Anyways, the contestants had to describe a "perfect" leader for a nation in their head. Granted, there won't be a perfect leader, but it's still the challenge nonetheless.

I gave them two days to do it, but everyone waited until the last day.

I cry everytime ;-;

Salix sent her entry first, just a few hours before the deadline. Blue sent his next. Ana, who was supposed to send her entry 10 minutes before the deadline, sent hers 30 minutes before the deadline.

Jessica was the one who sent an entry in less 10 minutes of the challenge.

I'm not gonna go back and paste everything the contestants did, but I'll place the winning entry here.

Here's the winning entry of the challenge:

"In my eyes I would like to see. Female Democratic Leader.My ideal leader would be like my mum.She was a nurse who nurtured and took care of people but outside of work she was still a warrior and superhero in my eyes.I was only 7 years old when mum died but she inspired me to be the best person I could be and if she was alive I think she would be an amazing leader.

The reason why i think the perfect leader be a woman because she is the natural nurturer of a family but also is the one who gives life to us.So this is a natural progression into the role.She knows how to organise a family,juggle and balance everything.

My place of birth is Auckland,New Zealand.It is in my blood to be Democtatic.Women around the world were given the right to vote from a lady called Kate Shepherd.She was the first woman in the world to vote in 1893.This inspires me because a vote is a voice for the people.

Healthcare is major priority for any country.I know that money is owed to the World Bank and countries are in debt.If you look at countries like Norway and who has no debt to the World Bank I would like the perfect leader not to worry about the debt but actually worry about the people.Healthcare is paramount.So I would like people to be able to see doctors for free or at a small cost and the leader can do this by taxation.The gap between rich and poor is getting bigger so in order to subsidise healthcare they can charge the rich a higher taxing bracket in order to help the poor meet their obligations and getting better healthcare and subsidies.Taxation will also be helping with education.The perfect leader should be able to give free education then once these people get educated they can give back to society by paying higher taxes as they would finally be in a job and can help the government paying that higher tax rate to free education for others trying to make it.

My perfect leader would wear clothes that were not produced in a Asian based factory of slaved labour because the democratic leaders believes in fairness to the environment and people she would also use recycled materials to make her suits and dresses.

My perfect leader will also have a relationship with the environment.Global warming is high on the agenda and a push to work with other leaders in the world to use better resources in helping to people safe on small atolls and even take people in from these atolls from the rising sea levels and speaking of taking people in my leader will take in people from countries that have war and are not safe in their country.

The way politics is run will kit be FPP first past the post where the party with most votes wins,it will use the MMP system where it is Mixed Member Proportionate where assigned seats are for different parties so to make government there will be more parties coming together to form a government so it becomes more if a balance where parties can keep each other in check.

Finally the big issues I feel that my perfect leader will look at are equality through work conditions for all genders, gender equality through marriage and also sexuality,better opportunities for the poor to lessen the gap between rich and poor,free education,free to small fees for healthcare and also the environment.When all of this is discussed I believe a push forward in the right direction.

An amalgamation of a perfect leader would be the steel and the strength and liberty of the Statue of Liberty, the brains and education of Michelle Obama,the voice for the young and old of Christina Aguilera,the culture and tower of Heidi Klum,the light and being herself of Ellen DeGeneres and finally but not least the Boldness and Independence of Beyonce.This who my perfect leader would be."
