"Leave her alone Scorpio."

I can't take my eyes of him,he has a bow slung across his frame and a quiver of arrows behind him.his hair is even more ruffled than it was a few hours ago,his hazel eyes glinting with anger,his features are sharper in the moonlight but he looks relaxed.

"Can I ever go on a mission without you tracking me down and ruining my aim?" Scorpio said as he turned to face trever.

"I wouldn't meddle if your missions didn't compromise mine" tarius replied.

"it won't work this time brother." Scorpio says and does something with his head.

Before I could register what was going on, I found myself in the bathroom and heard the lock click from behind. I turn around and found riley behind me.
Thank goodness.

I can hear things being smashed and slammed into from the other side of the door.

Oh boy..

What the hell is happening
I lift my head up. Oh God, I want just one thing. Please give me back my life.
how did this happen!
I crouch in front of the door and look through the key hole

I scream.

I move back and rags slammed into the door.
Oh my! That door won't hold for long. Why o why didn't I ever buy a stronger door!?

Maybe because I didn't think two strange guys would battle in my room with certain demonic creature which is the pet of one of the strange guys and will try to eat me.

I look around for some kind of escape but I heard Trever shouting something to me, I ran over to the door again but this time, I stayed on the wall beside the door.

"Emma, Emma," he shouted

"What the fuck do you want" I yell at him.

"open the door and let the daridark in." he said through grunts. He must be fighting with someone or something.

"what's a daridark" I yelled back.

"it's the creature trying to reach you." he said.

Is he crazy??

"I wouldn't do that if I were you emma." I heard a voice like Scorpio's

"Don't listen to him" Trever replied.

"Trever are you crazy!? That thing looks like its been starved for centuries."

"Just open the door will you? And focus on its eyes,stare deeply into them."

I must be crazy for actually obeying him. But that door won't hold for much longer. I walk over to the other side of the door and twisted the door knob.

I hesaitatingly open the door and the daridark lunged forward and opened the door all the way. I want to close my eyes and hide but only God knows what kind of courage is inside of me right now.
It slowly starts walking towards me and my legs suddenly can't move anymore.my hands feel clammy and I'm sweating so fervently.my eyes found the daridark's.

It glints with hunger.i couldn't help but gulp,my eyes never leaving it's own. I can see four guys in the room including Scorpio, fighting against Trever and two more guys that have bows and arrows too from the corner of my eye,he's doing great so far.

"Now Emma,don't avert your gaze stand your ground and stare right at it." he shouted over the shattering and clattering.

"it would be easier if it wasn't looking at me like it's next meal" I bit out,never tearing my gaze from the daridark's.

I could feel it's breath and smell it too. It walked slowly towards me like it knew what it was doing to me and was taunting me about it.

I stretched my hand to touch it like in those movies. Again, I can't believe how stupidly cliché this is.

It looked at my hand and then at
me again.my heart raced even faster and harder.it stopped growling and put it's head under my palm.
It closed its eyes and nuzzled into my palm. I move forward and touch it with my other hand. It feels soft and at the same time,rough. It opened it's eyes again and I looked into it. It doesn't look like the creature that was probably going to tear me into pieces a few minutes ago, it looks...vulnerable,like a little puppy that's begging to go out to play in the snow.

It nuzzled deeper into my hand and I walked towards it. I place my hands on either side of its face and hugged it.
What the hell is wrong with me!!
I feel like I can save it, like it's supposed to be with me. Like its mine. And I'll just keep calling it rags.

Trever came into the bathroom wide eyed and stood behind rags.
"well that worked better than I expected." he said.his tone laced with suprise.

"what do you mean?" I ask while scratching behind rags' ears.

"I thought you would just make it unconscious, not make it your friend." he said with a chuckle.

"how did I do that?"

"I have no idea either Emma, but I know someone who does and she will answer all of your questions." he said.

I pulled away from rags and strode out of the bathroom.i find two guys laying lifeless on the floor and two guys with bows and arrows standing by the window like guards. Scorpio is nowhere to be found. Everything except my bed is broken.

