Today I will be sharing some makeup hacks that qualify as lit in my books. I have accumulated these over the years with my experience with my many trial and error makeup looks. Each of these hacks work extremely well for me and benefit my makeup looks on a daily basis. These makeup hacks will ensure that you slay all day everyday!

Hack 1: Taking a lighter to your eyeliner pencil

I know this hack may sound crazy, but trust me you will thank me later. Have you Ever put eyeliner on your water line and it stays on for about five minutes ? Or better, just merges to the corner of your eye leaving you with black gorp ? This is my holy grail hack that will make sure your eyes are lined all day and night long. So first you need to take a lighter and hold it to the tip of the liner until it gets a little melted (approximately 2-3 seconds). This will cause the pencil liner to form almost a gel like texture. Next, you have to make sure it's cooled down because I refuse to be responsible for anyone's damaged retinas. Once it has cooled you can go crazy and apply on your waterline. I CAN PROMISE YOU that if you use this hack you will still look like this after 6 tequila shots and 3 whiskey sours:

Hack 2: Spray Your Brushes with Setting Spray

I am unsure if this is a hack that many people already know about and use? or I am just a clever genius. When I first figured out what highlighting was I did not have a clue what I was doing. As time went on and I got better at it I figured out this holy grail hack which has changed the way I apply highlighter to my face. So for this hack you are going to need a setting spray, a brush, favourite highlighter,  and a burning passion to literally GLOW UP. To begin, it is KEY that you are not spraying the setting spray directly onto your highlighting brush. This will result in the application to be too caked on and probably change your look from a majestic horse riding through the sunshine to an aggressive 70's disco ball look. So to prevent that you are going to take your setting spray and spray it into the open air. When the setting spray is mid air you are going to fan your brush through it to catch the excess product. Then you can continue to dunk it into your favourite and apply it to your skin. Here are the products that I use to achieve a glowy skin finish:
