Chapter 29

Chapter 29

Why didn’t he delete the post?

Does he want to show her that he’s still into her and he was just using me in order for Rhiana to suffer because of what she did?

I glided my body off him because of annoyance but he was oblivious because of his deep sleep.

Far from him, I scrolled down more to hurt the shit out of me.

And shit. It’s a photo of her. Lots of photo of her. Some are stolen and some are not. They were in different countries, cities and places.

What do I expect? They were together for 3 years.

But it’s already past. I should not be jealous right?

I heaved a sighed and decided to exit his phone to look at his gallery.

Recents were a photo of me. 22 of them are stolen photos of me.

But 100 of them were photos of her.

Shit.

His phone rang and Rhiana’s name popped. And because I’m mad, I answered the call.

“Babe. You’re not drunk, right? You answered the call because you want it, right?”

I felt a pang after hearing what she said.

Does he always call her when he’s drunk?

She sighed on the line.

“I know you’re not going to say anything but still, thank you for always listening. I’m so sorry. It was just one night and one mistake. I was drunk that time so I mistaken you as him. I really love you, babe. I know you still have feeling for me because if you don’t, you should’ve blocked me or at least changed the password in your unit.”

Another punch in my heart, it was as if it's beating it to death.

Right. . . why didn’t he delete her photos in his gallery? Why would the memory of her still on his Instagram?

“If you’re using Alessia to hurt me then yes, I’m hurt and in pain. Please come back to me.”

I bit my lower lip.

“Babe?”

“He’s in his sleep.” I finally uttered.

“What?! Alessia?” Her tone suddenly changed.

I ended the call and stood. I went near the night stand and put his phone there. I wore my undergarments back and sighed before wearing his long sleeve.

And because I’m in pain. I decided to go downstairs. I don’t want to sleep with him.

I sighed after seeing the sofa and its head.

Shit.

Immediately, I entered my room and decided to sleep on bed even if I’m not comfortable without his presence.

“Alessia?” His shout that made me woke.

I didn’t even notice that I fell asleep.

Still, I closed my eyes.

The door of my room opened.

“Oh. My baby’s just here.” He uttered lowly.

Shit that baby. Shit you.

I felt his presence near me but I pretended to be asleep.

He kissed my forehead and I felt him lying beside me as the bed sqeak at his weight. My back is in his front so I opened my eyes knowing he won’t see me.

His phone rang.

He groaned and yawned.

“What?” He answered with his tired voice.

I know that’s Rhiana.

“I have a work tomorrow.”

He sighed.

“Stop crying, Rhiana. That won’t help you.”

I felt him rose so I shut my eyes again.

“What?! What are you doing in the roof?! Don’t tell me you’re planning on doing stupid things?!” He sighed loud and now he’s off the bed. “I’ll go there. Don’t end the call.”

And I heard the sound of the door, closing.

I squeezed my eyes and tried my best to sleep even though I was hurting on the inside.

I don’t even know how many minutes or hours I did that but still, I didn't get to sleep.

I sighed and stood. I looked at the wall clock on the wall and it’s already 3 in the morning.

I sighed and with a heavy feeling, I stood and went outside.

He’s still not home.

I walkedI my way towards the kitchen and grabbed my phone. Without any seconds of thinking, I called him.

3 rang and he answered the call.

“Gray—”

“Hello?” It was a voice of a girl.

Rhiana’s voice.

I gulped the lump in my throat.

“Where’s my boyfriend?”

“He’s sleeping on my bed.” She answered as if it’s not a big deal.

Before I could even burst, I ended the call.

I did the calm breathing to calm the shit out of me.

Each minute that passed by seems so heavy. Looking at the wall clock, 4 in the morning, still, no presence of him was found.

My stomach grumbled. I didn’t even get to eat dinner yesterday, so I decided to cook for myself.

In the middle of frying an egg, the door clanked, but I didn’t turned to his direction.

“Oh. You’re already awake?”

I didn’t respond and acted as if I didn’t hear anything.

“What are you cooking?” He hugged me from behind.

“Where have you been?” I asked in monotone.

“Just a friend.”

Liar.

I removed his hands off me but he put it back.

“You look good with my cloths.” His tone was sweet.

I mentally rolled my eyes.

“Let go. I’ll change.” My voice was cold.

“Are you mad?” His voice was confused.

“Let go.” I said coldly.

He sighed and let me go so I passed by him. I hoofed my way towards the sofa and grabbed my clothes while his eyes were just staring at my every move.

“Why are you mad? Did I do—” his phone rang.

I stopped stepping and looked at him.

“Rhiana?” He answered the call.

I went inside my room and banged the door as loud as I could.

Seconds later, he knocked the door but I locked it.

“Hey. . .” He called.

