The Guardians will be the team that Y/n, Damien, Clancy, James and Matt are on, they don't know that The Guardians of The Galaxy are a thing so they picked The Guardians, this also isn't following my timeline

(POV Y/n)

I woke up from my wonderful dream, I got up and looked outside my window to see piles of snow, I looked at my calendar and saw it was the 24th, tomorrow is Christmas, I wonder how everyone would react to a Spider Santa...ehh doesn't sound right, I walked out of my room and saw Aunt May on the couch

Y/n: morning Aunt May

May: good morning Y/n

Y/n: you exited for tomorrow, cause I got you something

May: oh did you now, I wonder what it is

Y/n: well you will find out tomorrow, I'm gonna go see the guys for a while is that cool

May: of course, just let me know if you're getting home late

Y/n: you got it

I ran into my room and packed my suit into my bag and quickly changed into my normal clothing, I ran out of my room and ran out of the apartment, I ran to the roof but stopped on the top floor

Y/n: it's gonna be cold out there...better put my suit on now

I quickly changed into my suit and put my normal clothes in the bag, I then opened the door and ran to the edge of the building, I jumped off and shot my web at one of the buildings and swung in the direction of Clancy's house, I kept swinging until I reached his home, I quickly went on top of the house and put my normal clothes over my suit, I took off the mask and put it in my pocket, I jumped off the roof and landed in front of Clancy's front door, I knocked and waited for a few seconds, after a bit the door opened and I saw Clancy, he had a wooly sweater on

Y/n: nice sweater

Clancy: thanks, my grandma made it for me, so what did you need?

Y/n: I was just coming by to see if you and the others wanted to hangout for a while

Clancy: sure, just let me pack my...spare clothes, come in

I walked inside is house and it was well decorated on the inside, Clancy walked to his room and closed his door, he was in there for a few minutes until he came out with his bag

Clancy: MOM ILL BE BACK SOON!!!

Clancy's Mom: OKAY!!

Clancy then walked over to me and opened the door, we both walked outside and he closed the door

Clancy: wanna race to Damien's apartment

Y/n: hell yeah, put your suit on though

Clancy: already done

Clancy then took off his shirt, pants and shoes and I saw he did the same as me, he then tapped the side of his neck making his helmet appear, I quickly took off my clothing and put my mask on

Y/n: let's go

Clancy then took off as I shot my web to the nearest building pulling myself to him, I kept swinging between buildings until Clancy and I reached Damien's penthouse, we landed on the balcony and opened the door, we walked in and I closed the door behind us

Y/n: DAMIEN!!

I heard the sounds of footsteps coming from upstairs, soon Damien walked out of a room

Damien: hey guys

Y/n: dude where's your family?

Damien: they've gone to that Christmas carnival, what are you both doing here?

Y/n: I wanted so to see if you guys wanted to hang out, just you, me, Clancy, James and Matt

Damien: sure, let's go

Y/n: umm, you might wanna change

Damien: dude, part demon remember, now let's go

Damien walked over to the balcony, he opened the door and jumped off balcony, he then spouted wings from his back and changed into his demon form, Clancy and I both jumped off the balcony and took off towards James and Matt's apartment, we were all going fast and arrived quickly, we all entered through the window and I saw there was no Christmas decorations, not even a tree

James: you guys heard of knocking

I looked to my right and saw James on his couch with Matt asleep next to him

Y/n: hey dude, where's your Christmas decorations?

James: don't have any

Damien: why not dude, if you want I have spares, I'll gladly go back home and-

James: no...we don't have any because we don't celebrate Christmas

Y/n: what, how can you not celebrate Christmas, the times you spend with friends and family, the gifts, there's so many good things about Christmas

James: yeah well my family was never big on Christmas, Dad was always working and Mom wasn't around, we were always told Santa would deliver gifts to us, but they never came, year after year he never showed up...and you wanna know why he didn't show up...because Santa is not real

Clancy: *gasp* how can you say that?

James: think about it, a big fat man who enters your home while you are sleeping and gives you gifts, that's like a reverse robbery

Damien: dude come on, maybe there was a reason Santa didn't deliver, maybe you were on the naughty list

James: heh...as a kid I was always good, I took care of my brother when my father wasn't around, which was a lot of the time, and when your on the naughty list, you get coal in your stocking, but I got nothing

Y/n: well how about we all go and hang out, the arcade down the street is having a Christmas special, we can go there and play some games

James: *sighs* fine

James then stood up and kicked the couch which woke up Matt

Matt: mmm, what's happening?

James: us and the guys are going to the arcade down the street

Matt: okay let's go

Matt got up and stretched, he looked over at us with tired eyes

Matt: you guys need to change out of your outfits

Y/n: oh yeah, umm I'll use the bathroom

James: Clancy use my room

I went into the bathroom and changed into regular clothing, I walked out of the bathroom as Clancy left James' room, Damien was in his normal form, we all left the apartment and walked down the street, we all walked into the arcade as Damien walked over to the cashier, he handed him his I.D and the cashier nodded and gave it back, the cashier moved underneath the counter for a bit, after he came back up with 5 golden cards, Damien walked over and gave each of us a card

James: what's this?

Damien: V.I.P, it's either $100 a month or being a Wayne

Clancy: why is it so expensive?

