chapter seven,
the one with an official roommate

━━━━ "GUESS who has an official new roommate!" kitty shrieked bursting through the door with a paper that professor lee signed saying that she is going to be sharing a room with vivienne. officially. vivienne rushed out of the bathroom and kitty shouted getting jump scared by vivienne.

"we're roommates!" vivienne shouted jumping up and down and kitty pushed away on how scary vivienne looked with the green face mask on and her hair being up in a towel, and started jumping up and down with vivienne as well.

vivienne and kitty immediately went into decorating the dorm room however they pleased. kitty focused more on the bedrooms while vivienne focused more on the kitchen. they had music playing in the background, on a medium volume so that people don't complain. later that night, vivienne did another face mask but this time making kitty do it with her.

the entire week was nothing but kitty song-covey and vivienne villanueva. dae, min ho and quincy watched as the two girls became inseparable in a week. the two girls were attached by the hip and when they weren't with each other, vivienne was either on facetime with her mom telling her about some new songs she's been writing and kitty would be with quincy or alone calling her sisters.

by the end of the week kitty, vivienne and quincy all met up in a common area of the dorms. they were watching a movie that q really likes and wanted kitty and vivienne to join.

"i don't know. it's a lot of bulging eyes and rotting flesh." kitty grimaced as a man's bloody face appeared on the screen.

"i love it." vivienne hummed.

"this is a classic, kitty." quincy said. vivienne leaned her elbows on her knees and dropped her head on to her hands watching intensely the computer in front of her.

"you know who you should be watching this with? florian. and you know who you should be hanging out with? min ho." kitty said smiling now. vivienne and quincy both made a face to hide their true emotions. "q, you guys are vibing!"

"i don't know. i mean, i've been with plenty of guys before but," quincy said and then went into thinking. vivienne and kitty watching at the way that quincy's lips then turned upwards. "i've never liked anyone this much. it's making me nervous."

"what if we get a group together tomorrow for a binge party? we'll invite florian, he'll get hooked on the show, and you, and start watching more episodes, with fewer people, at night time." kitty suggested.

"come on, q! baby steps." vivienne said smacking quincy's knee and singing the last part out to quincy.

"yeah. right. like how you," quincy said pointing at kitty, "flew across the world for dae without telling him."

"hey, if i hadn't, i wouldn't have met you or vivi." kitty said hooking her arm through vivienne's arm and dropping to head to her shoulder. "and i wouldn't have discovered i have a half-sibling somewhere in korea."

"you got me there." quincy chuckled.

kitty sighed deeply hugging vivienne's arm tighter. "what sucks is that i can't tell dae any of this because yuri is always around. i miss my best friend."

"well, i might know one place dae will be that yuri will definitely won't." quincy said. kitty gave him a confused look. "nature. that girls not outdoorsy, and you're talking to the president of kiss's outdoors club. first hike is tomorrow."

vivienne knew she had to wake up early for the home, but she never knew she had to wake up at the crack of dawn. vivienne got ready in a slower pace than kitty who was already changed in less than half an hour.

vivienne out one a pair of black leggings that were flare from the bottom, and wore an off the shoulder t-shirt that has a sun and moon design in the middle. her hair up in a ponytail and she brought a small backpack to put in snacks and multiple mini water bottles.

"i made us a protein breakfast!" kitty squealed when vivienne entered the kitchen and over to the front of the door putting on her sneakers ready to leave. kitty put on her shoes as well and handed a cup that had greek yogurt, granola crumbs, strawberries and bananas.

"thank you, kitty. now let's go before q murders us for being late." vivienne said mixing the yogurt with the granola, strawberry and banana. as she walked out the door she moaned at the taste of what kitty made. "this is so good."

"thank you!" kitty said hooking her arm through vivienne and the two girls were headed off to quincy. the entire way there the two girls ate their breakfast and shoved the cups and spoons inside of vivienne's back without ( once cleaned with napkins ).

when vivienne and kitty made it to where quincy was stationed, people were already there so they weren't that late but neither were they early. quincy smiled once they arrived and decided to start. "all right, people, welcome to kiss's outdoors club. first rule of outdoors club: please talk about outdoors club. that would be very helpful because we did lose a few members this summer."

"lyme diseases." vivienne heard a boy said to her right.

