Today was the final smackdown before the Elimination Chamber, and the crowd was excited to see what happened. Tonight, there were two exclusive contract signings between Desmond and Cody Rhodes and Mariah and Liv Morgan for their matches in the PPV

The segment begins as Desmond was seen relaxing in the chair while having his legs on the table, Cody was standing in front of the table as he glared at Desmond but didn't say anything as he sat on the chair while placing the contract on the table.

Desmond: Took you long enough, Cody.

Cody: I don't have time for your games, Desmond. Sign this contract.

Desmond: What if I don't wanna do it?

He smirked, wanting to annoy Cody for a little bit. Rhodes looked upset but tried to keep his cool as Desmond moved his legs from the table and continued smiling at Cody.

Desmond: Seriously, I don't want this to be a squash match like Naomi Vs Lana, How about we just move on from this?

Cody's eyes widened and clenched his fist as Desmond continued smirking at him as Cody was about to say something until. . .

Desmond and Cody looked confused as Crowe turned his chair around and saw Liv Morgan walking through the ramp.

She told the others to cut the music as Liv began speaking while making her way to the ring.

Liv: Sorry to interrupt, boys. But I have a score to settle with Mariah May, and i don't think i have the patience to wait anymore.

She got in the ring as Desmond and Cody continued staring at her. They also noticed that she was holding the contract in her hand.

Liv: Mariah May! I know you're back there. You and I have unfinished business, and I'm done waiting for you!

Cody and Desmond looked at each other until. . .

Mariah walked out as she had a huge smile on her face, She began strutting her way to the ring as Liv continued glaring at her.

Desmond: *Smiles* Well, this is interesting.

Soon, Mariah was sitting next to Desmond while Liv was next to Cody as Rhodes was about to say something until Desmond cut him off.

Desmond: Hey, ladies first.

Cody glared at him as Mariah bit her finger and smiled at Desmond while Liv was staring.

Mariah: What a gentleman he is. Anyways, Liv. You've been yapping about me for weeks, but let's be real, you're just jealous. Jealous of the attention, jealous of the fans, jealous of the fact that I'm everything you wish you could be.

Liv: You want to talk about attention and fans? How about we put all that talk to the test. Sign this, and let's see if you can actually back up all those little boasts you love to throw around if I win. Then I get to face Iyo Sky for the championship at Wrestlemania.

Mariah: *Smiles* Oh, Liv. You're signing your death wish at this rate. You asked for a challenge, then I'm in for it, I just hope you won't be regretting this.

Liv continued glaring at her as Mariah took the contract and signed it as the crowd oohed as Desmond and Cody were watching them.

Mariah: And done, Did you think i was going to run away like a shy school girl?

Liv was silent and continued glaring at her as Mariah chuckled and fixed her hair.

Mariah: I don't do fear, sweetie. See you at the match, Try not to disappoint me or the fans. . . Now let the gentleman continue on.

Desmond: By the way, I gotta say. Liv. You're pretty bold to go against the evil glamour.

The crowd oohed again as Liv stared at Desmond while Mariah had a smile on her face and waited for him to speak.

Desmond: Don't get me wrong, though. Bold doesn't always mean smart. You might want to watch your back, Mariah's not the type to let things go.

May had a huge smile on her face and fixed her hair, Liv raised an eyebrow and looked at Desmond before Cody said something.

Cody: Can we get back to what actually matters here?

Desmond: Oh, don't worry, Rhodes. I haven't forgotten about you.

Cody: Then, if you have it all, sign this contract for our match tomorrow.

Desmond was staring at him as Mariah smirked and looked at both of them, Crowe smirked before signing the contract as Cody was ticked off by his cockiness.

Cody: You're in for a rude awakening, Desmond. When that bell rings, all the talking stops. And when it's over. You won't be standing up.

Desmond: *Smiles* We'll see about that. But I'll warn you now, when I'm done with you, your little story won't have a happy ending.

Desmond looked at Mariah, who was staring at him, Crowe tilted his head as May smirked at him, Cody and Liv looked confused until Desmond smiled, and suddenly, both of them lifted the table and threw it at Cody and Liv.

Cody and Liv stumbled and pushed the table off, but Desmond wastes no time as he lunged forward, delivering a vicious forearm to Cody's face. Meanwhile, Liv was met with a running clothesline from Mariah, sending her to the ground.

Both of them continued their vicious assault as Desmond began punching Cody's face before grabbing Rhodes's by his collar and yelled at him.

Desmond: Here's the next chapter, "Me ending you!"

Desmond carried him and hit a final eclipse on the chair as Cody was knocked out. Suddenly, Crowe noticed Liv and Mariah were fighting as he stood back and watched the women fight.

Liv tried to attack her, but Mariah countered and hit a tombstone piledriver as Desmond cringed as Mariah fixed her messy hair and gave a sadistic smile to Desmond while biting her finger.

The show was over as Desmond was walking while thinking about tomorrow's pay-per-view, He was really excited and already wanted to start training for tomorrow, He was also interested in seeing Mariah vs. Liv as well.

He continued walking until he saw Mariah and Mina, who finished an interview as Desmond smiled and walked towards them.

Mariah/Mina: Hey Desmond!

Desmond: Hey girls! Oh, and Mariah, you were absolute fire out there.

He winked as Mariah gasped and had a huge smile on her face while Mina chuckled and looked at both of them.

Mariah: Why thank you, Desmond! I'm so excited for tomorrow.

Desmond: Same here, We got a lot of good matches.

Mariah: Also, I must say, you're awesome when it comes to promos.

Desmond: *Chuckles* Really? I appreciate that.

Mariah: Mmmm, you should teach me to be more savage and dangerous.

Mina: Uhhh, Hello?

Desmond: *Smiles at Mariah* Aren't you already evil enough?

Mariah: Oh, sweetheart, evil is just the appetizer~

Mina: Hello!!!

Desmond and Mariah looked at Mina as Shirakawa crossed her arms and glared at them.

Mina: I'm i invisible?

Desmond: No? We weren't ignoring you.

Mariah: Me and Desmond were just talking.

Mina: Right, more like you two were flirting.

Desmond: Flirting? I wouldn't call it flirting, Mina.

Mariah: We were just having a little bit of fun.

Mina: *Rolls her eyes* Right.

Desmond and Mariah looked at each other before chuckling.

Mariah: Anyways, We have to go right now. I'll catch you later, Can't wait to watch your match tomorrow.

Desmond: No problem, See you soon, Mariah.

Mariah: Don't forget to watch my match.

Desmond: *Smiles* I won't, I'm excited for your match as well.

She giggled and walked away as Desmond was looking at her before Mina said something.

Mina: Mariah is head over heels for you.

She winked and walked away as Desmond's eyes lit up before he chuckled and watched Mariah from afar before walking away.
