a/n - i'm pissed bc i go out to a youth club on friday nights and i always gain a little bit of confidence while i'm there and i can just be myself but whenever i come home my mum shouts at me for whatever small thing i didn't do and any progress i made with trying to improve my anxiety is gone and i have to start over and it's the hardest thing i hate it so much.
