Wolf's POV:
I head over to the police station where Shinichi San and master Kaito are, and sit patiently outside for them. Arthur kun was already lying down under a bench nearby, panting with nerves. I wag my tail at him and the young dog yaps a greeting. 'Somethings going on in there, oneeesan.' He tells me in the usual yips and whines. I cock my head, listening to the commotion inside the building. I can hear a shouting inspector yelling at someone, and a strong accent yelling back. Hattori San and possibly Megure keibu. I'm quivering with excitement, I can't wait for master Kaito to call for me, so I can race in.

Hattori's POV:
"Kyaaaaaaaaaaaa!" I yell, as a twistin' pain sears through me. Not now! Dammit, not now. Kudo is lookin' at me with concern, an' KID is lookin' at me with a disguised expression I couldn' place. Tagaki keiji was lookin' at me with wide eyes. Did he know? About dat drug? Nah, dats Impossible, Kudo would never do dat, surely? I double up in pain as KID throws down a smoke pellet ta hide us. Hell, changin' back ta a teen wasn't half so painful. I clutch my shirt, da pain makes me cry out again. Megure keibu and sato keiji are callin' out ta Kudo an' KID, demandin' ta know what's goin' on. Was dis how Kudo felt whenever he took dat antidote? It was as bad as bein' shot. I scream in agony as I feel my body kind of, kaaaa, I can't describe it. I'm Doyle again soon after, an' I feel Kudo, or was it KID?, pick me up an' run. Megure keibu is yellin' at the officers ta catch kid, but I'm too tired to care, I black out from da pain of da switching back.

Shinichi's POV:
Kaito grabs hattori in the confusion of his smoke pellet, and leaps out of the window, heading towards wolf chan as fast as he can. The big dog is by his side in seconds, with me and Tagaki keiji following behind as best we can. Hattori is Doyle kun again and, as far as I can tell, unconscious from the shock of the sudden change. I hope Haibara can come up with a permanent antidote soon, I don't want to see my friend put through that again. (Irritating as he may be at times.) Kaito is laughing with glee as Megure keibu and a handful of officers give chase, shouting at him to release the hostage. It seems they're oblivious to hattori vanishing, so concerned are they for the little boy in KIDs arms.

Tagaki keiji is asking me a question, about Kid, about Kaito, but I'm too busy running after Kaito to answer. My chest feels like it's going to burst, I'm losing my breath too quickly. A pain races through me, making me wince. I'm confused for a moment, before I realise what's going on. I've forgotten to take my medicine this morning. I slow down, bending over double as I try to catch my breath, but it's hard. I'm struggling to breathe again. Tagaki keiji slows next to me, asking if I'm alright, but I'm too out of breath, winded even, to answer. I pull out a silent whistle from my pocket, and hope wolf chan will answer as I blow into the small silver whistle. I know Kaito put some of my tablets in her collar compartment. I kneel on the ground suddenly, heaving dryly as I kneel on all fours on the cold pavement.

"Oi, Kudo kun, you ok?" Tagaki keiji asks again, as I retch several times. I can't answer, I can barely catch my breath as I kneel here. Tagaki keiji moves to one side as wolf chan appears, stopping next to me with a bottle of water in her jaws. That dog is scarily smart, even by human standards. She drops the bottle into my right hand and allows me to take one of my tablets from her collar. I take it, shifting my weight so I'm sat on the floor rather than kneeling. I gasp for breath, slowly starting to feel better as the drug begins to take affect. Wolf chan is leaning against me, supporting me as I catch my breath. Tagaki keiji offers me a hand once I'm recovered enough to stand, and I take it gratefully. I wonder what's happened to Kai?

Kaito's POV:
I'd left shin~chan far behind by now, but Megure keibu and two officers were still close behind me. In all the confusion, I'd thrown a quick disguise over Doyle kun, so to Megure keibu and the others, it looked like I was escaping with conan rather than hattori kun. (In child form). I'm worried about shin~chan, because I suddenly remember he's forgotten to take his medicine this morning. Was he alright? I didn't really have time to worry though, what with the police hot on my heels. I throw another pellet down, a cloud of pink sleeping gas filling the alley I was in. I do a couple of neat acrobatic flips over a garden wall and a couple of fences before I check my surroundings. I'd lost the police, for now, so I change hurriedly into my civilian clothing and carry a now 'normal' looking Doyle kun back to the Kudo mansion.

