i was thinking of a way to get into daeho's house without getting caught. it was already midnight and hoshi and minghao were already asleep on each side of my shoulders. i was in between both of them, being hugged. i couldn't move a single bit, feeling that they would wake up. i sighed as i closed my eyes to think, soon enough, i drifted off in dreamland.

the next day came and i saw that minghao and hoshi weren't beside me. i bathed and put on some casual clothes. it was saturday, which means there was no school. i went downstairs and saw minghao and hoshi eating breakfast. mum left a note on the fridge that she will be overseas for a month because of her job. minghao and hoshi would stay here with me. great, just great.

"ooo~ bacon and eggs ! save some for me !" i shouted at them. they looked at my startled and hoshi nearly fell off his seat. he glared at me and i just smile. "here" minghao passed me a plate with bacon and eggs. 

"guys, wanna hang out today ?" hoshi asked while chewing on his eggs. 

"sounds good to me" i said as minghao nodded his head in agreement. 

suddenly, someone hugged me from behind. i looked behind me to see chenle. 

"lele ? what are you doing here ? and where are the rest ?" i asked. 

"the others told me to get you. they want you to go into their secret hideout on earth" chenle explained.

"wait ? only (y/n) ?" minghao asked. 

"what the hell are you talking about ? and how come he's here ?" hoshi pointed looking confused. 

"well, the others told me to get (y/n) so she could go to our secret hideout. i think it's best if only (y/n) goes. sorry" chenle told the others. 

i looked at hoshi and begged him for me to go as we already agreed on hanging out together. he gave in nodded. before i left, i told minghao and hoshi to hang out with daeho for a while and find out what he is trying to hide. we went out of the house and chenle glitched me to their secret hideout. it was very dark, no lights. i couldn't see anything. chenle was leading me somewhere and as we got closer, we saw a beam of light shine through. we went in a room and i saw 17 people sitting on the floor, discussing to each other about something. as i walked in with chenle, they all turned their attention me. they stopped talking and suddenly, haechan came running up to me. jaemin looked pissed and he looked away. 

"(Y/N) !!" he shouted loudly to me, even if i was only a few steps away from him. he hugged me so tightly that i couldn't breathe properly. "haechan-ssi, put me down or you will never see this girl alive" i said. he instantly let go and i put my hand on my chest. seriously, this guy.

"so, you are (y/n) ? nice to meet you. i am taeyong" he said, giving me a cute smile. 

"annyeong, i'm johnny and this is taeil, ten, jeahyun, winwin, lucas, doyoung, yuta, kun, and jungwoo" johnny said as he pointed to them. 

i was quite surprised that ten was with them and he is actually a glitcher.

"ah, okay. annyeong i am yoon (y/n). nice to meet you. hope we get along well" i said as i gave them a friendly smile. 

"so, you've already met the maknaes ?" taeyong asked. i nodded my head. 

"we asked you to come here because we know you know daeho. he's been trying to find us and our people and if he finds out about our world, we will be in danger. all the other glitchers in the other universe will die if they don't escape. we need to save them and we need your help. we need you to stop daeho from doing this. he's killing lives" doyoung said seriously. 

"i...i don't know. i can't find out what he is hiding from me. i really want to help but i need to-" i was cut off by my phone ringing. i saw the caller ID and i saw it was daeho who was calling me. i looked up to all 18 of them and answered the call. i told them to be quiet. 

"(y/n) annyeong ! are you free today ? hoshi and minghao wanted to go out with me but i wanted to meet you. i need to show you something....something you can never tell anyone" daeho said. i put the call on speaker and everyone crowded around me.

"daeho-ah, sorry i can't make it. i'm outside right now. what do yo want to show me ? you can describe it to me now" i said to him. 

"well, you know jaemin is a glitcher right ? i made a device that can suck all the glitchers into another universe !!" he said to me. 

"w-what ? you want to suck all the glitchers into another universe ? daeho, that's wrong. they are still people. yeah i know you saw your father died apparently because of jaemin, but it doesn't mean you have to kill his own kind. it's wrong" i said seriously. 

"but (y/n), don't you know they are ruining people's lives ? oppa is worried about you (y/n)" daeho said cutely.

"o-oppa ? daeho, i don't call you oppa. i never seen a glitcher ruin people's lives. they are just trying to defend themselves" 

jaemin was about to say something but i cover his mouth. jaemin looked at me and his cheeks were faintly red. 

"(y/n), listen. we aren't cousins. i'm your friend and...i like you. i really like you. more than just friends. my parents were just your parents friends and they always hang out together, so you just thought we are cousins. i didn't tell you because my parents didn't want you to find out. they are okay with me dating you. please give me a chance" daeho said. i was speechless, my hand slipped from jaemins mouth. i couldn't say a word. i was shocked. i built up my courage and talked to him.

"y-you l-like me ? daeho i'm sorry, i like someone else right now. i'm sorry daeho-ah. you deserve someone better than me" i said. 

" who do you like ? how old is he ?" daeho asked. i looked down and the only person i could think of, was the one and only na jaemin. daeho-ah, i like jaemin.
