"Mr Jeon, honestly it's sad to see you go, there's still time, are you sure you want to leave?"

Your father wanted to convince Jungkook's father one last time before he was leaving for abroad, "I hope from the bottom of my heart that you stay," He gave Jungkook's father a downward smile.

Jungkook's father lowered his head letting out a little smile, "Mr. Choi if you are finding ways to make me stay, it's working..." Hope lights up in your father's eyes but it dims the second 'but' comes out of Jungkook's father's mouth,

"...But you know how important it is for Jungkook and us," He glances down at Jungkook, "A bright future is waiting ahead of us and as a parent, you would agree to that, won't you?"

A defeated sigh releases from your father's lips, "I wouldn't argue over that."

"Agreed," Jennie's father slips his arms around your father's shoulder, coming from behind and enchanting both Jungkook and your father with a bright smile, "But if you think this is the last time we are meeting you, you are wrong,"

Jungkook's father laughs, "Of course not, we will come back as soon as we get a permanent residency in London."

Your father groans in response, "That's gonna be really long though-" And suddenly he gets cut off when he feels a tug on his shirt. He looks down to find you, "Dad, is Jungkook leaving us and going abroad? Like forever?"

He glances at Jungkook's father searching for an answer but he makes a sad face to which your father gives you a sad smile, "Yeah,"

"Does that mean he gets new friends and he's going to forget us?" Jennie approaches you mid-conversation, questioning her curiosity, and before any of your uncles could answer, Jungkook comes by himself in between you both to answer that.

"No," He unknowingly pushes you both aside with his fat stomach. Jennie almost trips but Jungkook holds her arms in time, "I won't forget you," he meets your eyes too, "We are best friends after all."

Jennie slaps his shoulder, standing straight "Yes, and promise you'll get us chocolates and not end up eating it all by yourself," She pouts at him as Jungkook stiffly shakes his head, "That's a given, anything other than that?"

She goes into her thoughts as you do the same but nothing comes to your mind. You shrug, "Anything could work for me," and Jennie responds the same, "Yeah, same."

Jungkook nods before he pulls out his bag and removes his book and a pencil, tearing a paper and writing down something.

You and Jennie look at each other confused as Jungkook suddenly hands over the paper to Jennie, "Here's my Gmail," A little blush creeps up on his cheeks, " You need anything, text me here," He longingly looks at her as he stands up slowly stumbling your way because of his weight. You hold him in time as he immediately looks at Jennie to see if she witnessed this happening but luckily she was busy reading what was written on the paper,

"Thanks," He lets go of your hand with a smile, now focusing on Jennie.

Jeon Jungkook had a crush on Jennie. Although he did not admit it, he portrayed it like an open book, but the thing was Jennie had no idea about it, and since he was a healthy boy she didn't even imagine him liking her.

"I don't have an account though," She pouts at him giving him back the paper. Even the little smile resting on his chubby cheeks fades away, "Oh..." but before he could take the paper, you take it in your hands, "I have one," You fold the paper in your hands, smiling at both of them, "Jennie can use mine."

The smile long gone comes back in a rush, "For real?"

"Yes." You excitedly exclaim making him happy.

Jennie shakes her head, "Okay," and looks at his parents carrying the bags.

"I think you should leave," She points in the direction of his parents, "They are getting ready."

He finds his parents hugging both of your parents, bidding them goodbye. He immediately stuffs his notebook and pencil in his bag, zipping it up and hovering his bag around his shoulders, and opening his arms for you both to give him a goodbye.

You instantly hug his teddy figure as Jennie does the same and he wraps his arms around you both in return, "I'm gonna miss you both so much," He tightens his arms snuggling you both closer as Jennie pretends to get choked under his body.

He sniffs a laugh as you hit Jennie's back playfully which makes her amusingly laugh in return.

"Jungkook!" His father called out "It's time to go!"

"Coming Dad!" letting go of the hug, he steps back slowly waving at you both, "See you soon," his smile widened the moment Jennie waved back at him, "Come back with a lot of chocolates."

He laughs, "Sure" and glances at you giving you his last wave before finally running and going back to his parents as you clutch the paper in your hands keeping in mind to make him happy as he wanted.

How are you? How is everything there? I know it's not long since I left but I couldn't help but text you. I received the mail you sent three days ago, It was heartwarming knowing you already miss me. I miss you too.

I have safely reached London. The weather here is too cold but it's manageable for me, funny because of my visceral fat. Wait, you do yet not know its meaning, haha it's fine, you'll get to learn about it soon.

Anyways, It's sad I'm not there to help you with your studies, but Y/n will help you just fine and I trust in you, you are a bright student. But ugh, I miss sharing food with you while studying and right now it's all left for me to eat but guess what I'm trying to eat less and burn down all the fat.

Yeah, yeah you are right I'm gonna work on myself now.

Surprising isn't it? I know I know.

Well, for now, gotta go, It's time for school, I'll be waiting for your response.

Hey,

Is it snowing there in Seoul? Here in London, our schools have been shut even before the Christmas holidays. It's no fun since I'm spending it all alone by myself. Did you receive the scarf with the chocolates I sent?

You know it's a very rare one, keep it safe huh?

Talking about chocolates, It's been days since you haven't mailed me. The last mail I received from you was two months ago. Agreed that it's been four years since I left Korea but it's not fair you are already forgetting me.

I'm not the kind of person who easily gets mad, but see what you make me do. You are really one of a kind.

Anyways, how are studies going on? It must be hard studying English. You don't need to study that subject so hard just because you think I'll be forgetting Korean which I won't but it's almost heart-fluttering that you are doing it for me.

I wish I could see you right now but there are no plans for Dad to go back to Korea anytime soon.

Mom is trying really hard to prepare Korean dishes here in London. Let me tell you, Bulgogi is really my favourite. Every time she prepares it none of us leave even an inch of it on our plates. It's so tasty that I want you to taste it too.

Are food deliveries allowed from London to Korea? God, I'll ask Dad and let you know.

I understand I turned 19 and it's fine for me to read it but did you take a look at it too? You are just 16, okay, calm your little hormones, there's no need to rush.

Well, my birthday went really well. I've found some cool Korean friends here at my University. For your information all of them are male, no females but GOD you won't believe me if I say I got 100 roses from literally all the girls of my Uni, they're going berserk since I've come here.

Should I start dating?

I have become very popular since I lost weight. You wouldn't believe it is me If you saw me right now. Mom and Dad have been worrying about my sudden change but they will get used to it.

It took me years to become what I am today and I'm happy with what I am, so do not worry about me. I did it for myself. I feel confident and perfect. I hope you'll accept the new me.

I have been offered a job and I went on with it. No one knows it but I don't know I just wanted to be financially stable and I did it. I did something right, didn't I? I don't know. It's been how long, 10 years isn't it? It sucks to not share the same air as you, trust me.

Lately, I have been missing you a little too much, guess it's time I come over. Let it be even for a day I just want to be there, It's been years since I've seen Y/n too. I hope she is doing well as well.

Omg, December 2021 was when I started writing this. Been years since I was sure of publishing this work of mine.

This story is inspired by one of the Bollywood movies, so I hope you like it.