Once I've returned 'Doyle kun' to his 'half sister' I leave the Kudo mansion and race back to where I'd last seen shin~chan, noting he'd stopped and was leaning against the wall with a pained expression on his face. Tagaki keiji was next to him on his right, and wolf chan and Arthur kun were on his left. Arthur kun bounces around me, clearly happy to see me, but I'm more concerned for shin~chan right now. His usually clear blue eyes are cloudy no unfocused as he leans against the wall, Tagaki keiji supporting him when he begins to lean to one side.

"Yo, shin~chan!" I call to him, making the police officer jump with surprise. I've slicked my naturally messy hair back, so I look like a carbon copy of shin~chan. Shin~chan looks up, but I don't think he can really see me. His voice is hoarse, like he's still struggling for breath. Wolf chan has shin~chan's phone and has typed a message for me, which I read.

Ten minutes since he's taken it
Should take effect soon, but he's really
Overdone it this time. He needs to
Rest and recover.

"Ano, KID? Is he alright? He looks sick." Tagaki keiji asks me, as I lean forward to hug my handsome boyfriend.

"He's fine, he just overexerted himself today, that's all. I'll take him home" I answered, as I picked shin~chan up and carried him towards his house, wolf chan, Arthur kun and Tagaki keiji following. Shin~chan is leaning into me, small tears in his eyes. Where had the intelligent, cold, confident detective of old gone? He comes to his senses as we reach his house, but allows me to continue carrying him. His body is shaking slightly, with silent sobs, as he clings to me firmly. Once inside his house, I sit on the sofa with him still in my arms, allowing him to sit down, whilst still leaning into me. Tagaki keiji asks for an explanation, but I don't know what to say. Maybe I should do a few magic tricks?

"Tagaki keiji, it's alright, hattori was affected by the same drug as me, and arigato gozaimas, for not giving away what was happening. I'll be fine now, I just forgot to take something this morning, that's why I was sick earlier. Please, don't tell anyone, for everyone's safety." He nods at shin~chan, who's now sitting up on his own, but still holding onto me affectionately. God, I love this sexy detective so much!

Shinichi's POV:
Tagaki keiji leaves, allowing me thank Kaito properly. Kaito wants to know why I was crying. I was crying? I don't remember that... I feel guilty, knowing Boss and Gin are killing people, in an attempt to be rid of me, and I know I've been acting out of character recently, but still. Maybe it was because i felt safe, comforted, in Kaito's presence that I let my carefully crafted 'poker face' (as Kaito calls it) slip. As conan, I often felt... confused, insecure, lonely, but I kept my insecurities hidden, I don't think oochan and ran would really understand if conan had a breakdown suddenly, anyway. I tell Kaito the truth, that I don't remember crying, and Kai, Kai understands. He's not like hattori, or sera San, or Sonoko, he doesn't pry.

Haibara and Doyle kun are next door with hakase and the detective boys, and Subaru San is out with Jodi sensei (later claiming it wasn't a date.), leaving Kaito and me all alone in the house, with the doves and the dogs. Wolf chan curled up on the floor by the stairs, Arthur kun joining her by lying as close as he could to the bigger dog. I've changed to conan and back to ensure I still could, and then made my way to the kitchen, where I made myself a pot of strong coffee and a cup of hot chocolate for Kaito. Kaito walks up behind me and wraps his strong arms around me, burying his head in my hair as he does so.

It's mid afternoon, so after our drinks, Kaito drags me into the library where he pushes me into the wall, kissing me gently. He nips my lip, asking for entry, which I gladly allow. I pull him close, so our bodies are pressed together, my back pressing into the wall. I wrap my arms around Kaito, melting into the kiss with joy. We break the kiss, both of us breathing heavily, with lust. I see Kaito's indigo eyes clear, and soft, as we kiss again, tongues in each others mouths, neither of us closing our eyes, looking into the blue gaze of the other. Now I know, I know how Kaito feels. I love Kai~chan so much, if anything ever happens to him, if he is hurt because of me, I'd follow him to the grave. We break the kiss, both of us breathing heavily again. Kai is so sexy, and after that last kiss, well, I want to continue. Upstairs.

