Pune.. Malhotra's..

It's night ..and one impatient soul was walking to and fro in the room ..looking constantly at the phone in his hand..

Manik : "yeh Nandini bhi na..maine call nhi kiya toh khud bhi call nahi karegi..".. He sighed looking at the phone just when Cabir knocked on his door and he looked straight..

Cabir : " andar aane ki permission hai? ".. He asked with a mischievous smile and Manik nodded in yes with a broad smile..

And Cabir entered inside the room..and sat down on the bed comfortably..

Cabir : " so bro what's up?".. He said mimicking Manik which brought a peaceful and real smile on Manik's face..

Manik : "tu kab sudhrega?".. He asked with a smile..

Cabir : " kabhi nhi..".. He answered very casually and both giggled..

Manik again started looking at his cell phone and this made Cabir look at him suspiciously..

Cabir : "kya hua all okay?..".. He asked at first and Manik smiled ..

Cabir : " Nandini! Right?".. He asked and Manik nodded in yes..

Cabir : "jhagra hua?".. He asked and Manik nodded in no.. " then?".. He again asked..

Manik : "whole day passed by..she didn't called me for once..".. He complained while looking in his mobile..Cabir chuckled ..

Cabir : " bro..agar usne call nahi kiya toh tune bhi nahi kiya?".. He asked after wrapping his hands around Manik's shoulder..

Manik : "nahi..but use Karna chahiye tha na..".. He complained like a typical boyfriend.. Which made Cabir laugh loudly..

Cabir : " I can't believe the man who is the most dangerous gangster of underworld is cribbing like a small baby..".. He said while laughing and Manik yanked off his hand and gave a deadly glare to him..

Cabir : "okay! Okay! Don't look at me like that..I won't say anything.. But I think instead of complaining it will be better if you made a call to her..".. He told him and Manik nodded..

And then after bidding good night to his lovable brother..Cabir left from the room..while singing intehan ho gayi..intezaar ki..aayi na kuch khabar..tere yaar ki.. He intentionally singing loud and Manik laughed at his dramatic behavior...

Manik then went on his window..and made a call to his angel..who didn't come up all day ..she answered after loads of rings..

Nandini : " hello!".. She was sounding like she had laughed a lot..and her voice seems like she didn't saw the caller id before answering the call..

Manik : "seems like none is missing me ..".. He said after listening her..she smiled broadly..

Nandini : " why would I miss anyone?".. She answered with a smirk..and he smiled as he knows if he is smart then she is smartest..

Manik : "why won't you? Give reason?".. He too act like a stubborn kid..

Nandini : "from school days only..I hate Give reasons type questions..".. She answered cleverly and he chuckled silently while she was having a mischievous smirk on her face..

Manik : " you always makes me speechless...like I can't even think of arguing with you..".. He finally rest his case and she giggled..

Nandini : "but Still you try to find 1000 ways to argue with me ..".. She answered and soon both burst into laughter..

Manik : " god! I missed your laughing sound a lot...it's my favorite music you know..".. He said with a peaceful smile and went towards his bed..

Nandini : "and I was missing your peaceful smile ..which is on your face right now..".. She said as she knows him in and out..

Both laid on the bed..with phone near their ears..and started conversing..

Manik : " but when you answered the call..what were you doing?".. He asked after grabbing the pillow from beside and placed it above his chest..

Nandini : "are woh Shree na..she is crazy.. She was irritating me..".. She told after sleeping on her tummy and placed her head on the pillow..

Manik : " acha..that means Shreya is keeping good care of my angel..".. He said with a smile ...

Nandini : "no..she isn't taking care of your angel..but she is taking care of her soulie..".. She answered being a possessive friend.. And Manik chuckled.

Then don't know when both dozes off with the phone near their ears and and a content smile on their faces..they hugged the pillow assuming it to be each other..

Morning..Mumbai..Murthy's..

Everyone was doing their breakfast ..talking with each other..while Nandini was silently eating her food ..Shreya and Rishab noticed as she was sitting in mid of them..

But before he could say anything to her..they hear a familiar voice and all turned towards the main door ..

A handsome boy with a good height..a charming smile on his face..standing there ..and Rishab stood up..

" Aryaman!" He exclaimed in joyous tone looking at his best friend..

Aryaman : "bro!".. He said in equal enthusiastic voice and walked straight to Rishab while Nandini and Shreya too stood up and walked a little towards them..

Rishab and Aryaman shared a brotherly hug ..

Rishab : " after 1 long year you are showing your face..".. He complained after breaking the hug like any true friend..

Aryaman : "sorry Rishab..but you know na my profession ..".. He told him with a little disappointing tone..

Rishab : " oh yes! IAS ARYAMAN KHURANA .."... He answered while emphasizing the word IAS ..

(IAS stands for Indian administrative services..)

Aryaman : "but for you am only ARYAMAN.. that's it..".. He answered and both chuckled a little..

His eyes then fall on Shreya and Nandini..who were looking at him with a smile..he walked towards them..

Aryaman : " Bhabhi Ji namaste!" .. He greeted Shreya in a totally dramatic tone on which Rishab Nandini chuckled..and Shreya slapped on his shoulder..

Shreya : "shut up Aryaman..".. He sighed while blushing a little..and Nandini side hug her..

Nandini : " don't irritate my friend Aryaman.. "..she dangerously said to him..and he act like he got scared..

