Chapter 15. That night. Part 2.
Glacier's POV:
I slumped back in the sofa cushons. I just wanted nothing but be free from this. I wanted to feel free from the jaws of depression. But I couldn't get out of my hole, no matter hard people tried.
Later, I was in the room. Elsa was with me, keeping quiet. She looked at me. Then squeezed my hand gently. "Glace, why didn't you tell me?"
I leant against her. "About my abuse, here? I didn't want to worry you. I didn't want to scare you from coming here."
I broke down in tears. Elsa hugged me gently. "Oh, Glace. It's okay."
"I'm a bitch!" I sobbed hard in to her. "A ****** up bitch. I lose friends all because i'm a loser. I hate myself, Elsa. I really do!"
Elsa looked at me. "Glace, come on, honey. It's okay. Stop this."
"It's my fault. Everything's my fault." I sobbed in to her. "Elsa. I want to get out of this. But I can't."
"Oh, Glacier," said Elsa. "What she did to you, I am so angry. You do act weird in front of her. And now I know why. But why didn't you warn me?"
"Because I didn't want to frighten you." I clung on to her. "You had your own problems."
"You can't do this alone," said Elsa. "We can do it together."
I looked up at her. "You are the first person apart from Anna and my siblings and dad that care. That means a lot. I hate depression. I really do."
"Let's go for a walk," said Elsa. "Just me and you. That always calms me down."
"I just want to sleep it off," I sniffled. "You can go for one."
"I don't want to leave you." Elsa hugged me. "Not when you are like this, blaming yourself for everything when it's not all your fault."
"Slap me, if you want," I sniffled. "I'm used to it."
Elsa looked at me. "Stop that, honey. You know you don't deserve it. You are more than this ruined girl with a bad past that hasn't really stopped."
"Lily and dad do it, too!" I sniffled. "Kate and Bruno are too young. Lily only does it when her life is not doing what she wants it to do."
"But you?" Asked Elsa.
"I just got in the habit," I admitted. "Buut it helps. Even if it ads moore scars."
"Glacier," said Elsa. "Listen to me. Talking to someone helps more."
There was a knock on the door. I tensed up. Who was that? Wanting to make fun of me?
"Come and get your medication, girls!" Came Arianna's concerned voice.
"One second," said Elsa.
Arianna walked away. Then Elsa lay me down. "Do you want your meds? Or do you just want to sleep?"
I looked at her direction. "I need my medication, Elsa!"
"Okay," said Elsa helping me slowly to my feet. "Let's go!"
We set off to the kitchen.
