I'm still new to this, so please feel free to correct me. I've always wanted to write about LGBTQ characters, and this is my first attempt at exploring them.

Sa ngayon, dalawa pa lang ang naisulat ko sa kanila. Bilang isang manunulat, ayaw kong mag-research nang hindi ako handa, at totoong mahirap talagang magsulat tungkol sa mga ganitong tema sa Patches of Purity.

I want to express my gratitude to all my friends, astracelane goddess_aba misoleistyx for their support in shaping the themes and characters in my story. Sa totoo lang, sobra akong kinakabahan noong nag-decide akong magsulat ng ganitong tema, at sa mga ganito talaga, dapat sure ka sa ginagawa mo. Kaya naman, ito'y talagang isang hamon para sa 'kin.

Kaya hanga talaga ako sa mga marunong magsulat ng BL, kasi hindi biro 'yun—challenging siya for me. Kaya ang laking tulong talaga 'pag may natatanungan kang mas may alam, para may gumagabay sa 'yo. May nagtanong na rin sa 'kin dati kung susubukan ko bang magsulat ng BL, at ang sagot ko, "hindi ko pa alam" at"hindi ako sigurado" ang sagot ko. Kasi nangangapa pa ako, at alam kong 'di pa ako handa o hindi pa sapat ang galing ko para do'n. Malalaman din natin kung kakayanin ko, 'pag siguro sobrang galing ko na.

Sa palagay ko, wala akong karapatang magsulat ng ganoong bagay dahil 'di ko gustong maging bara-bara ang pagsusulat ko, kung gets niyo ang point ko. It's definitely more beneficial to write BL if you possess extensive knowledge, as well as the understanding the details of developing themes and characters is crucial, particularly in how they express themselves.

I'm eager to learn more about writing on LGBTQ topics and welcome any feedback you may have to help me improve as a writer. If there's anything I need to correct, please let me know.

At this point, I can create a gay character and a bisexual character, but those are the limits of my writing experience so far. The themes surrounding their identities are quite broad, and to authentically portray them, I need a deeper understanding. It's important to handle these characters with the same care and depth as any other. I want this story to convey the message that they should feel free to express themselves openly and be true to who they are.
