It is a day in Hotlands in the next Timeline, as Sans and Frisk are goofing off a little bit, due to Frisk trying it balance some hotdogs and hotcats into his head, and Sans watches in amusement, as he stares at the scene before him. Of course, he still had not forgotten what had happened to his father, Gaster, as he had been forced to kill him. He knows that he can be resurrected by Sans doing a reset butt, but he still gained EXP From him, and while he did succeed, he cannot get that thought out of his head. At least he did not absorb the consciousness that he had, like he had done to his brother. So that is at least one good thing. But he wonders why he didn't gain the Chroma powers that his father had. Maybe because he needs to increase his LV to the max of 20 in order to use them, or perhaps he had them this whole time, and the EXP just simply increased his stat. Either way, he is very unhappy with how his fight against his own father went out, especially after what he had done to him.

As he was thinking, he heard the sound of a body going down onto the floor, and he looked to see the Hotdogs and Hotcats falling down. He closed his eyes at that, before he than looked down at the ground and saw that Frisk is on the ground. Sans than spoke out.

"Heh, must have been one hell of a fall you did, huh?"

Frisk than looks at Sans and nodded, as he than stood up back from the ground, before Sans than spoke out to Frisk, sounding very serious to him.

"So... About what happened earlier... We gotta stop doing that. You, gotta stop doing that. We can't just... reset timelines like that It might have side-effects on things we don't want to happen. Imagine it as a matter of probabilities. The more we screw around with the timelines...The more are the chances of bad things to happen Things that aren't supposed to be here will appear So keep an eye out for anything that seems...'odd', k?"

Frisk did a thumbs up, as Sans sighed, before he than spoke out.

"Well, since you agree, I'll leave you be for now. But that does not mean that I am going to simply believe you. If I sense a reset than, well...you know what will happen next, especially with before. But,  if you need me, give Paps a ring. I'll be there."

Frisk nodded, although still feeling a little bit sad, because even though Sans may seem like he is on friendly terms with him, the truth is, he still is rather distrustful to Frisk, and sound like he is ready to kill him if he does try and do a Reset, which leads to another genocide run. But Sans does not care, as he than teleports back that Snowdin, and leans against a tree. As he did, Phantom Papyrus than appeared next to Sans, and spoke out.

"WHY WOULD YOU LET HIM OFF LIKE THAT?! YOU KNOW WHAT HE CAN DO, RIGHT?"

Sans looked at the Phantom and spoke out.

"I do know. I am well aware of what he will do, and what he can do. Which is why I have some plans ready. But I can't kill him, because Papyrus, your normal, still-alive self, is friends with him, and I have no idea how we can explain this to him."

Phantom Papyrus side, as he than spoke out.

"I WAS AFRAID YOU SAY THAT. BUT EVEN SO, DO NOT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN, BROTHER, ESPECIALLY WHEN AROUND THAT HUMAN."

Sans than spoke out.

"Don't worry, bro, I don't plan on it. I'll make sure that the kid will regret ever trying to do a RESET to me, behind my goddamn back."

The Phantom Papyrus nodded, as Sans than leaned against the tree, his eye sockets closed, as he felt the breeze of snow against his bones. But as he did, he heard a small-high pitched voice call out to him, aggressively.

"HEY! Smiley trashbag wake up!"

This made Sans eyes snapped shut, as he than looked down, and he saw that Flowey was here, looking up at him with an annoyed expression.

And Sans was not happy, as he spoke out.

"Ah, you. Never thought I would see you again, weed. Well now...What are you doing here?"

Flowey took a deep breath, as he than dropped a bombshell on Sans, of what it is that he is about to hear.

"It's Chara...He's got Frisk."

This made Sans' eyes widened. But that is impossible, that kid had been killed by Sans. But than he remembers, the warning he gave to Frisk, about some side effects that could happen, and not very nice one at all. His right eye and left eye flared red and purple, as he glared down at Flowey, menacingly, and he than spoke to him.

"Why are you even telling me this?"

Flowey than looked to the side, as he than spoke one to Sans.

"Don't get me wrong... I still hate you. But none of us would survive if they get control over the timeline."

Sans' eyes were covered in shadows, but Flowey can tell that he is very, very pissed, at the fact that Chara is back. But Sans smiled, as he whispered to Phantom Papyrus.

"Seems like we get to have even more fun with the kid, huh?"

Phantom Papyrus smiled, his red eyes gleamed with malice, as he spoke out.

"TIME TO MAKE THAT HUMAN SUFFER VERY BADLY."

Sans than raised his head, as his eyes glowed, before he than spoke out.

"Let's go."

He than snapped his fingers, and teleported both himself and Flowey to the True Lab, because that is the only place Chara would being Frisk to for one reason.

When the both of them teleported to the True Lab, there stood Chara, watching the process, as he than turned around and saw both Flowey and Sans, as Chara smiled. He than made black liquid appear around the Extractor, as he than spoke.

