I was sitting in class waiting for lunch I can see Clancy and Damien want this class over as quick as I do, after what felt like a eternity the bell rang, I packed up my stuff so fast it was like a blur, I ran to my locker and threw my stuff in there and ran to the cafeteria......what it's taco Tuesday what do you expect, as I arrive I'm the first 1, I grab some tacos and walk to my table, which is in the back, after 1 minute the whole cafeteria is in a massive raid, I see Damien and Clancy walk towards me, they sit down Damien on my left and Clancy on my right, I hand both of them a taco and we eat

Clancy: you know what we should do after school

Damien: if you suggest the beach I will hit you

Clancy: oh come on the beach is amazing

Damien: yes but you always want to go

Y/n: it's because he lives near it, but I can't

Y/n: I've got to go to work

We all look over and see Weiss Schnee, she is a bitch just because her family owns a jewellery company doesn't mean she's all high and mighty and with her are Blake Belladonna and my two childhood friends, Ruby Rose and Yang Xiao-Long, they were really good friends with me but since we entered high school they, became friends with others and got more popular and haven't talked to me since, Aunt May is best friends with their mothers Summer and Raven, they never had a father since once they were both born he left, whenever Summer and Raven come over they sometimes bring Ruby and Yang and whenever they come over, I always leave there is no point talking to them since they ditched me, but thanks to them I met Clancy and Damien

Damien: also I won't be able to go either

Clancy: awww what

Damien: sorry dude I have some family thing to do (right now Damien's family is still alive)

Clancy: ughhhh you both suck

Damien: uh oh, ruby and yang are walking this way

Yang: do you wanna sit with us

They both walked away back to their table

The bell rang indicating that lunch was over

Y/n: I just remember on Tuesdays I have science with Ruby and Yang

Clancy: and you have miss goodwitch

Y/n: yeah, I'm her favourite student too

Damien: what makes you say that

Y/n: well she's less strict to me and I actually do well in her class

We arrived at my class and I say goodbye to my friends, as I walk in I see the only spot available is next to ruby.....oh god, I sit next to ruby

Ruby: Hi Y/n

Y/n: Hi

Glynda: Alright class settle down, today we are doing a quiz

Everyone but me groaned

Glynda: oh quit you groaning and just do the test and keep your eyes on your own sheet, I'm looking at you Mr Winchester

Once she handed everyone the piece of paper, I got to answering the questions, somehow al the answers were coming to me very quickly, within 10 minutes I walk up to miss goodwitch and hand her my paper

Glynda: well done Mr. Parker *looks at paper* and once again A+ for you

Y/n: Thank you miss

Glynda: you can do anything that doesn't disrupt the class

Y/n: ok

I walk over to my table and open my book, grab a pencil and start drawing, after 20 minutes I was done

Y/n: shouldn't you be doing your test

Ruby: I did I got a B- what did you get

I showed her my paper

Ruby: as usual A+ good job

I decided to draw something else, after 30 minutes I was done

Y/n: sorry I've got a busy schedule

The bell rang which means school is over, I got up grabbed my book and went to my locker, I grabbed my bag, locked my locker and left school grounds, I went straight to work and it sucked, after work it was 8:00pm, I walked back home and as I arrived I was met with a big hug from Aunt May

May: Oh thank god you're ok

Y/n: Aunt May you do this so much

May: I'm just worried about you being out at night since-

Y/n: I know since uncle Ben was killed, I know

May: ok well it's time for you to get to bed mister since you have that big science field trip tomorrow

Y/n: alright

I went to my bedroom and changed into my Pjs and hopped into bed.

*Next Day*

It's Wednesday, the day of the field trip I get up and have a shower, I get out and dry myself off and get changed, I walk into the kitchen and see Aunt May cooking breakfast

May: Just some pancakes

Y/n: awesome your pancakes are the best

May: why thank you now *gives me a plate of pancakes* eat up

I ate my breakfast and it was good, I packed my bag and left for school, as I got to school I saw it wasn't a lot of people coming, I got on the bus and sat down, more students came on the bus but none pare my friends, Ruby came on and sat next to me she was about to talk to me until ms goodwitch came on the bus with a clipboard

Glynda: alright everyone settle down, now I'm gonna mark the role and when I call your name raise your hand

She called out the roll and the second she called my name and I showed I was here, I put my headphones on to listen to music, ruby tried to talk to me but I ignored her, after 1 hour we arrived at the place, when I got off the bus I took my headphones off,

Glynda: alright everyone get a partner

Ruby immediately ran towards me and stood next to me.......ughhhhh come on

Ruby: looks like we are partners

Y/n: yeah whatever

*Timeskip 5 hours*

That whole trip sucked ruby just kept on yapping and yapping, we got on the bus and she wouldn't shut up, when I got off the bus I just left straight away without saying goodbye, I got home and saw a note on the counter

[Dear Y/n]
[I left to go to the store to grab something be back soon, Love Aunt May]

Hehe alright Aunt May, I head to my room and throw my bag down near my bed, I change my clothes and.....where I sit at my desk and pull out my pencil and drawing book.....where are my headphones, oh yeah in my bag, I walk over to my bag and reach for my headphones, I then felt something bit me,

Y/n: AHHH DAMN IT

I flung what ever that was off of me and see it's a spider, I crush the thing with my foot, stupid thing bit me, I go to the bathroom and grab some bandages and wrap it around my hand, I went back to my room and put my music on and just drew whatever came to mind

