there. i confessed to him. I've been wanting to get that off my chest for so long. even though he rejects me , i will still support him no matter what. his mouth was still gaped, shocked and speechless at what i had just said. i waited for him to reply but he didn't say anything. i just smiled and let out a sigh. i looked into the distance when he suddenly pulled me in his embrace and rested his head on top of mine.

"do you know how long I've been wanting you to say that ? i always felt pissed when some guy comes near you and i always wanted to say you're mine and only mine...wasn't it obvious ? everytime i look at you with some random guy , i just want to steal you away. i like you too , you know ?" jaemin told me. i looked up to him shocked. he likes me too ? oh i could scream right now.

"y-yah, that sounds cheesy" i said while pulling away from his embrace. i felt my cheeks burning. "well, we should at least keep this a secret. i mean, minghao is my "boyfriend" so, I'm sorry nana" i said while pouting. he just chuckled and ruffled my hair. we continued our journey to the arcade and it was nice being with him again. i didn't expect him to like me back but i was really happy. in fact, i was beyond happy.

we finished playing at the arcade and we went back to my house. minghao and hoshi weren't home yet so we had the whole house to ourselves. i was making ramen when someone suddenly back hugged me. and of course it was jaemin. my stomach had butterflies and my cheeks were red. he rested his head on mine while i kept boiling the water.

"y-yah, what a-are you d-doing ??" i asked him nervously. wow (y/n), why are you stuttering you pabo...

"why can't i back hug you ?? i mean, we did find out we like each other so I'm allowed to do this , right ?" he asked and i nodded my head.

"well, we should keep it lowkey and I'll tell minghao and hoshi" i said to him.

jaemin and i were playing a game when minghao and hoshi came back. "hey, why'd you come home late ? it's already 10pm" i asked them. "the movie was delayed so we watched it at night oh and hi jaemin" minghao said. jaemin just waved to him.

"hey, do you mind if i sleep here tonight ?" jaemin asked. we all just nodded our head. jaemin then went to the kitchen. this is my chance to tell them..

"hoshi, minghao. i need to tell you something" i said to them and they came closer. i took a deep breath. "i confessed to jaemin and he likes me too" i said and hoshi's eyes widened. so he actually has eyes. minghao looked shocked but he smiled lopsidedly.

"OH SHIT REALLY !!! AHHHH I DON'T KNOW WHO TO SHIP NOW !!!" hoshi said while screaming and jumping. minghao just chuckled and he turned to me. "wait , even though you like each other , we still need to be a couple ??" minghao asked. i sighed and i just nodded my head. jaemin came back with sandwich in his hand and he sat down next to me.

hoshi squealed. minghao, jaemin and i gave him the 'wtf' look. "ahhhh jaemin-ah !! take care of my daughter !!! don't you dare break her heart or i will-"

"shut up hoshi. we aren't even together yet. geez and why the fuck am i your daughter ?" i asked him. he just rolled his eyes. "yah, jaemin, take care of her okay ?" minghao said while patting his back. jaemin just nodded. "guys, we aren't together yet for fucks sake !!" i said to them annoyed, but we laughed it off in the end.

it was evening and we all went out to eat. of course, jaemin was in his human form. we were all walking until someone bumped into me. i looked behind and i saw daeho with jihoon. oh god why...even jaemin won't have time to glitch away... jihoon smiled to me but he shifted his gaze to jaemin. daeho did the same thing but daeho looked scared.

"j-jaemin ? (y/n) , minghao , hoshi stay behind me now !!" daeho said while pulling my wrist. i manage to escape his grip.

"what are you doing ?!" i shouted to daeho. "stau behind me now ! j-jaemin is a glitcher !! he is dangerous (y/n)" daeho said seriously. i pulled jaemin behind me.

"no daeho-ah. he isn't dangerous. he is a human. he doesn't harm me. he doesn't scare me. he's my friend" i said to daeho. hoshi and minghao stood by me. "let's just trust her. i mean, this jaemin guy does look like a real human" jihoon defended me. honestly, i would be lying if i wasn't thankful he believed me.

"okay , fine. i believe you. but if he is pretending , then i know what to do" daeho said following a sigh. then , we bid our goodbyes and parted ways. i was relieved.

we spent the night at a convenient store because it turned out no one brought money except me. "yah , it's getting late. we should go home" i said to them. we then headed off.

"(y/n)-ah , thanks just now. if it wasn't for you , I'd be dead" jaemin said to me. "yeah , sure. i mean , i couldn't let him do that to you. i don't want him to hurt you or find out about nct" i said worriedly.

"thank you. wait , tomorrow do i have to be with jae eun ?" jaemin asked us.

"you can , or you can be with us" hoshi said while smiling. "we'll see"

"yah, minghao ppali !! we are going to be late !" i shouted to minghao who was still getting ready. me , jaemin and hoshi were all waiting for him and we will be late for school.

"you guys go first. i'll wait for him" i said to them. they nodded and went first. after a few minutes , minghao came downstairs. "slow" i said to him and rolled my eyes.

"come on, we'll be late" minghao said and chuckled. since we didn't have a car , we had to run. he basically took my hand and we ran to school.

a few minutes later , we arrived in school. at least we're 5 minutes early. everyone was looking at us because we were holding hands but it didn't really matter. once we arrived in school we went to our seats. later on , people were whispering and giving me looks. i looked to minghao and he was confused. i looked to jihoon and he seemed to be confused too. what's happening ? does this involve jihoon and minghao too ??