"How cute... This will be interesting. We got a comedian, a traitor...and a "megalomaniac"."

Sans smiled cruelly at Chara, as he than spoke out.

"You should not have come back, kid. You have forgotten what I can do to you now. Seems like you need another dose of death."

Sans than clenched his fist, as suddenly, a big trident began to form from his hand, and he points it at Chara.

Chara points his knife, which glows red, and he than fired a red slash at Sans and Flowey. But while Flowey went underground, Sans swung his trident, and did his own slash, as he collided it with Chara's red slash, both fueled by the power of Determination itself.

Flowey than rose up and launched vines at Chara, but Chara quickly slashed with his knife, and cuts through the vines. But Sans appears in front of Chara, and swung his trident just as much and using as fast, and the multiple flashes collided, causing a smoke screen. But Sans appeared into the air, and fired 2 Gaster Blasters at Chara. But Chara did a trick that is new, and one even Sans expected it. Chara had suddenly glitched, turned into inverted colors, and disappears, before the blasters could even hit. He than teleported behind Sans, and tried to slash at him. But Sans used his trident and slashed back, colliding both weapons. He tries to fire purple bones at Chara, only for Chara to teleport out of the way, and tried to use his red slash again. But Sans was ready, and rained down fireballs on top of Chara, sending him down to the ground and hurting him, as the fireballs detonated into smaller ones, causing more pain. Chara than stood back up, a little bit hurt, as Flowey than attacks Chara once more, and this time, fired his Pellets at Chara, who simply slashed at them. But than, all of a sudden, spears came out of nowhere, and tried to stab Chara, only for Chara to move, with only one of the spreads nicking Chara in the face, which he managed to make it disappear. Chara than stood up, and slashed his knife again, but they are suspended into the air, before Chara decides to activate them, and they are sent firing.

Sans reappeared, and Sans nodded, as the Phantom Papyrus came back. Papyrus raised his gloves and made red bones appear, then Sans summoning Undyne's spears, and Flowey summons his Friendliness Pellets. And at their command, they fired it, as Undyne's spears, red bones, and Friendliness Pellets collided and clashed with the red slashes. But then, one of the spears and a few bones came out from the other side, and Chara was able to dodge. But Chara got distracted while doing that, because then, he got stabbed in the stomach. This caught Chara by surprise, but he than looked to see that Sans had took the time to teleport and stab Chara with his trident. Chara began to bleed from the mouth, as Phantom Papyrus and Flowey smiled at the fact that she took major damage. Chara was not happy, though, as he than points his knife at Sans. But Sans teleported out of the way, as the knife fired a slash, destroying the trident, although Sans can still summon another. Chara healed from his wounds, and trained his knife in reverse grip, before slamming it to the ground, and spoke out.

"Welcome to my Special Hell."

Sans, seeing the ground is turning red, teleported himself and Flowey onto a Gaster Blaster. Chara attempted to flee, but Sans than used his powers to make vines, and locked Chara in his position, and he then summoned some more, so that it can ruin Chara's concentration in teleporting, and just in case, Phantom Papyrus, since he won't be harmed by the attack, before Sans deals with the attack that Chara had done. Sans extended his hand into the air, and summoned more, as all of the Gaster Blasters than fired at the ground, keeping both him and Flowey safe.

Sans and Flowey teleported back to the ground, as Phantom Papyrus returned, and they see that Chara is still alive, although a little bit more bloody than before, as he had taken a lot of damage from his own attack. Chara also seems to be getting a tiny bit tired, as sweat is coming down from his face, unable to believe this is difficult. And needless to say, Chara was not happy due to how difficult it is. It seems like Sans has gotten even more powerful than last time. Sans smiled sadistically, as he than spoke out to Chara.

"That expression on your face...that is the expression of someone who did not get the results they wanted. Suffice to say, you look like you are very...unsatisfied with the results you have been given in the fight."

Chara than snarled a little bit, as Sans than spoke out.

"But there is one thing that I would like to know. Why didn't you take me to that machine of yours? I had more Determination then even Frisk. I may not have no control over the timeline, but you could have taken me as well as Frisk, so that your job could have been easier in trying to kill the rest of us, kid."

Chara smiled, as he spoke out.

"Heh...it's simple. It is because of the fact that, I won't be able to get all of it. I'll only get some of the determination that you have, maybe even half of it, but it could never truly drain you of the one that you have. And besides, I want to see your efforts futile, as I see the looks on your face how hopeless your efforts were."

Sans glared, as he summoned his trident and griped it firmly in his hands. He felt very annoyed at the fact that Chara is simply here to make him suffer. Well, at least Sans made Chara suffer. Chara than looked at Flowey, as he than spoke out.

"As for you...This is all your fault... We just had to get 6 souls...but you decided to show them mercy. You betrayed me Asriel! We ended up like this because of you! But I won't show you any mercy. It's kill or be killed after all..."