I didn’t respond.

“Uhm. I ended the call.”

Still, quiet.

“You. . . jealous?” He trailed off.

I scoffed.

“Why would I?” I asked back.

“You’re mad. Why are you mad?”

“Do I look like I’m mad? I just closed the door. What’s wrong with that?” I rolled my eyes.

I am mad. Shit.

“Oh okay. Let’s have breakfast together. My shift’s at 6 and it’s still 4.”

“Go eat your breakfast with your ex.” I murmured.

“I heard that.”

I didn’t respond.

“You’re mad because Rhiana called?” His voice was soft.

Not just that.

“Okay, my baby. I won’t answer her call. Open the door please?”

“Block her.”

He sighed.

“Okay, my baby.”

I opened the door so he showed me his phone. It was a proof that he blocked her.

Still, my brows were furrowed.

“Still mad?”

I didn’t respond.

He sighed in relief. He must’ve think that I’m not mad anymore but truth is, I’m still am.

Didn’t he said that silence means yes? Why is he relieved? I’m still mad!

“My baby’s just jealous, huh? You’re cute when you’re jealous by the way.” He pinched my cheek and chuckled.

I glared at him.

But he shrugged it off and hugged me.

“I’m tired.” He uttered.

“It’s your fault. You slept with your ex.” My voice was full of resentment.

“What?” He’s shock.

I pushed him away and gave him a glare.

“I didn’t sleep with her!” He defended.

I scoffed.

“Really? After tasting me you went to your ex because she’s better than bed. Is that so?” I uttered with full of disbelief.

“Wow. Do you think of me as that kind of man?” He’s now irritated.

“What? Now you’re the one who’s mad?” I hissed.

“How am I not supposed to be mad if you think of me as a man like that.” He shook his head in disappointment.

“You are. Right?” I uttered without thinking.

“What?” He huffed incredulously.

Instead of disputing to this useful fight, I left him alone there.

“Are you going out with that clothes?” His voice was restraining.

I didn’t respond nor did I stop to listen to his words.

I was about to open the door but he immediately locked it back from behind.

“Talk to me.”

Still, quiet. I opened the door but he locked it again. His arms were restraining the door from opening and I can even see his veins from his forearm.

“Go to work. I’ll go back to Andra.” I said without any hint of emotion.

“Tell me. Why are you mad?”

“You’re the one who’s mad.” I said back.

He sighed.

“Don’t you trust me?”

I scoffed and faced him.

“Why would I trust you if the photos of her is still on your gallery? Why would I trust you if your memories with her is still on your Instagram posts? Why would I trust you if you said you’re gonna ma—”

His lips shut mine.

If this was a normal day, probably I would’ve kissed him back.

But unfortunately, it’s not. So I pushed him off me.

“You won’t get me with a kiss.” I hissed and turned my back on him.

I was about to open the door but he hugged me from behind, so tight.

“Is that so? Hmm?” He kissed my cheeks.

I scoffed.

“Let go.”

But instead of letting go. He gave me his phone.

“Delete what you want to delete.”

“Why would I delete it when you didn’t even delete it?”

“I was too busy with work so I didn’t get to check my recent posts or the photos on my gallery.”

“I don’t want to.” I gave him his phone back.

Instead of letting me go, both his hands in front of me unlocked his phone and pressed the Gallery. I became quiet and watched every point of his finger on the screen.

Deleting 150 photos. . .

After successfully deleting the photos of her, he went to the Instagram and deleted every posts related to her.

“You should’ve told me sooner.” He gave me his phone.

With mouth shut and placidity mind, I bit my lower lip and accepted his phone.

He made me face him.

“Are you still mad?”

Slowly, I shook my head.

He sighed in relief.

“So you are jealous.” He concluded.

“Who wouldn’t? You said you’re gonna ma—”

His lips again shut mine.

And because I’m not mad anymore, I let him kiss me.

“I’m gonna punish you for not trusting me.” He paused when his kisses went up to my ears. “On bed.” He whispered.

Punish me then.

“Shit, Grayson!” I moaned loud when I felt my third release.

He thrust once more, deeply into my core until he released his liquid along mine.

Both panting, he lied beside me on bed. Inside my room.

“If only I have no work, probably I’ll be doing this until sunrise.”

“What a great punishment.” I laughed, still catching for breath.

“Great, huh?” He sucked my neck and went on top of me for another punishment of saying it’s great.

And for the fifth time, we both reached our ecstasy.

Panting, I looked at the wall clock.

“It’s 5:35 already! Almost 6! Go change!” I spanked his arms after realizing that we’ve been doing this for more than an hour.

He laughed and immediately stood to put his pants back.

“Such a great breakfast.” He teased and gazed my naked body from top to bottom.

I glared at him and threw a pillow on his face.

