"...the sins of of their past lives would be burned, the suffering will increase with the name of God. The misfortunes of the next birth may sum of all evil balanced in this unreal world. The flame would feed upon every grave, the world would one day vanish.."
Priscilla continues reading slowly peeking at Allan who had his eyes closed, wondering if he really was hearing her or not. Then watching his creased eyebrow she continue.
"...the soul of a one would demand the soul of other, blood of black and poison will rain, and as such, fear of the living, will come to the nearest cliff. A mirror would lie and a queen shall betray, gathered at one summed to make all evil one."
She slowed then watching the next line.
"A love bound to stay would hut of all stay, killing one another, wanting to have a soul of the other, and as the sun deems their love, staring of the eye, the mistress would sacrifices her love, her knight, to the love she feels..."
"You may stop my Queen!" He opened his eyes, smiling at her from her lap staring at her beautiful eyes and her creation.
"Why this so my King?" She asks wondering why he always demand her to read the same book again and again to stop at the same place.
It hasn't even been a month since her last accident and since then Allan had never let her out of his sight, not even for a second, unless he went to meeting or special and dangerous occasions it was must for her to be with him. Even though Priscilla liked him with her, she knew there was no chance that she could go out of the castle ever again.
Now as she lies on her bed, her husband by her lap her hand inside his hair and his wrapped around her waist, she waits for his answer.
"Myself couldn't come up with a specific reason, my darling, perchance it's the way of such confidence coming out of the truth that the world yet beholds."
"Do you though, my king if I could question, believe the letters of the paper?" She asks again.
"Sacrificing a lover for love?" Allan didn't hesitate since he wanted to know what she was thinking.
Priscilla nodded, "Yea my lord."
"The moon sacrifices a night for her love, the big sun, the day would come she sacrifices the sun for the love of hers too, it would be dark.."
"..as the two didn't love each other but share a loath that of a light and dark, it shall and would be both as of much would be scarce." Priscilla finished for him.
Her father, the almighty king, loved those words too, but that didn't give her her desired answer. Thus, she waited.
"A lie so dark as such would give me the absurd feeling of crave, your king would want to feel the same, anon when the world vanishes, my soul would want to sacrifice something too."
"Haply, your thoughtful mind is not of thinking of me." Priscilla gulped.
"It shall be perchance you, my love." His tone had a serious melody, a tune that shushed into Priscilla's spine.
She shuddered. Allan was to sacrifice her, her own husband. Her kind raced to fund something to say, her heart drummed and all her hair stood.
Oh father who have you married me to?
Allan's throat rumbled with laughter, so deep and sonorous.
"Oh my Queen if you had seen your art!" He States between his laughter, not noticing her blush.
"I deem your laughter has no sense!"
"Perchance you would do!"
After then, no word was spoken, silent encased them. And as they stay quiet, their breathing mumbled quietly, dancing on the red room of their chambers.
Minutes passed like that until the door was knocked slightly. The king cleared his throat and spoke with authority, his voice rough and demanding fear.
"Say who!"
"It's I my king." The manly deep voice made Allan's face relax, lying on his wife's lap again as he stood from it when the door was knocked.
"Get in and show your face." Allan again spoke.
And within a second the door was slowly opened, in comes his best friend Lord Eugene, his face and jaw straightened, claiming a cold mask.
"I fan to say you are depraved lord, what is thither?" Priscilla noticed his distressed face.
"Is the news vital?" Allan too continued, wondering how his mate was quiet.
"I do state so your Majesties." Eugene say, breathing a sharp air, "the filthy man who on his own done the devastating deed on my queen is out to sun, my King!"
With the hearing of what Eugene said, the kings jaw ticked, his face stood as a rock and no mercy was visible on his eye which made Priscilla coward for she knew exactly what he is to do when he gets angry. She has seen him couple of times and those were horrific.
"Take the word." Allan demand.
"A castle inside he lives my king, guessing he had knowledge of you going to get a view."
"Says you lives he in the castle?" Allan was now fuming.
Priscilla kept quiet watching his face in front of her for he again left her lap as soon as Eugene said what he brought. The side which was paining her was not allowing her to stay quiet. The white bandage rocks up and down as she breath erratically, touching the still open wound. She hissed.
"What of my love? Say was it I?" Allan's worried gaze searched Priscilla's face.
"None of those my king, I shall lead me to privy if you allow."
"Indeed my love, no need for the permission!"
As Priscilla slowly take her steps to the restroom, cautiously: worrying they would see the blood that kept trickling down her royal blue dress.
Eugene's eye were following her though, spying her movement concealed by her dress, then slowly trailing to her hand that tightly caught her side. Good thing he was trained to be the best for he was the son of the chief himself, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to notice the signs that she was hurting.
"My king!" He whispered, watching the very stressed face of his loyalty promised king.
Allan nodded to him, wondering what made him whisper. Eugene then didn't speak a word but pointed to his queen, which Allan looked at with narrowed eyes.
"Priscilla!" He then fumed.
With her closed eyes Priscilla turned to him trying to smile without grimacing.
"Get me the healer!" Allan barked to Eugene who left with a bow.
"I am well my king, the healer would do come for nothing." Priscilla tried.
"Sit down." Allan ignoring her brought a chair for her to seat at.
"My ki-"
"No word!"
Priscilla then stayed quiet realizing his rage. She sat down at the chair and closed her eyes. Allan took a risky step and pulled her strapless dress pausing when she gasped. Allan inhaled a breath, his eyes looking at her gorgeous body before shaking his head taking control of himself, then slowly he lifted her undergarment to cover her upper body. Allan was then fast to start removing her bandages slowing whenever she hissed, even though his needy parts were fighting to take control he was trying his best to hold them as he touched her stomach and her upper belly.
"Oh my Lord, what such an evil spirit took over her pain." The healer was rambling as he prepared what he needed just as he got in. "Some lad get me the boiled water."
The guards and some servants were now circling the chamber of the Queen's. Along with her lady on tow - mistress Yvonne -pleaded and prayed. After a couple of views that was shared with the castle servants,Allan roared keeping Eugene and Priscilla's guards, knight Christoph and lord Caleb along with Yvonne.
"Oh my Queen what has happened?" Allan's mother then came, tears sparking in her eyes with her right hand by her side.
"It's such of a little pain mother, you shall go rest." Allan demand making no space for her to argue, "lords guard the opening and do not allow an entry! Mistress have ready the food for the queen."
As his instruction were heard everyone was outside, doing what was said.
Allan watched Priscilla's eyes closed, he saw her bloodied body, his hand and the doctors hand that was for the second time stitching his wife. And then for the first time he plead himself, he plead himself to kill whoever made his love suffer such a pain.