Flowey glared, as Sans did as well. But Chara smiled, as his eyes glowed even more red.

But as that happened, the DT extractor stopped, as it finished draining Frisk of his Determination, a ball of it now suspends in front of the extractor, with everyone noticing.

Chara than took the chance to try and take it. But Sans summoned purple webs from the fingers of his left hand, and swung Chara into a wall. Sans than goes to the ball as fast as he can and tries to grab it. But Chara than used his knife to make a wall of his own made of determination, as Sans is denied access to it. Not wanting to have Chara take it, he than let's Phantom Papyrus take over Sans' turn and began to attack Chara. 

Chara tried to swing his knife and slash Papyrus, but since it is a phantom and is not truly existing, or maybe it is, but it is simply a ghost of the previous Papyrus, Phantom Papyrus could not be harmed in anyway, as he than fired red bones at Chara, who tried to block and dodged them. But Papyrus than fired his head at Chara, and sends him crashing into a wall. But Chara refuses to bring down the wall, and instead, began to detonate it. Sans, not wanting to get hit, got out of the way. But as he did. He than remembered that Frisk is inside of the extractor. So he than summoned some vines, and forcefully opened it, and Frisk came out. But Sans caught Frisk in the purple strings, and reeled him back up, as he than held him, before he focused his power and was able to teleport him back to his house, in the basement. As Sans looked, Papyrus was now sent out of the way, as Chara than was able to get in close to the Determination. But Sans, not wanting this to happen, immediately went in front of Chara, and attacked him very fast. He swung his Trident and pushed him back, as he than charged forward and tried to slam the trident into Chara's face, only for Chara to get out of the way, as Sans than fired Gaster Blasters at Chara, and forced him to move out of the way a number of times, as the lasers almost hit him. But Sans is determined to make sure that he does not get the chance to try and grab the orb. He than summoned sharp purple bones in the air, and rained them down on top of Chara, moved out of the way as fast as he can.

But Chara was able to get the upper hand, and she then began to slice the bones that are coming to him, before he than teleported back to the position that Sans was at, as he than began to try and slice him with his True Knife. But Sans was able to dodge and block the attacks, he than swung his now Purple Trident, which made a purple slash, while Chara did a red slash from his True Knife, and the 2 attacks collided, causing a massive explosion, and forced each other back. But Chara was not done, as he than tried to stab Sans, only for Sans to raise a purple bone wall, which the True Knife lodged itself in. But unfortunately for Sans, Chara was able to free his knife quickly, as Sans than fired more Tridents down from the sky, as Chara is forced to try and avoid them as much as he can. And since Chara can't destroy them as easily as the other, due to it being Sans' most powerful melee weapons, he is forced to parry and deflect the tridents, before he than turned around, and noticed that he is near the position of the Determination Orb. Stopping for a little bit, Chara than turns around, and began to rush back to the DT orb in order to gain the power he needed in order to control the entire timeline. But Flowey noticed this, as he than summoned a vine to stop him, as he than latched it around Chara's right arm. And than, all of a sudden, the Phantom Papyrus also latched onto it as he held back Chara as much as he can, and Sans used his Purple Webs that he got from Muffet in order to restrict them from moving. Because of this, Flowey than spoke out to Sans.

"Now!! Get the Determination!!!"

Sans nodded, as he than ran as fast as he can, as he than extended another purple web, in order to grab onto to. But Chara, not wanting to lose the chance, switched hands with the one that holds the knife, and before everyone knew it, Chara had amputated his own arm off. And Sans, he got so close to getting it, so close in order to take the orb to prevent Chara from using it, but unfortunately for Sans, the purple strings weren't able to get to it. In fact, Chara got it first, and a powerful shockwave took place, as Sans and Flowey looked in horror, as Sans spoke out.

"Not again."

Sans than looks and sees that Chara was about to notice them. But not wanting Chara to save, Sans than did one last thing. Seeing a SAVE Star, he than used a purple bone to shatter it, before he teleports himself and Flowey out of here, as Chara than looked around, a new black arm was being made, and spoke out.

"You can run, Sans...but you cannot stop me."

He than went to the Menu, and he began to see a button. It is the True Reset button, as Chara spoke out.

"You've irritated me for the last time, Sans, and now, I will take what I want. No more playing games. Now I want you out of the way."

Chara than attempted to press the TRUE RESET Button, but then, all of a sudden, a purple bone came out of nowhere, and stabbed it and Chara's hand, damaging the button, which made Chara even more shocked.

"What?"

"I don't think so, kid."

This made Chara shocked, before looking up, and saw that Sans is inside the Menu.

"H-How did you..."

Sans smiled, as he spoke out.

"Let's say, I gained enough Determination to enter this place. I cannot reset, it I can damage it. And now...I realized something. Since you came back, I can use this bug, to my advantage. In order to bring someone that I know of back. And when he does come back, it will be your end."

And than, Sans had disappeared, back to the Underground.