I want to spend as much time as I could with my crazy magician boyfriend, because after today, we were going to be busy helping the police bring down Boss and Gin. Kaito was going to ask Hakuba kun (politely) to help, and hattori was going to use my voice changer bow tie and his phone so he wouldn't have to risk changing back to Doyle in front of the police again. I'm almost worried about how the media is going to react when they find out she is boss, and what will happen if it ever gets out that Kaito is kid, but not quite. For a start, Kaito's been seen several times, his face without the hat and monocle once, and Nakamori keibu and some of the other officers have suspected him before, but he's always escaped suspicion.

"Shin~chan? Shall we?" Kaito asks me, taking a step back from me and gazing questioningly at me. Does he even have to ask? I smile softly, pulling the magician close to me and kissing him teasingly. Unbeknownst to Kaito (And Tagaki keiji), I've 'borrowed' something from the police officer, its tucked away in the back pocket of my jeans. I rush up the stairs, locking Kaito out of my room, hiding the 'borrowed' item under my pillow. Kai picks the locks on the door easily, opening the door with a frown.

"Why did you do that, shin~chan?" I shake my head and grin. The door clicks shut behind us, and I slowly, carefully strip, watching Kai's reaction. He's staring at me, watching me with hazy eyes. I move close to him, removing his clothes for him. He shudders with pleasure at my touch, especially when I 'accidentally' brush the back of my hand over his...

... my lips press against his, as I lean into a kiss. He's an amazing kisser, he pushes me suddenly, so I fall backwards onto our bed, Kai following, arms wrapped around me. We're both naked, bodies pressed together, arms wound tightly around the other. Kai is on top of me, but that's no good for what I've planned...

I let Kai have is way for a few moments, until I can't can't take it anymore, and flip him onto his back, switching our positions. The gentle surprise on Kaito's face when I produce the thing I hid under the pillow, I just grin. He grins back.

"I know you can escape in less than five seconds, but don't ruin the fun, ok?" I ask him, watching the expression on his face. The magician lets me cuff him, hands behind his back, then we kiss again, roughly, passionately.

Kaito's POV:
I'm half stunned, lying here with my hands cuffed behind my back, shin~chan on top of me, our naked bodies pressed together. He moves his right hand down, running it across my body until he's touching it. I shudder, as he teases me. He breaks our rough kiss to suck on the sensitive skin on my neck, making me moan softly. I can feel him hard against me, m want him, I want him now! I keep myself under control, just, as shin~chan moves his head down there so he can suck on it. I shudder, moaning softly, as he continues. I want to move, I want to hold him, let me hold him!

Shin~chan smirks suddenly, moving away from me before I can come, which arouses me even more. Shin~chan, my detective, begins kissing me again, one hand gripping my back, the other still playing with my member. He moves his hand up to my hair, pulling it slightly, and I snap.

Snap. Click. I escape from the cuffs, violently flipping shin~chan, pausing in fright when I hear a slight grunt from the detective. 'Kai...?' He sighs, noticing my hesitation. He pulls my head closer, kissing me passionately, as I push myself into him. He grips my back with one hand, as I let my lust and passion take over. Hard and rough, shin~chan quietly moaning with pleasure as I feel the pressure build.

"Ah, Nghhh, nhhhhhg, ah, ah, Kai... ah, anhhhh" shin chan moans, his grip tightening. I can feel it, I'm going to.... to....
"Shin....chan! Ahhh, ahhh!" I groan, as I come inside him. Shin~chan digs his nails into my back, and I can feel the hot sting as he draws blood. Is he enjoying this? Suddenly, with no warning, shin chan pushes me away from him, his eyes wide and fearful. What's going on?

Shinichi's POV:
Im enjoying this, with Kai, but a familiar pain rips through me, worrying me. Not now, onegai! I push Kai off of me, and lie there trying to control myself. It's no good, and I can feel the pain that signals I'm about to change into conan. Kai has his hand on my shoulder, I think I've worried him, and I feel guilty for that.

"Shin~chan?" Kaito's voice is soft, laced with worry. I don't reply, because another jolt of pain tears through me.
