Backstory: Matt is the twin brother of James and youngest of Johnny Blaze, after his fathers death and after James had taken the Ghost Riders form and powers, Matt had felt like he was useless, but one day while Matt was out a remaining survivor of the gang that killed his father had shown up and had put Matt at gun point, when the guy shot Matt in the head he ran away, but Matt had awoken and when he looked around him, he was in another alleyway and next to him was the dead gang member, Matt began to hear a dark voice in his head and when he looked in his reflection he was the same rider as his father had but blue and he learnt he had the new Angel of Vengeance in his soul, so he became the Angel Rider
