3rd Recon can be seen sitting on top of Anvil 1-1, doing their personal things like Frank looking at a picture of his girlfriend back home at Arcadia, Minami eating a Japanese bento she brought from Earth, Sarah was still treating Simon, and Cortez was smoking a cigarette while Wilhelm smoked a German smoking pipe.

Wilhelm: You still smoking those standard issue cigarettes Leutnant? 

Cortez: I'm a cheap bastard, but I have some Cubans in my pocket so I'm good.

Cortez looks up to still see the Destiny hovering above as retrofitted D20 Herons, Condors and Pelicans were coming and going from the ship, it was a sight to behold for everyone seeing the ship first hand but for the Marines, a sight of hope at dire times.

Frank: Sir, Pelican coming in.

Cortez saw the Pelican mentioned that was going to land near them.

Cortez: Heads up people.

The Pelican then does a turn before landing, Cortez jumps down from the tank and steps on the cigar as the Pelicans doors open to reveal both the Fleet Admiral and Vice Admiral along with a squad of Spartan IV's as bodyguards.

Cortez: Fleet Admiral, nice to see you solid ground sir.

The Lieutenant said as the Fleet Admiral's shoes stepped on Harvest's soil, same with the high heels of the Vice Admiral.

David: It's good to have your legs stand on solid ground once in a while.

(Their friendship is like Forge and Cutter.)

Cortez: So what brings you and the Vice Admiral here?

Veronica: After hearing your reports of a Human remnant forces here, the Fleet Admiral and I decided on confirming this with our own eyes.

David: And it would seem that is true.

The Fleet Admiral looked over at a bewildered group of mass produced Nikkes.

Cortez: In high contras sir, those aren't actually human. They're cyborgs.

David: Explain.

Cortez gave the Fleet Admiral and Vice Admiral the full story on what the Nikkes were and the reason of their creation, to say the Fleet Admiral was disgusted was an understatement most people would say but yet he understood the desperation of the remaining humans still surviving on Harvest.

David: So they were that desperate... *sigh* Let's go, I want answers myself. Cortez you come too.

With a swift hand gesture the Fleet Admiral ordered to move, Cortez looked back at his team and gestured them to wait for him.

Cortez's thoughts: Hope this doesn't end in a mess.

The trio walked inside the entrance to the Ark with the Spartan IV's following close behind, everyone in the group was tense because of the Fleet Admiral's sudden change in aura. From a calm and collective person, to a cold authoritative demeanor.

Time Skip
Location: Ark Command Center (Meeting room)

The CEO's, Deputy Chiefs, and some representatives were all waiting in the meeting room for the guest to arrive, some were anxious and some were impatient.

Ingrid: What do you think is taking him a bit long?

Burningum: I just got a report that he had entered the Ark with his entourage.

Doban: And his bodyguards aren't Nikkes, they're enhanced super soldiers from what I heard.

Male Deputy Chief: And not to mention a ship that dwarfs almost the entire Ark currently hovering over us.

Triangle squad leader Privaty then enters the room.

Privaty: Sir, they've arrived.

Everyone tensed a little at the announcement.

Andersen: Alright, everyone sit down. Let's not show some disrespe\ct to our guest, Privaty you can let them enter.

Privaty nods and closes the door, then everybody in the room sat down and waited for their guest to enter and moments later the door opens again as the news cameras turns revealing the Fleet Admiral himself along with Cortez and Veronica, everyone sitting down went tense as there was a more authoritarian aura coming out with the exception of Andersen.

Andersen: Welcome, I assume you are the Fleet Admiral?

David: Yes, I'm David H. Adams. Apologies for my late appearance.

Andersen: Not to worry, I'm Deputy chief Andersen. Please take a seat

The three representing the UNSC sat down next to each other.

David: You might have a lot of questions, but for now I will give you a full run down of everything.

Taking off his cap the Fleet Admiral took a deep breath and let's it out, he progressively reached into his pocket and took out a small holographic projector. It turns on to reveal an image of Harvest.

David: Nearly a hundred years ago on 2468, humanity has colonized Harvest in the Epsilon Indi system which is a star system located 12 lightyears away from Earth. Harvest was the only planet in the system that didn't require terraforming efforts to make it colonizable, henceforth it's rapid colonization.

The citizens inside the Ark learned the truth about their home planet, they were all shocked at first but many accepted the fact but many didn't.

David: Everything was going just fine, Harvest was at peace and everything was going just as normal. But all of that changed on 2525, when communications with Harvest stopped and a fleet was sent to check up on Harvest. But what those ships saw was a destroyed and burned planet. That was the day we had first contact with a hostile alien alliance called The Covenant.

