Reasonable explanation?
"Who are you?" I ask the man.
This is after what fight I had intervened in and thwarted in that made the beast leave. The man is using magic to disguise his looks while he is sitting in a chair with his elbow on the counter. It has been relatively a few hours since the unexpected landing.
"My name is Sci," Sci said. "Sci Lokison." He looks up towards me. "That was Drain you met back at New York City. He and I don't have the best of all relationships."
"But he called you an All-Father," I said.
Sci sighs.
"Yes," Sci said. "That I am."
"But that is impossible," I said. "My Father is the All-Father of Asgard."
Sci lowers his hand on the table straightening his arm then takes a sip out of the cup and swallows it.
"I am from the future," Sci said, lowering the cup. He wipes off the white mustache. "Not joking."
"What is the future like?"
Sci looks up towards me with a smile.
"If you are talking about Midgard; it is fine," Sci said, putting his hands together and his elbows both leaning on the table. "Absolutely fine."
"The last time I heard 'absolutely fine' I ended up having to get a goat Loki left in Alfheim," I said.
Sci laughs.
"Never heard of that story," Sci said.
"Can you at least tell me the truth?" I ask.
"That is the truth, Uncle," Sci said. "My Father told me many stories...Select ones; apparently."
"How is Loki in the future?" I ask, curious.
Sci went silent turning his head away then looks down towards the table. The mood in the room had changed from light to dark.
"My Mother and Father passed away two days ago," Sci said. "They were old and they had each other. But I can't accept how they died."
"How did they die?" I ask.
"I can't say," Sci said. "Normally telling the death of loved one would be easy....But telling you would be like telling him. If you know then you will eventually tell him and then he will never meet my Mother."
"Who is your mother?" I ask.
"That I cannot tell," Sci said. "Part of the future."
"Do I meet her?" I ask.
"Yes," Sci said.
"Do we get along?" I ask
"Cannot tell," Sci said.
Tony came in to the room.
"So this the man who made a robot fighting machine?" Tony asks.
"He is," I said, as Sci glares back towards Tony.
"Not robot fighting machine," Sci said. "A operational car suit."
"More like a robot fighting machine," Tony said.
"Mr Stark," Sci said. "That is not what it is called."
"Then what do you call it?" Tony asks.
"The Car Armor," Sci said.
"I like what I call it better," Tony said.
"Let's agree to disagree," Sci said.
"Agreed," Tony said. "Hey Thor, can we have that discussion about Halo in private?"
"Sure," I said.
We never had any discussions about 'Halo' and so I figured it is a code word for 'chat in private about this man?'. Tony and I left Sci. Sci reminded me of Loki (even though he is in his special little cell down the hall) before the coronation had attempted to happen.
"So who he is?" Tony asks.
"Sci," I said.
"Sci who?" Tony asks.
"Ask him that yourself," I said.
"Are you meaning to tell me the man who some how made cars become a military style machinery capable of shooting missiles, rockets, and bullets did not tell you?" Tony asks.
"Yes," I lied.
"Thor, you are lying," Tony said.
"How can you tell?" I ask.
"Your eyebrows go up every time you lie," Tony said. "Who is the kid?"
Now I found myself not wanting to spoil anyone else about my brother having a son in the future named Sci.
"Sci Bell," I lied, this time not raising my eyebrows.
"Where is he from?" Tony asks.
"Asgard," I said, controlling my eyebrows from going up. "Just a remote part and apparently has been majoring in science. And the big creature is Chain."
Tony folds his arms studying me for awhile.
"All right, I believe you," Tony said. "But did he mention to that Chain has a knack for misplacing wild life?"
"No," I said.
"That's what Chain is doing," Tony said. "And he going to move on to trucks."
"How do you know?" I ask.
"He just announced it on Live TV," Tony said. "And he wants five bars of gold, including a large swimming pool, a full reconstruction of the most ancient dinosaur, a large teddy bear, pack of lighters, and all the copies to My Little Pony."
"This is Sci's problem," I said.
"But we don't know his motives," Tony said. "Or what he is capable of."
"I do," I said.
"You stopped him from doing anything else," Tony said.
"Well, Chain was being unfair in the fight," I said.
"And Sci destroyed a couple buildings," Tony said. "There was a large and vast park right across. He intentionally wrecked the repaired buildings; now it is going to take months for that to get fixed."
Tony did make a point.
"If you won't tell Sci then I will," I said.
