.98%. What my computer detects are not human or animals, but rather, unknown and powerful creatures. Beyblade Spirits."

The dark room was only lit by dim blue light from the computers. Naoki sat on his chair, busily typing and studying his most recent research; a research about the Souls. Jin layed on a sofa near Naoki's chair. 

"Bey Spirits... I told you they're real," Jin said tiredly. "You know they are. Especially when you have seen Neptune's spirit form with your own eyes."

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Naoki said as he focoused on his computer. "The creatures, the spirits, that are kept inside a Beyblade. Because of them, Bladers can be able to comunicate with them through battles! That's complete logical!!" 

Jin rolled his eyes. "Naoki," he said. "Jormungand and Neptune have already showed us our true forms and we also gained their powers, and you're still researching if Bey Spirits are real or not?"

Naoki ignored him and continued. "So if the spirits were approaching us, then that means, there are bladers nearby—!"

Naoki was cut off by a knock on his door. Jin grinned. "I bet, Naoki, that some bladers are here to find us," he said. Naoki walked past him and slowly opened the door. His eyes widened as he saw his visitors.

"Lui? Zac? Xhaka? Three of the Spin Emperors?" Naoki stuttered in shock. "And other bladers too." Jin giggled and waved at their visitors, and Rantaro gulped at the sight of him. 

Daina smiled and nodded at both Naoki and Jin. "We apoligise for visiting at such an unwise time," he said.

"No, it's fine," Naoki replied. "What do you need me for?"

"Well actually, we need you and Jin," Daina said. His expression then turned serious. "And your Beys, Neptune and Jormungand, too."

Naoki raised an eyebrow. "What for? A Bey battle?"

Daina shook his head. "No, a lot more than that," he replied. "Listen, Shu has been captured. By a demon."

"Wait. Demon?" Naoki repeated slowly. "Are you saying that there are not only Beyblade Spirits, but also demons?" Jin nodded happily behind Naoki and grinned. Rantaro looked around nervously as he got even more freaked out.

Zac whistled. "So you also know about Bey Spirits. Nice. At least we don't have to explain what they are to you," he muttered. Zac then looked at Naoki. "Yes, demons are completely real, and they are complete bitches."

Xhaka covered Valt's ears.

"You mean Shu got captured by a female demon?" Naoki asked.

"Yes," Daina answered. "And apparently, her name is Violet."

Jin let out a happy noise. "Oooh, I know her. She's the Goddess of Treachery!"

"Well, yes," Lui said, starting to get impatient. "So apparently, Violet has taken Shu, and we don't know where to find her. Daina said you two can help us. You can, right? Do you even have Neptune and Jormungand's powers?"

Naoki nodded slowly. "We do," he said. "We have seen their spirit forms... have you?"

"We have," Lui said. "Long story short, one thousand years ago, me, Shu, Zac and Xhaka are some stupid princes, and we made friends with some spirits, which were apparently Longinus, Spriggan, Zeus and Xcalibur, and people weren't happy with that, so they killed us. But now we are reincarnated as... us, and the spirits got turned into Beys, then somehow, we get cliche magic powers, and demons now want our Beys for the spirits."

"Whoa."

"This is actually just halfway through our fucking little magic journey."

Wakiya stepped up. "So, have ya two gotten your powers? Can you show us?" 

Jin and Naoki exchanged looks and nodded. "Gladly," Jin giggled. The two took out their Beys from their pockets. Their Beys started to glow.

Jormungand had a dark blue aura that reminded the others of the cold, deep sea. Neptune also glowed blue, but a lighter, warmer shade. The auras represented the tones and parts of the ocean. Auras of different shades of blue surrounded Naoki and Jin. Their eyes also started to glow. And from beside the two bladers, two souls, Neptune and Jormungand, appeared.

Neptune looked smilar to Zeus: godly and powerful. In his hand was a golden trident, a divine weapon only fit for the God of the Sea. He wore a blue and golden metal armour with cravings and symbols of water, tridents and horses. Jormungand was a huge sea serpent, its lengh even longer than Longinus's. Its scales were sharp black and blue blades, while its eyes glanced fiercely at its surroundings. Its mouth was open, ready to shoot deadly venom.

"There," Naoki said and smiled at Neptune, in which the spirit smiled back. "This is Neptune. God of the sea."

Jin grinned at Jormungand. Jormungand smirked and hissed. "And this is Jormungand. Monster of the sea."

"Cool," Quon smiled at Jin. "I have a snake Bey too. One day, let's battle."

"Of course," Jin replied. "I will be looking forward to our future battle."

"Okay," Daina said. "Perfect. Now, if your bpBey spirits have already awakened, what are your powers? Mine is using a scythe and controling darkness."

Wakiya scoffed. "Mine is better. I can move and crash objects with my mind," he bragged. 

Rantaro glared at Wakiya. "Shut up, it's not the time to brag. And my power is obviously better than yours."

Naoki ignored Rantaro and Wakiya. "Well, I can somehow control water. But only its liquid form. I can't control ice and air..."

Lui and Zac rolled their eyes.

"I don't really control things," Jin started. "But I my psychic and spiritual powers immediately level-up whenever I summon Jormungand's soul form. That's why I can easily see and sense spirits and souls. Even if you don't summon your Bey spirits, I can still see them. I can even communicate with any spirit, just like sending a message through the sea and the waves."

Xhaka's eyes widened. "Even if the spirit is far away in an unknown place, can you still track them?"

"Yeah, I can sense a Bey being burst in America right now. Oh! Another Bey bursted in China."

"Whatever. Do you know where Spriggan is right now?" Lui asked, annoyed.

Jin smirked. "Of course. He's now far far away. He is not even in this realm."

"...What?"

"Spriggan in a realm called Muspellheim, a burning realm for demons."

Muspellheim was the realm of fire, one of the Nine Norse Realms. It was built as an Empire for wild demons and demons who had escaped Tatarus. One of the kingdoms of the Empire was the Flower Demon Kingdom, ruled by the flower demon twins, Scarlet and Violet.

Everyone in every realm never knew about the other realms. They all thought there were only one world. Until Jormungand was born. With Neptune, the God of the Sea and brother, by his side, Jormungand travelled the depths of every ocean to find the truth of different realms. Many years later, the giant snake earned its title as The Psychic. Using his powers, Jormungand solved the mystery of the Nine Realms, thus breaking down the bearers between them. But there was an error; because of this, demons and gods found out about each other, causing legendary wars to eventually start breaking out.   ~Story fact