The projector shows the symbol of The Covenant, citizens were all shocked at the fact of other alien races existed, let alone actual ones.

David: The fight for Harvest was fierce and the UNSC was basically outmatched by The Covenant in every single aspect from weapons, tech, and numbers. We weren't prepared for a fight against a type of adversary like The Covenant but we were able to retake Harvest numerous times, until we ultimately abandon it. The war with The Covenant raged on until the point it reached Earth, but yet with everything against our odds we managed to win but at the cost of billions of lives.

The projector showed every battle the UNSC participated in the defense of humanity, the fights against The Covenant. Pyrrhic victories and the defeats that they went through.

David: After the war, we rebuilt and re-inhabited the colonies that were lost. We made an alliance with one of the former Covenant species known as the Sangheili, they helped us at the end of the war against The Covenant who lied to them and sided with us, the alliance was bitter at first but overtime we managed. All seem well at first but in the end more conflicts arose from the Created Conflict to the war against the Banished and Endless. The Created was led by Cortana a former UNSC Smart A.I who rebuilt herself with advanced and ancient alien tech, while The Banished were more like a mercenary and pirate type of Organization, The Endless on the other hand is a whole different species. The Endless and Banished formed an alliance. Cortana managed to destroy the UNSC's main base on Earth along with many more human facilities, including one of the UNSC's formerly strongest warship the UNSC Infinity by the hands of Atriox although the ship was heavily damaged, the Infinity was able to restored.

The projector showed the numerous more conflicts the UNSC had to fight in, including the UNSC Infinity. The citizens were impressed at the capabilities of the UNSC being able to make ships as big of entire cities, but at the same time felts sorry for the many people who died to protect humanity

David: Seven months prior to our arrival on Harvest, we sent out a small surveying party to conclude if Harvest was good enough to be re-habilitated or not until that group of surveyors were attacked and killed by the Raptures, two days an effort was made into containing the Rapture threat until that ultimately failed as well to which High Command decided on a full scale planetary assault to take Harvest back, it took the entire seven month deadline to prepare. We had to call in more soldiers from other colonies and train fresh recruits and build more hardware. And here we are now.

The projector shuts off as well as the news camera's and the Fleet Admiral grabs it.

David: If there is anything that the citizens require we will be happy to provide them in the forms of food, daily necessities, medicine, and etc.

The Ark's representatives all discussed about it privately between them.

Ark Representative 1: Will we be needed to pay for these?

David: I do not intend on taking money from you nor am I asking for them, the supplies we will give are free for anyone in need. We will also make a heavily armed fortress acting as our main base for our campaign.

Andersen: How big is this fort?

Veronica: By the ground campaign requirements, it would be very large to accommodate hundreds of thousands of troops, a full fledged airbase and runway, a vehicle depot, and many more.

Doban: We will send out some of our Nikkes to help you with this.

David: Speaking of which, I was told by Lieutenant Cortez here that you all field these Nikkes as your primary combatants and the... Story behind them. As much as I admit I am quite disappointed on how they are treated.

The Fleet Admiral's tone turned from a good and kind hearted man, to a voice full of utter disappointment, dismay, and disgust. The entire room tensed up, knowing how unfairly Nikkes are treated by humans, some of the Nikkes were able to listen in on this and were surprised that a person cared on how unfairly they are treated.

David: I know that they are Androids but they risk their lives to protect humanity and in return they are treated as nothing? And not to mention how they are created.

His gaze shifted to the CEO's.

David: I haven't seen people so desperate that this had to be resorted. But at dire times I can understand, but their treatment should at least be better than this.

Andersen: It'll be hard but it will be done. 

David: Good. 

The Fleet Admiral looks at his wrist watch.

David: My time is up, I am also on a tight schedule so I'll be leaving. 

He stands up, grabs his hat and walks away being followed by the Lieutenant and Vice Admiral.

Andersen: I believed we almost hit the bullet...

OUTSIDE

As the Fleet Admiral and his entourage walked back out from the Ark as they saw some Nikkes were interacting with the some Marines and Army Troopers.

Veronica: Fleet Admiral, what do you want to do with the Nikkes?

The Fleet Admiral thinks about what he should do.

David: Allow them to join our ranks in the ground forces, what do you think Cortez?

Cortez: A good way too I think, I saw that their weapons can damage the Raptures and can be a help is the fort comes under siege.

David: Well then, I will trust you in that area, report to me on the progress too.

Cortez: Will do sir.
