No one deserves

Adam yawned, rolling over onto his side. Sleep. Sleep. Can't sleep.

"Bro. Wake up." Adam groaned as something shook him. His hands weren't as big as Mark's. Not Mark.

"Felix, don't wake me up. You didn't even get me coffee last time." Adam couldn't contain his second yawn, before he slowly sat up. He then felt something push up against his forehead. Something hot. "HEY! Ow!" Adam's eyes snapped open, his hands flying up to grab the object.

"Coffee. Hot and ready." Felix grinned.

"Where's Mark?" Adam asked, grabbing his coffee.

"That's my thanks?" Felix asked, causing Adam to give him a look. "Well.. Mark took the day off. He wanted to spend the day with his father."

"Is it his birthday or something?" Adam asked, taking a sip of his incredibly bitter coffee.

"No. It's fathers day." Felix answered, blinking.

"...Oh." Adam murmured.

"Got a father? I got your phone, wanna call him?" Felix asked.

Adam remained quiet, his eyes now watching Felix take out his phone from his big white doctor's coat pocket. Felix handed it to Adam, to which Adam took. Adam stared at his phone for a second, then shut his eyes. Suddenly Adam's hands were outstretched towards the wall, and his phone was shattered onto the floor. Little bits of glass stained the cold empty wall.

"Hey hey hey! What are you doing man?! That's your goddamn phone!" Felix shouted, surprised by the sudden action.

"I'm not calling that bastard." Adam crossed his arms.

"Why not? Is he that bad?" Felix asked, crossing his arms too. Adam opened his eyes, and took a glance at the blonde. Felix was grinning again.

"What's with that look." Adam asked.

"Oh, y'know." Felix gushed, placing his palms on his cheeks, his smile now showing his teeth.

"You're creeping me out, dude." Adam raised an eyebrow.

"You're definitely not boring. With such a boring job, something like you just makes it worth working here." Felix chuckled.

Adam stared at him. With such progress over these 4 weeks, he felt a little better. He had Mark, even this idiot. But what did he do to deserve this? He was a complete jerk to everyone who was close to Ty when they were kids, he even threw a rock at Mitch. Shouldn't he be getting karma?

What did he do to deserve this kind of treatment? How did he deserve Ty? He was such a good kid.

"I don't deserve this." Adam spoke out of the blue, looking down. Felix looked up from his clipboard, then his smile turned into a small one. Adam suddenly felt Felix's hand ruffle up his hair.

"You deserve every chance coming at ya, bro."
