this holiday, lets remember-Jesus Christ was born.

He knew He'd die on the cross for our sins,

yet He was born.

He came upon the earth.

He was born in a tiny manger,

the Savior of all mankind.

how unfitting,

it was for our Savior,

yet He knew it was coming and He still came.

despite knowing He'd have to die on the cross.

all for sins He never committed.

even knowing He would be born in a manger, He came.

this was the day,

Jesus Christ was born.

this Christmas day was when it was finally settled.

Jesus, God's one and only son, came to earth.it was decided.

despite all the hardships He may face,

They know every detail,

and yet, He still came.

isnt it a glorious day? in all history?

that Jesus, knowing what He'd face, came down to earth that one day.

December, 25. its Christmas. you can't doubt it.

but do you know the reason? it was created?

do you know who's birthday, it is?

its Jesus's.

oh, this is a day in remembrance of what He did.

this is the day to think,

'hey, He came to earth, knowing what He'd face.'

'hey, He came to earth, planning to die on a cross.'

oh, what a glorious day.

oh, what a glorious man.

oh, we can never hope to be,

so kind.

so merciful.

can you believe, after rejecting our Creator, our Savior, and nailing Him to the cross,

He still loves us.

He calls us His own.

we are His children.

we are His body

He came to earth knowing what Hed face

He came to earth,

knowing He'd cross deserts and plains

He came to earth,

knowing that His crib would be

a manger,

so unfitting for Thee.

yet He came to earth,

knowing He'd die

on the cross

can you believe it?

what He did for our sakes?

can you fathom?

how much courage,

and kindness,

it would take?

to die quietly,

on the cross,

paying for sins He never committed

can you believe?

He died for our sake?

He died so we

could be

called His faithful children

thats why

oh, thats why

He was born on Christmas day

yes, you get presents,

yes, you see family,

but let me ask you-do you thank God?

do you thank Him for sending His only Son,

that Christmas day?

do you even wish Jesus,

a happy birthday?

He came to earth,

this fateful day

born in a manger,

He would save

He came to earth

knowing what He'd face

can you believe

that instead of sitting safely,

in Heaven,

He would come to earth,

just to clear our sins?

can you believe?

how much God had sacrificed?

He knew,

They both knew,

Jesus would die on the cross

They knew He'd be born in a manger

They knew He'd face plenty of hardships

They knew He could save a ton of people

the most at the highest price

He was born today,

destined to die on the cross

for sins He never committed

Jesus was born

all for the sake

of you

did you ever think

that maybe He'd like a present,or even some kind of thank-you

but He's not selfish

He doesnt ask for it

but you know,

it makes Him happy,

I'm sure,

when someone spends their Christmas

thanking Him.