Damien: because, you get to play all the games for free, and there are tons of games

Matt: I'm just wondering why the arcade is open

Damien: the owners don't celebrate Christmas due to religious reasons

James: fair enough, well boys let's play

(TimeSkip 9pm)

After hours upon hours of fun me and the boys left the arcade, we were all laughing and walked down the street until a small man in a elf uniform stopped right in front of us

Elf: you 5, I need your help

James walked to the man and pulled $50 out of his wallet and gave it to the man

James: there, have a good day

We all then walked past the man until he ran back in front of us

Elf: I don't need your money, I need you to help me save Christmas

Matt: sorry pal, but we aren't able to help

We all walked past the man and kept walking until

Elf: I KNOW WHO ALL REALLY ARE

We all stopped and looked back at the man

Clancy: what?

Elf: I know who you are and WHO you are

Matt: again...what?

Y/n: he's saying he knows our names and apparently another identity

Elf: you, you're Y/n Parker aka Spider-Man

Y/n: hahaha, me Spider-Man, that's funny

Elf: you are, your suit is in your bag, and you *points to Clancy* your Clancy Berkhart aka Stingray, you *points to Damien* Damien Wayne aka Nightmare, and you two *points to James and Matt* you both are the Ghost and Angel Riders

James: see, as funny as that would be, you have nothing to prove it

Elf: alright fine

The Elf closed his eyes and aimed his hands at us, nothing happened and we were all confused

James: good job well done

Matt: umm, James

James: what?

Matt: your hands

We all looked and saw James' hands were just bones and in flames, the Elf looked at all of us

James: how did you do that?

Elf: I'm magical, how else do you think we elves make presents for so many kids in 1 year

Y/n: so your a proper Elf...and you work for Santa

Elf: yes I do and as I was trying to say before, I need your help

Clancy: why us, why not the avengers?

Elf: they are adults, they don't have the Christmas spirit like you all do, and I heard that The Guardians are possibly more powerful then the Avengers

Damien: what do you need help with?

Elf: it's Santa, he's sick

James: get him some medicine

Elf: no you don't understand, Santa has been fighting with Krampus for many years, but Krampus was able to get Santa sick with an unknown sickness, we need you 5 to find Krampus and get that cure

Matt: what makes you think he has a cure

Elf: if he doesn't, you 5 can get him to make one

James: alright...so how do we get to the North Pole

Elf: follow me

We followed the elf down an alleyway as James made his hands back to normal, the Elf ran around the corner and when we walked around the corner we were all shocked to see the sleigh with the reindeer

Y/n: oh my god

Elf: well, hop in

We all got in the sleigh as the Elf used the leads to get the reindeer to fly, he flew to the north, hence the North Pole, when I looked down I noticed we were flying fast

Y/n: how fast does this thing go?

Elf: Mach 5

James: then how come I can't hear the sound barrier being broken

Elf: it's magic, it helps from waking everyone up

Clancy: makes sense

After a little while we arrived at the North Pole, I looked down to see nothing but snow, there was nothing

Y/n: umm, where's the workshop?

Elf: right here kid

I looked forward as a massive house appeared out of nowhere

(Ignore the mountains)

Y/n: is that it?

Elf: you bet, alright boys land

The reindeer started to fly down towards the building, they landed and the sleigh stopped, we all got off and followed the Elf into the building, it was amazing, there were so many Elf's working on toys, we followed our Elf into a room, when we got in we saw Santa hooked up to a heart machine, he looked to be asleep

Elf: Mr Claus

Santa opened his eyes and looked around until he saw us

Santa: ahh Randy...who are these 5?

Randy: they're here to help you sir, I've told them about your condition, they agreed to help get the cure

Santa: we both know Krampus won't give up that cure so easily, and how will 5 humans help?

Randy: they aren't normal humans sir, these are The Guardians

Santa: I know who they are Randy I'm only joking, but I never thought I would see the Blaze Twins near me

James: yeah, I'm only here because the more people means a better chance at kicking ass

Santa: but why do you wanna help, you've always hated Christmas

James: I haven't always hated Christmas, every since I was 5 I never got a single Christmas gift, Santa was never near my home, it was only until today when I found out you were real...as much as I despise this holiday, I made a vow to help those in need, even if the person needs never once liked me

Matt: the same thing goes for me, as much as I despise this holiday, I help those in need

Santa: I understand, Randy could you please give them the details and the whereabouts of Krampus

Randy: of course sir

Randy left the room and we followed him to another room, which was like an armoury

James: what are we doing in here?

Randy: you need weapons don't you

Matt: yeah James and I are fine, all we need is our chains and shotguns

Randy: well I hate to break it to you, but Krampus is something you all haven't dealt with

Damien: umm, we've dealt with an alien army, I think we can handle an evil Santa wannabe

Randy: just take the weapons

Matt: fine we'll take them, but what and where are they?

Randy walked over to one of the walls and pressed a button, soon a bunch of shelves came out of the floor and there were tons of weapons

Clancy: what

Damien: the

Y/n: heck

James: why are there so many weapons?

Randy: this isn't the first Krampus has fought Santa, and sometimes he might bring a small army with him, that's when we elf's get dangerous, now pick your weapons
