Elisabeth's POV:

"Yes," said David. "Emily chained Alaska up to my bed with her collar."

I gasped quietly. "Poor thing. Was Glacier there?"

"Yes, Glacier was there," said David. "I'm  glad she's blind because if she had her sight, the sight of Alaska getting strangled would of made it worse."

"I think she wanted to tell me about it before." I felt so bad for my girlfriend and Alaska. "Poor Wolfie."

"I'm sure she'll tell you everything in her own time," said David. "It's a tricky thing for her to talk about."

"I get it," I sighed. "When did it happen?"

David stared at me. "It was exactly six years after your worse birthday ever."

"Wait? So I am not the only one that struggles during that certain month?" I felt glad I wasn't alone with struggling.

"Yeah," said David "and don't worry, honey! Me and Ariana have a plan for that month. Glacier may not like it, but it's going to make you safe."

I nodded. "Do I stay home?"

David nodded. "We will tell Glacier about it, of course."

"I don't want her to get hurt." I sighed. I can be violent."

"That's why she's staying at school with Arianna and Luna." David hugged me.

I sighed with relief.

*** to hours later ***

I was back with Glacier. She was cuddling Button who was licking her. The girl was in the fit of giggles.

"I have the video ready," I announced. "Just need to get it so we can play it on your dad's computer, Glacie."

"Cool!" Glacier smiled. "You were ages, Els. Is everything okay?"

I logged into my laptop to make sure I had the video on my memory card. "It's nothing, Glace. Promise."

"Sure?" Glacier sounded more worried then before.

"Yeah," I said. I just needed to talk to your dad."

"Okay," said Glacier.

I looked round at her. She did really look concerned. "Come here," I said.

Button got up and nuzzled Glacier who got to her feet. I giggled as the dog let Glacier get hold of her collar and lead her over to me.

"Thanks, girl," I said as Button paused at my feet.

"What?" Glacier sounded confused..

I put my arms round her. "You don't need to worry. Everything's okay."

"It was just  you were gone for more than a few minutes." Glacier sat down on my knees. "Oh, sorry!"

She blushed scarlet. I giggled. "You aren't heavy, honey. Don't worry."

"Where else was I meant to sit?" Glacier giggled and leant into me.

Button trotted to the door. Her ears were up. She could hear something.

"Where are Els and Glace?" Came a voice.

"Scarlet's here!" Glacier said getting up again. "Winter went just before you came back up."

"Ah," I said.

Button suddenly barked in excitement. Then the door opened.

"Hey girls," said Scarlet walking in. "Didn't know I was staying with Luna until this afternoon. How are you both?"

"Good," I said.

"Great," said Glacier.

Scarlet smiled. "What a hard term."

We all giggled. Then I logged in and found the video. Glacier got up and walked to Scarlet.

HERE IS CHAPTER 68. I  wrote it in Elisabeth's POV. The  original plan was to write in both her and Glacier's POVs but I struggled.

My phone is being weird lately too!

Having A break from the book for a while. Sorry! I haven't forgotten about it. But I have ideas for my other books. :)