"all right, let's get started with some stretches." quincy said at the same time that dae arrived. he tapped on quincy's shoulder and muttered something to him which quincy only waved him off. vivienne knew it was her cue to leave when dae jogged up to kitty and kitty turned around to face dae.

what vivienne didn't expect was yuri arriving and snatching dae away from kitty. quincy and vivienne shared a look going down to a couching position not wanting to stretch anymore while quincy was still stretching.

"all right, who's ready to go on a hike?" min ho suddenly came in and said. his eyes widen when he noticed that vivienne was also there. vivienne gave him a confused look since he's another person who doesn't like the outdoors.

"min ho! what are you doing here?" dae asked.

"what? can't hang out with my best friends?" min ho said. vivienne stood up from her crouching position and crossed her arms over her chest. min ho grinned teasingly at her mocking quincy's actions. he then looked behind his back and down to the grass and snatched something from here.

vivienne saw that he came back up with three yellow daisy's on his hand still grinning at her when another girl came in up to his face. "hi." she said causing min ho to get scared and back up. "i don't think we've met. i'm madison. oh these are cute."

vivienne felt her blood boil when madison snatch the daisy's away from min ho's hand and smelled them smiling widely at min ho. "hey, those weren't—" min ho started but got cut off.

"okay! we can talk on the hike. let's go." quincy said clapping his hands loudly together and blowing his whistle. quincy clasped his hand with vivienne, seeing what the madison girl did, and pulled vivienne with him. "make sure you stay hydrated. i really hope you guys used the bathroom, because there are none."

the hike started it was good for the first few minutes. that was until everyone started getting tired due to all of the hills. quincy was the only one jogging slowly up the hill and encouraging the others that they can do it. kitty and vivienne walked side by side the entire time so was dae and yuri so min ho wasn't able to escape from madison and go with them. he wanted to be next to vivienne the most and tell her the flowers were meant for her. even if it was small.

"you guys are making great time! let's keep up the pace, people." quincy said doing high knees.

"worms! worms!" yuri shrieked pushing dae away from her and moving away from the path and started moving around like a maniac.

"we're in nature. embrace it."

"is it on me? i thought the worm followed me! where is it?" yuri said frantically, looking around all over her body for the said worm. kitty took this opportunity to leave vivienne at the back of everyone and up to dae.

vivienne was now walking alone. she was walking alone until min ho smirked to himself and purposely started walking slower so that everyone went past him. once everyone did walk past him he landed right besides vivienne.

"hey." min ho whispered to her.

vivienne frowned her eyebrows glancing up at min ho. her eyebrows then went back to normal as she saw that it was only min ho. "hi, enjoying the walk?" vivienne asked grinning from side to side knowing that min ho was probably regretting his decision.

"oh yeah, definitely. i love it. having the time of my life." min ho said sarcastically nodding his head and giving vivienne thumbs up. vivienne laughed and it passed onto him. the two teenagers started laughing together catching the attention of others. mostly madison.

vivienne and min ho then went silent. vivienne enjoying and taking in everything from the outdoors. on the other hand min ho was finding words to tell vivienne without them sounding like a lie. vivienne saw in front of her yuri and kitty racing up the hill leaving a confused dae behind and quincy who started shouting at them to not separate.

"vinne, out of curiosity, if a girl were to ask for flowers what type of flowers would someone give her?" min ho asked his hands being pulled to be behind him to hide the fact that he was fidgeting with them anxiously as he asked the question.

"all girls have different favorite flowers they want but most girls just want the guy that they like to give them flowers in general. to think about it and say, 'hm, hey, i want to give this girl these flowers.' you know." vivienne said dropping her voice to a low tone to mock a man's voice. min ho chuckled nodding his head. "why? have a girl you want to give flowers too? oh my god, ming are you turning into a romantic?"

min ho glanced down at vivienne who had her hands on his arm and glanced up at him with her big eyes, her lips still tugged up to a grin showing her beautiful teeth and her spread out lips. min ho got lost in his own daze that he forgot to answer her.

vivienne pulled away smacking him softly on the arm. "whoever you give the too is one lucky girl. you should give her a note too but one that you wrote. not dae, quincy or me not even kitty." vivienne said ignoring the way that saying this was nothing but pure pain in her heart. she was creating her own heartache.

"i think i'm the lucky one." min ho whispered underneath his breath. vivienne hummed not getting what he said. min ho shook his head and threw his arm around vivienne's shoulder. "forgot it. why don't you tell me all about being a popstar. also, when you have another concert can i hace a vip pass?"

vivienne laughed leaning against him and wrapping her arm around his torso. "obviously."