*Time Skip Next Day*

I woke up, took a shower and got dressed, as I was walking to school I got this wicked headache, I stopped at a local drug store, I walked up to the counter with some pain killers

Cashier: ID

Y/n: 34318573

The cashier looked at me and scanned the item

Cashier: $14.30

I hand him the a $20 and leave

Y/n: Keep the change

I walk to 7-Eleven and grab a bottle of water, pay for it and leave, I take a pill and it helped a bit, I made my way to school and see Damien and Clancy waiting for me and they look like they are arguing

Damien: $15 I BET IM RIGHT

Clancy: DEAL

Y/n: What are you idiots arguing about

Clancy: was ruby on the trip and was she annoying you

Y/n: yeah she was

Clancy: DAMN IT

Clancy handed him $15

We walked to class and first was maths then history and after lunch science, as I arrived at class I was ready to go back to sleep

I was eating my lunch when I heard the sound of a certain girl

Y/n: I'm pretty sure she said to leave her alone

Cardin threw a punch at Y/n only for him to catch it

*PUNCH* *KICK*, Cardin was on the floor Y/n looked at his goons

Y/n: so any of you want to give it a shot

Sky ran at Y/n and threw a punch only for Y/n to dodge it and punched him in the chest and kicked his stomach sending him back a few feet, next dive ran at him and tried to kick him but got his foot caught and Y/n punched him in the chest, went behind him and kicked him in the back, Russel threw a jab at Y/n but Y/n dodged it and kicked him in the side of the head knocking him down,

Y/n walked over to Cardin and grabbed his collar

Y/n: you will listen, if I catch you bullying again, expect more pain

Y/n then dropped him and walked over to velvet

Y/n: You ok

Velvet: yeah I'm ok thanks Y/n

Y/n: no problem

Miss Goodwitch walked in

Glynda: what happened here

Ruby: Cardin was harassing velvet and when Y/n told him to stop Cardin tried to hit him so Y/n acted in self defence

Glynda: can someone get these 4 to the nurses office and Mr Parker to the principals office

Y/n walked to the principals office with Glynda right behind him

*POV Change Y/n*

Ozpina: So Mr Parker, you had a fight with Mr Winchester and his friends

Y/n: technically Ms it was all self defence

Ozpina: how so

Y/n: well in self defence law, I'm allowed to retaliate since he came after me and didn't leave, if he came up hit me and left by law I can't do a thing but since he was attacking me I'm allowed to fight back

Ozpina: I see, well since it was all self defence I will let you off with a warning but please, don't do it again

Y/n: yes ma'am

Ozpina: good now go your class started 5 minutes ago

I walked to class and sat down next to ruby

Y/n: hey ruby

Ruby:hmmm

Y/n: thanks

Ruby: no problem

After that class went on as normal, after a 1 class ended and I went to my locker, I see Clancy and Damien at my locker waiting, as I walk over Damien sees me

Damien: My man still here, I'm guessing you got only a warning

Y/n: yeah since it was self defence

Clancy: ok I have two questions, 1 can we please go to the beach and 2 what was that at lunch

Y/n: 1 we can go on Saturday and 2 what do you mean

Clancy: what do you think, last time I remember you couldn't fight or dodge that good

Y/n: I don't know it just came naturally

Damien: well you gotta show us how to do that

Y/n: ehhh maybe, anyway Aunt May wants me home tonight, we are having guest over for dinner

Damien: let me guess, Ruby, Yang and their mothers

Y/n: yep

Damien: well good luck

I grab my bag and lock my locker and walk away

Y/n: You too Batman

Damien: Parker I will kill you

I walk away and just before I can leave the school

Ruby: Hey Y/n

I turn around and there is Ruby, Yang, Blake and Weiss

Y/n: *smiles* Hello Ruby

All four girls blushed at his smile, but Y/n is dense, why cause it's my story so why not

Y/n: are you girls ok your faces are red

Ruby: *blushing* y-yeah were fine

Y/n: well I just wanna say thank you for standing up for me but tonight, can we keep it a secret from Aunt May cause if she finds out, I'm toast

Ruby: *blushing* s-sure

Y/n: awesome

Yang: also we will have 4 others joining us

Y/n: who

Ruby: Blake and her mother along with Weiss and hers

Y/n: the apartment I live at doesn't have enough room for 10 people at one table

Weiss: we will be eating at a fancy restaurant, my mother is paying so order what you want,

Y/n: oh well thank you very much *smiles*

Once again they blush but you are dense, hehehe suckers

Y/n: do you girls need some medicine your faces are red again

Weiss: *blushing* w-we're fine you dunce

Y/n: hehehe that's new, well I've gotta go and get ready, see you girls tonight

With that I left and walked home, as I was walking I heard some muffled scream in an alley way, I looked and saw a small girl being held and about to go into a van and another woman on the floor unconscious, I grab a bottle and throw it at a man who had a gun, her dropped it and I picked it up

Y/n: let the girl go

The man did so and the girl ran to her mothers body crying

Y/n: now then I believe the cops should be notified right *aims gun in the air* *BANG*

I unclipped the gun and threw it at the man hard enough to knock him out, I then grabbed a bin and threw it at the other guy knocking him out, I ran to the girls mother and checked on her, within 3 minutes 2 police cars and an ambulance were here they ran down the alleyway, the police aiming their guns at the men on the ground and paramedics loaded the mothers body into the ambulance and took the girl too, the police let me go, so I decided to head home and get ready for dinner tonight
