Hello here is a Miko idea

What if Miko got into trouble and was temporarily banned from the base, ever since she stopped talking to Jack, Raf and the Autobots. Meanwhile the Decepticons have been watching Miko, one of the Decepticon had an idea about choosing a human to make he/she Predaking child like sparkling, one of the Decepticon Shockwave or Knock Out was spying on Memorial High the school where the Autobots's Humans Partners go to. They were watching as all the kids came out of school, one of them saw Miko who was trying to avoid Jack and Raf, she snapped at them to leave her alone, when she ran off Knock Out followed her without her knowing, when she was alone Knock Out made his appearance and took her back to the Decepticon Base. Where she was brought to Megatron who told her what was going to happen to her, then he ordered Shockwave to put her into the Cocoon like pod as Soundwave prepares for the experiment. When the process is finished an unconscious 5 year old Miko was laying on the ground, she was quickly wrapped up in a blanket and was taken to be cleaned up after Shockwave was finished. He gave the sleeping Miko to Knock Out to put some some clothes on her, after he was done he put her on a berth. When Knock Out and Shockwave were looking over some reports, Miko slowly woke up and was terrified at seeing two giant robots squeak when they noticed she woke up. one of them went over to her and told her that they were not going to hurt her. She asks what is this place and who they are and what was her name, Knock Out gently explains everything to her and has Starscream bring Predaking in. Predaking slowly went to the scared child and was being gently as can be to her, Miko relax and was snuggling up to him, the three of them watched the whole thing and Megatron called in to see how the experiment was doing, one of them told Lord Megatron everything. ( Can be before they know that Preaking transforms into a Cybertronian person if you want )

Here is a Cliffjumper idea

What if when he was brought back to life by the dark Energon he had amnesia, he saw Starscream, Megatron and Soundwave and he asked lots of questions. Megatron who is slowly forming a plan, lied to Cliffjumper about what happened to him and who he is, he ordered Shockwaves to take him back to the ship and have him and Knock Out fix him up, meanwhile at the Autobot's base, Cliffjumper life signal somehow come back on. Acree and Optimus decided to sneak on board the Decepticons ship to know what happened to Cliffjumper. Meanwhile Shockwave and Knockout was making a body for Cliffjumper who stayed quiet while waiting for his new body. When it was finish Shockwave put the new body and what was left of Cliffjumper's old body together, when the process was finish Knockout got a large mirror and show Cliffjumper his new body, why Cliffjumper study his new body Arcee and Optimus burst in the room, when Arcee saw Cliffjumper she gasp at his appearance and said Cliff what happen to you?! In a shock voice. He just stares at her and asks who she is, Knockout told him that she was one of the Autobots that nearly killed him, Cliffjumper stared at the two Autobots then in anger attacked them. Optimus tried to reason with him but he didn't want to listen, so they retreated, Megatron arrive soon after and demanded to know what happened. Knockout explained to him what had happened, Megatron nodded then he ordered one of the drones to take Cliffjumper to a room to rest in, one of them nodded and took Cliffjumper to a room that was prepared for him. When they were gone Megatron ask if he recognized any of them ? Knock Out say no. Megatron was happy to know that Cliffjumper did not remember anything. Megatron decided to make Cliffjumper into a Decepticon's soldier and servant, will he ever remember who he is ? Will the Autobots save him.

