You then Both Got some documents needed By using your Magic, and then you used that to set up A Bank account with the 10,000 Yen you had stolen without anyone knowing, and you then went house shopping.

Real Estate Agent: This Place is very Nice for A Pair of roommates like yourselves. It's a one-room with Bath, and outside are A Washer, dryer, and some other things you need.