What do I do now!

"what about riley?" I asked

"I will send him home and since he wasn't conscious, he won't remember anything." he said

"okay."

I want to ask how he knows riley's house but I don't bother.this guy is as mysterious as they get.
I turn around and find him trying to move away from rags.

I grin.

"I know this isn't easy Emma but you have to believe me. Scorpio is the least of our problems,you're not safe here,but I know somewhere you can be."he said as he walked towards me.

"I don't think I have a choice." I sigh.

I look around and take in my bedroom again ,Lindsy will not be happy.

I nod at trever,he gave me a curt nod in return and went inside the bathroom. He came out a few seconds later with Riley and asked one of the archers to do something.probably to take him home.

"please don't hurt him." I blurted.

"he won't." Trever replied.

I watched as riley and the archer disappeared out the door.rags walked over to me and put it's nuzzle in my palm, I hug it and scratch behind it's ear as I pull back.

"let's go."
Trever took me outside and into a black SUV.rags ran behind,following us.we reached a building that looked abandoned. My heart started racing again but if anything happens, I have rags to help me. We reached the rusty door and trever said something from the passenger side through some kind of intercom.the front of the building started fading, revealing some kind of road?.

we drove into the building,rags following behind the car and I watched in awe as the building went back to normal.

Wow! Some technology.

I watched the different but beautiful houses pass by.they look more modernised. There were signs on the houses. They looked like zodiac signs.no no.. They are zodiac signs.

We arrived at an enormous building and one of the archers opened the door for me to step out of the car.

"what is this place?" I asked trever.

"the headquarters." he said.

I turn around when I hear a whimper, rags sat beside the SUV and looked at me with pleading eyes.

"can..."

"yes she can come."

Oh.. It's a girl. Even better.

I motioned for her to come and she started wagging her tail.

I smiled.

i wasn't planning on having a pet but this is awesome.

We walk into the building and find some people sitting by the reception. We walk behind the reception and into a weird door.it looks like some kind of office and about ten people sit around the table. Nobody sat at the head, they're all on the sides.

Trever motioned for me to sit at the head and I furrowed my eyebrows.
He doesn't say anything and just pull me towards the end of the table. I reluctantly sit down and ten eyes,okay..eleven now, including trever stare right back at me.

I gulp.

"Emma, these are the zodiacs."Trever said.

Huh!

I notice there's a tattoo on each of their heads. There are three women and eight men. Trever did something to his head and a tattoo appeared. It looked like... Saggitarius...wait Tarius, Saggitarius...oh.

"this is Aquarius, Libra, Pisces, Cancer, Gemini, Capricorn, Leo, Virgo, Taurus, Aries and I am Saggitarius." Trever or Saggitarius said.

My jaw dropped.zodiac are signs not people! They are constellations not freaking people!!

What the hell is happening!!?

"that's impossible, zodiacs are constellations and not people." I scoff.

"you're right and you're wrong." Leo said.

He has blonde hair and perfectly tamed hair.he has stunning green eyes and beautiful skin,but there's something about him that looks dangerous.

"without us, the world would be in chaos." Virgo said.
He looks a little less attractive than Leo with jet black beautiful hair,stunning dark eyes and a chiseled jaw.

"You have no idea how much this world depends on us" Gemini added.
She's extremely beautiful with dark hair and beautiful blue eyes, wow. Her full pink lips curl into a smile and her expression Is warm.

"what is your birthday Emma.?" Aquarius asked.
He's not as stunning as Leo either but he is handsome. He has brown ruffled hair like he ran his hands through it alot.his lips curve into a smirk and his brown eyes glint with amusement.

"16th of april" I replied.

"You're just perfect." Aries added.

"I knew when you were born,i gave you your personality." Aries said.

"How!!? " I bit out.

"you will learn about our ways soon and we hope to get to know you better." Taurus said,amusement dancing in his eyes. His expression looks playful and I don't I've seen someone as beautiful as that!
I might not fit here, but I sure as hell will fit with Taurus.