Here is another Miko idea

What if Airachnid has been working on a machine or a special web that can turn a human into a cybertronian and back to human, she secretly been working on it for a month. Megatron or Shockwave have somehow found out about what she was up to after she went rogue, Airachnid told them that she had been spying on the Autobot's human partner for a while and decided to pick Miko for the experiment. Megatron stare at her for a few moment before saying Airachnid you can come back and do the experiment but it will be under my surveillance, she grudgingly agree then Shockwave suggests that Predaking bond with Miko as soon as Airachnid experiment is finish. Shockwave said he wanted to test how Predaking would react to a sparkling, Megatron approve but said make sure you, Airachnid and the others Decepticons to keep an eye on her and take turns watching her. They made a plan on capturing Miko, so they spy on her for a while until the right moment. Meanwhile Miko did something and Ratchet, Jack said something that hurt her feelings, before they could apologize Miko asked Bulkhead to take her home as they were driving Bulkhead was telling Miko that maybe they were right and then they started arguing,
Bulkhead then said this to her, maybe you are better off with the Decepticons! Miko was quiet for a minute and then said this to him, let me out right now, as she was near her host parents home, Bulkhead tried to say something but she just snapped and said let me out and get out of my sight. Since then she has been staying far away from Jack, Raf and the Autobots when one of them tries to talk to her she just ignores them. Unknown to either of them Megatron sends someone to spy on Miko, the Decepticon reports back and explains to Airachnid and Shockwave what he heard and seen. They both made a plan to take Miko tonight, that night when Miko was fast asleep Airachnid quietly opened the window and grabbed Miko without waking her up, Airachnid's called for a Groundbridge then walked in it with the sleeping Miko. When they walked in Megatron ordered Knock Out to have her check before starting the process, after Knockout was about to take a blood sample Miko woke up. Miko in shock demand to know why she here and what they want with her, before she can do anything Shockwave snatch up the now angry and little scare Miko and put her in Airachnid's web or machine, Before Miko lose consciousness she heard this, I wonder what she will look like after the transformation, Shockwave and Airachnid started the process why taking notes and turns to watch. 5 or 7 hours later it was finish and there was now a 5 or 7 year old cybertronian Miko, after cleaning her up she slowly started to wake up and she felt different somehow. A mirror was brought to her, Miko was horrified and shocked by her new appearance, she demanded to know what they did to her, Airachnid said something to her and then gave her a strange Energon to drink. (The strange Energon was something that Shockwave made, it slowly made Miko forget her past) when Miko was done drinking she started to feel sleepy and after a minute she was asleep, Starscream was order to bring in the Predacon ( It before the Decepticons know he can Transform in a cybertronian) he was told about the sparkling and about him going to test how it would react him. He was also been told that her memories will be gone when she woke up, as he was being told Miko slowly woke up and her memories were gone she squeak when she saw strangers she start to cry when she was given to Airachnid she slowly start to quite down and ask who they are and who she is. Knockout or Airachnid explained who she is and who Predaking was and what has happened to her.

Another Miko idea

What if on a planet a king lost his daughter to an illness, he wanted to find a girl who looked and acted like his late child. So the king asked his royal sorceress to look at the planet earth to find and take that person back to the kingdom, why he sent someone to find a way to make the future princess into a child or make her forget her former life. The sorceress whose name is Rosabella nodded and went to her spell room to find someone who looked and acted like the late Princess, she came across 3 humans and the Autobots and the Deceptioncons during a fight. As Rosabella looks on she notices a girl looking identical to the late Princess, She then looks at the Decepticons and the spider woman then thinks to herself that maybe they could help each other out, make a deal or trade, for Miko and the other thing (Can be your choice on what the Decepticons trade or deal is) Rosabella thought to herself for a while then went to the king and told him everything. He was glad and told her to find a spell that will make her forget everything about her life on earth. (Or when she tries to escape she hurts her head and she has amnesia because of it) Meanwhile on earth Miko plays a prank or something then Jack and Ratchet say something that was very personal to Miko (Like she could have autism or something about her birth parents don't care for her much ( you can choose if she have an older sibling if you want) Miko parents are workaholic and don't care much for her or older brother/sister. Also the people Miko is staying with in America are friends with her parents but also don't care for children much either only the money they get for taking care of her why she is here, (that why Miko older brother or sister is trying to get custody of her) she ask Bulkhead to take her home along the way he said something that really hurt her feeling and nearly made her cry, when he realised what he done hello was about to apologize, but she said shut up and let me out in a very cold voice as they were near her house. Since then she has been avoiding her friends and the Autobots, refusing to talk to them. Meanwhile Rosabella contacted Megatron and she and the king who was with her explained everything to him. Megatron think carefully about this for 10 minutes and agreed to the offer, Megatron order Airachnid to help Rosabella to capture Miko, When it was Friday at school Jack and Raf was trying to talk to Miko but with no avail, at night when she was asleep Airachnid and Rosabella got Miko out of the window as quietly as they can, Miko slowly started to wake up, Rosabella quickly put a headpiece on her head that put her in a trance or back to sleep. (You can choose if the headpiece should be a Tiara or a Diamante if you want)
When they made sure not to leave any evidence or anything behind them quickly and quietly made their escape. When they got back where The king Along with Megatron, Shockwave and Knock Out, Starscream was waiting for them. When they saw them with Miko the King look at her with joy and he give the Decepticons something so they can contact when needed to, the king and Rosabella along with Miko return back to the kingdom where the king order his servants to put Miko in a room that was prepare for her. One of the servants told the king about a place called the water of miracle that can make a person forget their old life and change the age they are if you want, the king give his servant a reward for the information, he then told Rosabella and some of his soldiers to take Miko there where she will forget her former life. Will the Autobots and Jack, Raf and June, Agent Fowler, Miko's older brother or sister save her and bring her home ?