“I’m already sore!”

“Yes you are. So trust me if you don’t want to be sore.” He winked before hoofing out of my room to take a shower.

Hmm. Being sore is not that bad. Should I trust him?

I rose from lying and winced after feeling the pain in between my thighs.

I guess being sore is bad. Shit. It hurts. Ugh. Women always suffer after sex.

I really wish Grayson will be my first and last. I would definitely regret giving in if we end up breaking-up. Because shit. It really hurts like hell so he deserves to marry me because I gave him my virginity!

Even though it still hurts, I stood and grabbed my clothes on the floor to dress back.

Now, I’m limping while heading towards outside.

“You should’ve rested.” He uttered after seeing my state.

I looked at his direction, he’s on the stair, hair was wet and he’s in his work attire. I’m supposed to be mad at him but shit, he looks hot.

Immediately, he ran towards me to support me so I glared at him.

“It’s your fault!”

He laughed.

“So. . . Is my punishment great?” He teased.

“A lil.” I shrugged.

His forehead knotted. He was about to utter a word when his phone rang.

My eyebrows went up along with my suspicion and he must’ve noticed it so he showed me the caller.

Ugly barbie is calling you.

Ugly barbie?

He answered the call.

“I’m going, Lia.”

Oh. It’s Lia.

He played with my hair using his fingers while he’s listening to the call. But his fingers went down to my neck that I didn’t buttoned.

“Actually, you called just in time. I was about to punish someone again.” He smirked at me.

I went beside him and tip toed to hear Lia’s voice. If it’s really Lia.

So he crouched a little in order for my ears to reach his phone.

“Alessia, huh? Just by your tone, I know you’re with your girlfriend.” It was indeed Lia on the line.

“You know me well.”

“Stop flirting with her and go to work, Mr. Grayson. If you stay more in there, you’ll probably make her one of your patients. You know? There’s a huge possibility that she won’t be able to walk tomorrow morning.” She laughed.

I removed my ears off his phone because of her vulgar words that made me blush.

“You’re right. I’ll go now.” He kissed my forehead. “Eat breakfast.” He whispered and kissed the side of my neck before walking out.

And because I’m tired and sore. I decided to take a nap first on my bed before eating breakfast.

“Knock. Knock.” Voice of a woman that made me wake up.

It’s Rhiana’s voice so I didn’t give a damn shit about her presence.

“Hey, bitch. Wake up.”

Shit. Should’ve told Grayson to change his passcode.

I rose up even when I’m still tired.

“You’re the one who told Grayson to block me, aren’t you?”

“Ask Grayson yourself.” My voice was lazy.

“You bitch. Are you that threatened of me?” Her face was etched with annoyance.

“Sluts are the one whose girlfriends should be threatened for their boyfriend. Ask yourself. Are you a slut for me to be threatened of?” I asked back.

She scoffed.

“Are you saying that you’re threatened of me because I’m a slut?!”

I shrugged.

“You’re the one who admitted it. Not me.”

Her face seems so annoyed but still, she didn’t budge, instead, she grabbed her phone inside of her purse and pressed something on it then she put it on her ears.

I stood and stretched my arms for a morning stretch before hoofing out.

“Hey babe. Thank god you answered me using your another phone and number.”

I stopped after hearing what she said.

No way. She’s not talking to Grayson right?

“Stop calling me babe. What is it?” It was Grayson's voice, she turned the loudspeaker on.

He has another phone?

Then suddenly, the day of his birthday popped. The day where he cursed me because he didn’t know that I was the one who called him.

Is that why he didn’t recognized the number of the teleconference because he’s using another phone that time?

I’m sure. I’m really sure that he got the number of the teleconference on his phone because he was able to call me using it.

And I’m pretty sure that only few people know his second number. Is that why he cursed? Because he thought of me as someone who knew the number of his another phone?

I tried to remember how I managed to call him using his second phone and I remember he left a number on the desk. Did he perhaps mistakenly shuffled the number he wrote in the note that time?

“Babe. Why did you block me?”

“Because my girlfriend wants it. If you’re gonna talk about things like that. I’ll hung up.”

“Didn’t you tell her that you got another phone?”

I faced her who’s now smirking at me.

He was quiet on the line.

“Oh right. You’re hiding a lot of secrets on that phone. Yeah, I remember all your secrets on that device.”

“Rhiana. . .” He warned.

“Remember why you knew her name? Whole name, background and everything about her, right? We planned it and I wish you won’t break our plan.”

My fist clenched.

“That we are gonna. . .” She paused for a while and stepped near me.

I gave her my stoic look even when my heart was thumping and racing due to nervousness and unnecessary unwanted thoughts.

“Get revenge in behalf of our past secrets.” She added and smirked.