Aryaman : " Murthy! .. Am always scared of your looks..so don't..".. He joked and she knows..soon they both hugged each other as they share a great friendly bond since childhood although Aryaman is Rishab's bff ..but still he is friends with Shreya and Nandini as well...

After sometime..

Rudra Pratap Murthy and Sakshi Murthy excused themselves as they have some other works to do..

..Aryaman Nandini talking and laughing ..while Shreya Rishab were sitting in front of them ..both were talking about something when Rishab's eyes fell on the smiling and glowing face of Nandini..she seems to be very happy with him..

Rishab : "gudiya smile karti Hui kitni achi lagti hai na..".. He said looking straight to Nandini who was laughing with Aryaman..

Shreya : " Han..her smile is the most beautiful one.."..she too answered while looking at her..

Pune ..Malhotra's ..

Manik was coming downstairs while talking on the phone..

"That's good ..they signed the deals.. No! Don't open up much..I know how to handle all this.. Yes! Make sure everything get clear up till evening.." ..he instructing on the call..and just then his eyes fell on the lady coming inside the house..

"I'll call later..".. He then hung up the call.. And walked straight to the lady..

Manik : " Mom " ..he called her and the lady was none other than Nyonika Malhotra ..

He after reaching to her..bent down and touched her feet..she without giving any heed to his gesture..walked out from there..but after walking some steps..Manik's voice made her stop on her path..

Manik : "Mom ..I don't know why you hate me so much ..but I still love you..".. He said in a low and weak voice ..

Nyonika : " I never asked you to love me Manik.. "..she answered without turning her face to him.. After saying she walked out from there while Manik was standing there with crave of love in his eyes..

He then looked at the wallpaper of his phone..which instantly provides him much needed solace..

" how can I forget that you are the person who is my salvation..".. He thought with a smile on his face..looking at her smiling pic..

Mumbai..Murthy's..

Rishab walked in the study area where his mom and dad were sitting and talking..

"Mom ..dad..".. He said while standing on the door and both looked at him with a smile ..

Sakshi : " Rishab..come inside..".. She said with a smile on her face..

Rishab : "mujhe kuch important baat karni thi ap logo se..".. He said with a smile and both permitted him to speak..

Rishab : " I think we should think about Nandini's marriage now..".. He told with a smile but his parents seems not interested..

Rudra : "Rishab I understand your concern for her..but ...".. Before he could deny Rishab ...he cut him in mid..

Rishab : " dad..I have a alliance for Nandini..".. He answered and both his mom and dad exchanged glances..

Sakshi : "kiski baat karhe ho?".. She asked being confused..

Rishab : " Aryaman Khurana " ..he answered in the joyous voice and both were astound to listen his name..

Rudra : "Aryaman?".. He re asked as he was in disbelief that Rishab thought of such great relation for Nandini..

Aryaman Khurana.. An IAS officer.. Famous for his honesty ..a golden heart person ..and most importantly the most eligible bachelor of the town..

Rishab : " Han dad..he is the best for Nandini..".. He said with a big smile on his face..

Sakshi : "indeed Aryaman is best..but for Nandini? Am not sure..".. She said in her poisoning voice which actually irked Rishab..

Rishab : " mom stop it please..she is your own daughter..how can you be so evil?".. He said in utmost anger while sakshi adopt silence..

Rudra : "Rishab..behave properly ..she is your Mom..".. He said strictly..

Rishab : " exactly dad ..she is my mom..that's why I bear all her rants..but if anything comes on my Nandini..I won't bear it ."..he answered this time strictly..

Sakshi : "fine..am out of this so called marriage..".. She said in anger and walked out..Rishab felt bad but still he was happy as he didn't wanted any drama ..

Rishab : "mai Nandini se bat karleta hoon..".. With that he moved out of the study area..

Rudra : " this girl..I think she came with a golden spoon.. Kitni bhi koshish karlo iski kismat humesha isi ka sath deti hai..".. He said In anger then he resumed his works..

Mumbai.. Murthy's..

Its evening by now..and Manik reached Mumbai..as his work was done in Pune.. So he came back..but as soon as he entered inside the mansion..he was stunned to see all the arrangements in the mansion..

Manik : "what's going on here?".. He thought in confusion..

Soon he saw a servant who was carrying a artificial pillar on his shoulder ..

Manik : " mukesh wait".. He stopped the servant and he looked at Manik..

Manik : "ho kya raha hai yaha?".. He asked him in utmost confusion..

" are..aaj Nandini mam ki engagement hain.. " .. He gave the most shocking news to him which took the floor beneath him..he was stunned..shocked..worried..hurt.. So many mix emotions ran inside him..

His Nandini..is going to be of some one else..he won't be able to call her as his?..till yesterday everything was fine then how eventually all this happened?.. So many questions ran In his mind..

Manik : "usne haan bol diya?".. He asked in utmost shock..

" Han..tabhi totoh engagement fix ki hai..".. Servant answered and walked out..but this news fell as a thunderstorm on him..and he was left speechless..

Manik : "Nandini ne Han keh diya?".. He murmured to himself in utmost shock ..and screen freezes on his shocking face...

Booooooommm!!! That was a dhamaka.. Everything was going so smoothly then this sudden sharp turning point in their life...okay! No one will say that don't separate manan ..as we all know that eventually they will be one..if not today then tomorrow.. But they will..because they are meant to be.. Hai na! .. MaNan humesha forever..