Or maybe the King has been wanting a child because he couldn't have children so he decided to kidnap someone on Earth (Miko) and brainwash her to forget everything and he made a deal with the Decepticons to help. Oh and Miko can be a Knock Out or Airachnid partner if you want, can be used for the other idea too if you want.

Here is another Miko

What if Miko's ancestor are Royalty from a secret location hidden from the humans eye (Here are some kingdoms ideas a Winter Kingdom, a underwater city kingdom, a crystal/glass kingdom, Underground kingdom, a kingdom in a jungle. Some of them have advanced technology) the people left their home years ago because the royal family were corrupt and some of their children left to protect themselves, after years past by some people who remained loyal to the royal family had been in a frozen sleep for years in a pod. When they woken up years later (it before the war of Cybertron it can be in 5 or seven years before that) the people and rulers decided to restore their society and kidnap the descendants of their kind and bring them back to be part of their true heritage, after some years the royal family was looking for one of their children's descendants (Who is Miko) after searching for years one of the royal family or some guards come across some Decepticons or Airachnid. one of them explain who they are and what they are doing, after talking they both made a agreement so they started planning on how to kidnap Miko. Will the Autobots and Raf, Jack save and find Miko ?

Other idea

What if I was one of the Decepticons who was looking for Energon near a sea with some caves and met some people who live in an underwater sea city kingdom. ( It has some modern things and advanced technology as well ) they came from secret passages that their ancestors made a long time ago. The king and queen of the underwater city explain the cons about what they are doing, the king told the cons about taking children (Here some ideas for what they are planning to do, have the kidnaps children's become the children to some important peoples who look similar to them) they show them some pictures of who they are going to take. When one of the Decepticons recognises Miko in the pictures, the cons make a deal with them, they give some Energon crystals to them for capturing Miko, why they kidnap the other kids and get the Crystals. Meanwhile at the Autobots base Miko got into trouble or something happened that got her temporarily banned from the base? They refuse to talk to her ( Arcee, Bumblebee and Optimus Prime were on a mission for a couple of days so they don't know what happened ) before they got back from the mission that night, the cons have somehow managed to capture Miko without anyone noticing. When they got to the sea caves the underwater rulers and some guards as well with the others kidnap children who are unconscious and inside something to take them back to the Kingdom. The Cons give Miko to one of the guards and the guards put her with the other children. Megatron and the king exchange the deal they both made, then the king will give something that will let both of them be in contact with each other. Then the cons return to their ship and the underwater people return to their home. Will the Autobots and Jack, Raf find Miko and the children and bring them home ?

You can use Jack or Raf instead of Miko if you want.
